Handling of your cancellation

If you can't travel, please send immediately a written notification per e-mail or fax to us.

A compensation of the total letting charge is calculated as follows by the owner:

starting at the date of signing the contract unitl 75 days before arrival date	30%
from 74 days till 45 days before arrival date	50%
from 44 days before arrival date	100%

With bookings for the next year

the advance payment of 20 % will be kept by the owner when cancelling up to the beginning of January
from due date of the 2nd payment until 75 days before arrival date	30%
from 74 days till 45 days before arrival date	50%
from 44 days befroe arrival date	100%

We recomment that you'll effect a travel cancellation insurance for your journey.
