3 bedrooms: all three bedrooms with twin beds, which can be pushed together; each mattress 0,90 wide x 1,90 long, two-door fitted wardrobes, small desk of drawers, alle 3 windows with anti-mosquito screens. 1 bedroom with A/C and en-suite bathroom, overlooking the garden and pool; 2 sea-facing bedrooms with A/C and ceiling fan, windows shaded by the covered terrace in front.
2 baths: one en-Suite with bath, and shower head, with shower curtain, toilet, washbasin, small closet, washing machine. One separate with shower, toilet, washbasin, small closet.
Large entrance hall, to the right is the kitchen, to the left the 3 bedrooms and the two baths, straight ahead into the living/dining room.
Separate kitchen: fully fitted, one door leads to the hall, the second door to the dining area.
Living / dining room: white three- and twoseater leather sofas with coffee table, dining table with 6 chairs with cushions, behind it entrance to the kitchen, 3 windows, 2 of them towards the sea. Exit to the covered terrace.
Second dining area at the covered terrace with sea view, open only to one side towards the sea, morning sun, wonderful view in direction towards the massif of the Penon de Ifach, from here you walk up to the roof terrace with wide view, furnished with a small garden table and two chairs; where you enter the covered terrace a small part is completely glazed-in, from here you can also access the pool area below.
Small covered terrace directly at the house entrance, next to it a nice seating place below a large palm tree, equipped with garden table and chairs, afternoon sun, protected from view.
Garden: around the house with palm trees and nicely planted with mediterranean plants, on both sides of the house stairs are leading down to the pool area. From street level stairs bring you down to the house entrance.
Sun terrace: at the pool, next to it a pine tree terrace with nice sea view.
Pool: Size 5 x 10 m., depth: approx. 1.20m - 2 m, simple solar outdoor shower, lighting of the pool terrace, storage room for garden furniture. Pool and pool terrace are completely newly tiled since May 2023, with Roman steps as entrance.
Carport up in the cul de sac road, open towards the road.

Ceramic hob with 4 rings, with oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer, electric coffee machine, Senseo pod coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board, electric kettle, smart-tv 43 inch, flatscreen TV, SAT-TV Astra 1, mainly German channels, some French channels, English news channels, radio, CD-player with Ipod/movil connection. Gas kettle grill, Outdoor Chef brand, large rectangular garden table and 6 chairs new in 2021 under palm tree in front of kitchen, 6 garden loungers, 2 parasols.
A/C in all 3 bedrooms and living room, ceiling fans in the 2 smaller bedrooms facing the covered balcony. The fireplace in the living room is not usable.
The 3 bedroom windows have mosquito blinds, the 2 bathrooms have put mosquito nets. All windows with grille. Extra grille-doors at the house- and terrace doors. Blinds at the living room and bedroom windows.
Internet Wifi flatrate, download speed approx. 6 MB/sec. - with wifi amplifiers in the house for all rooms and the veranda in front of the living room.

Environment
Quiet residential area in a cul de sac road, 2 restaurants in about 500 m. distance (one Maryvilla offers breakfast rolls to go), the other Tenis Oscar - is renting tennis courts also to Non-members; 1 Hotel restaurant in the approx. 800 m. distant Puerto Blanca Bay with sandy beach. To the right of the house a small way leads alongside the coastline, there is also a climbing rock. About 800 m. distant from the house stairs lead down into a small bay Les Urques with beach.
In Calpe center there are a lot of supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants, on Saturdays a large market is held with vegetables, flowers and clothing. The two large, sandy beaches of Calpe with a pretty promenade and antik ruins are easy to reach from the main street.

La casa Santiago del Mar en Calpe - muy chula y todo muy nuevo. La piscina muy grande. Todo muy bien y el trato perfecto. Justo al lado de la casa hay un acceso a una casita. De 10 para repetir

Vielen lieben Dank für die rundum gelungenen 14 Tage Urlaub, die wir in der Casa Santiago del Mar in Calpe verbringen durften. Das Haus im typisch spanischen Stil hat uns mit dem riesigen Pool und dem fantastischen Blick auf den Peñón de Ifach einfach begeistert. Was für eine schöne Ecke von Spanien, die wir schon oft besucht haben. So nah waren wir aber noch nie am Wasser. Die Vorbereitungen von Sunny Holidays Villas und der Kontakt zu Frau Erdmann war super, alles hat bestens geklappt. Ein großes Lob auch an Frau Stadl, dir sich perfekt um das Haus und den Pool gekümmert hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück nach Maryvilla oder in eines der anderen Häuser aus Ihrem Angebot!

Guten Tag Frau Erdman, ich möchte mich nochmals für den reibungslosen Ablauf und natürlich für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Calpe, im Santiago del Mar, bedanken. Ferienhaus Casa Santiago del Mar vom 12.08.23 - 26.08.2023
Für uns war es die Premiere in einem Ferienhaus über Sunnyholidays Villas. Alles, aber auch wirklich alles ( Buchung, Kommunikation, Abwicklung, Empfang/ Übergabe, Abreise/ Übergabe ) waren so einfach und super, ich wüsste nicht wie man es besser machen könnte. Einfach Hervorragend. Der Empfang / Übergabe, Abreise/ Übergabe durch Frau Stadl war super freundlich, und auch hier war der Kontakt über Whatts App bei eventuellen Anliegen oder Problemchen einfach nur toll. Das Haus Casa Santiago del Mar ist sehr schön eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Die Lage ist ausgesprochen ruhig, und der Ausblick phänomenal. Ein herzliches "" Danke schön "" an das gesamte Team für zwei unvergessliche Wochen. Beim nächsten mal auf jeden Fall wieder Sunnyholidays Villas... :) :)

Nous avons passés un merveilleux séjour dans cette magnifique maison spacieuse et confortable.
La vue depuis la terrasse est magnifique sur la mer et le penon Ifach de Calpe.
Nous avons apprécié la grande piscine pour se rafraîchir et se reposer sur les transats. Les chambres sont spacieuses et toutes équipées de la climatisation fort agréable. Les deux salles de bain sont bien utiles et appréciables à 5 personnes. Il y a même un emplacement ombragée pour la voiture. C'est le top! Le personnel est disponible et sympathique. Aucun problème pour tout. Nous conseillons cette location et l'agence toujours à l'écoute. Ne changez rien! Nous pensons y revenir.

Wir kommen nun schon seit Jahren nach Calpe und haben auch so einige Villen gebucht und ausprobiert - immer aber mit Blick auf den tollen Penon de Ifach. In Tosal, Canuta Baja oder Maryvilla sind wir deshalb fast "heimisch". Das Casa Santiago del Mar hat uns jedoch in vielerlei Hinsicht noch überrascht. Das Haus fanden wir in blitzsauberen Zustand vor. Das ist sicherlich der guten Seele des Hauses - der Verwalterin Frau Stadl anzurechnen. Der "neue" Pool ist fantastisch. Die Ausstattung ist komplett - man vermisst nichts. Danke auch an Frau Erdmann. Auf ein "te veo el proximo ano"

Wir haben das erste mal über Sunnyholidays Villas gebucht und sind absolut zufrieden gewesen. Von der Abwicklung her bis zum Ende wurden wir gut betreut. Hierfür ein großes Dankeschön an Frau Erdman und Frau Stadl.
Das Haus Santiago del Mar in Calpe liegt sehr schön gelegen und man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf den Penon de Ifach Rock. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat "Gott sei Dank", in jedem Raum eine modernen Klimaanlage . Die braucht man auch für den Sommer. Der Pool war auch sehr schön und sauber . Ein bis zweimal in der Woche wird der zusätzlich von Frau Stadl gereinigt. Das einzige was den Urlaub getrübt hat waren die vielen Mücken. Draußen Grillen ist nicht wirklich angenehm. Calpe und Umgebung muß man einfach erforschen. Jeder wie er es mag. Wir würden gerne nochmal wiederkommen.

Santiago del Mar, Calpe, 4. - 25.6.22.
Soeben von unserem 3-wöchigen Aufenthalt zu viert in diesem wunderbaren Haus zurückgekehrt, möchten wir betonen, wie wohl wir uns dort gefühlt haben. Das Haus war blitzsauber, es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaub braucht, die Einrichtung ist ansprechend und zweckmäßig.
Das grosse Wohn- u. Esszimmer würde auch für 6 Personen ausreichend Platz bieten. Allerdings haben wir dieses nie benutzt, da die grosse Terrasse vor dem Wohnraum unser Lieblingsaufenthalt war - schattig und luftig.
Der Pool wurde von Frau Stadl äußerst gründlich gepflegt, wenn es zu heiss wurde, boten die Bäume neben der Poolterrasse boten herrlichen Schatten.
Die Ruhe - außer der Meeresbrandung und vielstimmigem Vogelgezwitscher ist kaum einmal etwas zu hören - trägt viel zu einem erholsamen Urlaub bei. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich die tolle Aussicht, an der man sich kaum sattsehen kann.
Im übrigen ist die gewohnt problemlose Abwicklung durch Sunnyholidaysvillas, von der Buchung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe, ein weiterer Pluspunkt, den wir immer wieder zu schätzen wissen.

Hallo Herr und Frau Klein, wir freuen uns, dass wir Sie nach mehreren Urlauben bei uns, immer wieder aufs Neue begeistern können. Die gute Zusammenarbeit zwischen dem Eigentümer des Hauses, uns und der Hausbetreuung vor Ort macht den Unterschied. Und dann natürlich tolle Stammgäste wie Sie, die unsere schöne Costa Blanca zu schätzen wissen.
