Casa Tanja is located at the beginning of the Maryvilla residential area in Calpe, in a sunny cul-de-sac. The waves of the Mediterranean Sea are only a few metres away as the crow flies.

When you wake up in one of the three bedrooms, you can see the endless blue and enjoy it all day long, from the glazed dining area in front of the kitchen, from the covered barbecue area and, of course, by the pool. The accommodation, the terraces and the pool are all on one level – pure relaxation.

A few steps up from the house's car park, you can enter the house directly via a staircase, or go a little further up and without steps - greeted by the wide view over the sea - enter the terrace at the covered barbecue.
Restaurants, tennis and a bathing bay are within easy walking distance, the beautiful Puerto Blanco bay with the small, modern marina and restaurant is only about 1.2 km away.
The covered terrace area behind the pool is also really practical. There you can relax in the shade on a lounger, and also enjoy meals with family or friends on the rustic stone bench with a table in front of it.

Air conditioning, fast internet and the smart TV in the living room complete the holiday pleasure for everyone.

Only the large lower apartment shown is rented out. The upper apartment remains locked during the rental period and is not accessible to guests.

Layout of the rooms:

Living area approx. 110 m², property approx. 930 m²

Bedrooms: 3, all three bedrooms with sea view.

All bedrooms are furnished with single beds that can also be pushed together; each 0.90 m wide x 1.90 m long. Two bedside tables and two wall-mounted lamps to the left and right of the beds, all three with built-in wardrobe (compartments and clothes rail). All three rooms have windows with sea view, mosquito nets in front of the windows, curtains, external blinds and grilles in front of the windows. All from 2025 with new air conditioning units - cool and heat.

1 travel cot and a wooden high chair are available. There is also a small plastic table with two low plastic chairs for the little ones.

Bathroom: 2, one with a bathtub, sink, toilet, modern illuminated mirror (from April 25). The other bathroom has been modernised and has a large shower with a glass wall, sink with base cabinet, mirror. Both bathrooms have a window with a mosquito net. Both bathrooms have modern fan heaters on the wall above the door.

From the parking area, a staircase leads up to the house entrance (approx. 10 steps) with a barred entrance door. The door opens onto the large hallway, with the three bedrooms leading off to the left and the two bathrooms and the living/dining room to the right. Straight ahead is the kitchen and the pool area. It is also possible to enter the house from the barbecue/pool side, avoiding the stairs.

In front of the living room is a glazed terrace with 2 wicker armchairs and a wicker side table – with a view of the pool and the sea. From here you can also access the living room directly (gate in front of the living room). In front of the kitchen is another glazed terrace that serves as a dining area and is equipped with a heavy stone table and 6 garden chairs. Also with a view of the pool and the sea. 

Living/dining room: three-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, 1 rocking chair and 1 coffee table. Next to it is the rectangular wooden table with 6 new chairs, from 2025. Air conditioning from 2025.

Kitchen: separate, fully equipped, with a door to the glazed terrace and a lattice door, as well as a door to the hallway.

Sun terrace by the pool with beautiful, wide sea views, next to it there is a covered terrace area with a view to the other side of the sea as far as Calpe. Equipped with a stone bench, plastic dining table and 2 chairs for relaxed dining in the shade, space for three sun loungers, and the washing lines are also hung here.

Pool size: kidney-shaped 8 x 4 m Depth: approx. 1.40 – 2.50 m – only suitable for swimmers. With Roman steps and interior lighting. There is a garden lamp on the terrace in front of it, the covered barbecue area is illuminated and has a power outlet. Outdoor shower.

Garden: planted with Mediterranean bushes, hedges and trees along the garden walls.

Car/parking: the garage remains locked and is not accessible to guests. Parking for 2 cars on the property. The property access is open to the residential/cul-de-sac. The access road first goes left to the neighbouring house, and then leads up in the curve to the parking lot for guests, next to the locked garage.

Equipment

Electric cooker/induction hob with 3 plates - one of which can be enlarged; with electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

50-inch smart TV, German channels/Astra 1 and with a Spanish antenna on the roof for regular Spanish TV channels.

4 air conditioners - one is installed in the living/dining room, as well as in the three bedrooms, all cool and heat, new in 2025 A+, 2 standing fans, NO fireplace - the open fireplace in the living room may not be used! Two electric fan heaters in the bathrooms.

Covered charcoal barbecue, 8 garden chairs and 2 tables, 6 sun loungers, 1 sunshade, as well as the covered terrace area behind the pool - facing the driveway.

Environment

Quiet location in the Maryvilla residential area in a cul-de-sac approx. 100 m. 2 restaurants at about 300m distance, the restaurant Maryvilla offers breakfast rolls to go, the other restaurant Tenis Oscar, about 400 m away - rents tennis courts to non-members, 1 hotel restaurant down in the Puerto Blanco bay with sandy beach, about 1.2 km away. There is a short path very close by along the coast, where there are via ferratas on the Toix. Stairs lead down to the small bay of Les Urques about 600m from the house.

One of the two large sandy beaches in the centre of Calpe is about 3.5 km away. A long beach promenade with shops and many small restaurants invites you to take a stroll.

In the centre of Calpe, about 3 km away, there are many shops, supermarkets (including Lidl/Aldi y Mercadona), cafes and restaurants; a large weekly market takes place on Saturdays, where clothes, flowers, fruit and vegetables are sold, among other things. The two large sandy beaches of Calpe, with their beautiful promenade and ancient ruins, are easily accessible from the main road. The small but beautiful old town of Calpe, with its castle ruins and restaurants, is well worth a visit. Altea, with its beautiful old town, many restaurants and shops, is about 9 km away.

    Hallo Frau Erdmann
    wir haben die Zeit in Calpe Casa Tanja sehr genossen, leider sind die 4 Wochen schon wieder vorbei.
    Das Haus hat uns auch wieder sehr gut gefallen der Meerblick einfach super schön. Die Terrasse und der Pool waren auch sehr schön.
    Die Einrichtung war auch OK der Kühlschrank für 2 Personen ausreichend. Das renovierte Badezimmer auch sehr schön jetzt noch das zweite renovieren und alles ist super. Die Betreuung durch Mark war auch sehr gut.
    Jetzt müssen wir uns für nächstes Jahr auf die Suche machen gerne mit Empfehlung von Ihnen.

      Hallo Herr und Frau Nassall, schön, dass es Ihnen auch im Casa Tanja gut gefallen hat. Gerne empfehle ich Ihnen weitere Häuser für 2026.
      Danke für Ihre Hinweise. Der Kühlschrank wurde auf Maß gekauft, damit er in die Küche passt. Die Eigentümer lassen nun das Regal oberhalb ändern und kaufen noch dieses Jahr einen neuen Kühlschrank.
      Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass die Eigentümer sich in 2025 erstmal auf das wesentliche konzentriert haben: komplett neue Fenster eingebaut, überall Klimaanlagen, alles gestrichen, bequeme Essstühle für den Esstisch u.v.m.
      Das 2. Bad ist top in Ordnung, wenn auch die Fliesen nicht der jetzigen Mode entsprechen. Für 2026 stehen erstmal neue Gartenmöbel auf der Instandhaltungsliste, um den wunderbaren Meerblick noch mehr genießen zu können. Danke für Ihre offenen Worte. Herzliche Grüße Brigitte Erdman

    Hallo Frau Erdman,
    nun sind wir schon fast wieder eine Woche zu Hause. Wir vermissen die tolle Aussicht, die wir dort hatten jeden Tag.
    Das Haus ist super gelegen mit toller Terasse, sehr gepflegt und teilweise neu renoviert.
    Die Abwicklung Ihrerseits und die Hausbetreuung konnte nicht besser sein:)
    Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen ?
