Casa Walu is located on a quiet residential street in the residential area of La Cometa III.

The living/dining room side with large windows and long terrace faces the sea and offers a view of the Mediterranean Sea. On the north side, this terrace has a windbreak and you can sit outside comfortably even in spring and autumn.
The other side is hardly visible and houses the large pool with a nicely tiled garden wall and many flowers around it. From the driveway with parking for 1 car, stairs lead up to the house. The house, the pool and the terrace facing the sea are all on one level and cannot be seen from street level. Another terrace on the narrow side of the house connects the two large terraces and also serves as a laundry area.

From the covered terrace in front of the house, you go directly into the house; immediately at the entrance, there is a small guest WC on the left. The hallway leads into the kitchen and further into the living and sleeping area.

The interior has its own style, colourful, cheerful, with many pictures painted by the owner on the walls. A great house for a nice, relaxing holiday with your loved ones.

Layout of the rooms:

Floor space: approx. 90, Plot approx. 970 m²

Bedrooms: 2

In a small hallway opposite each other are the two bedrooms. Both with double-glazed windows, with external blinds and mosquito nets, and barred. Both with A/C, and a fitted wardrobe with two doors.

Both with 2 single beds, each 0.90 wide x 1.90 m long. All 4 beds with mattress protectors.

In the 2nd bedroom, the 2 beds are put together with a wooden frame.

The bedroom with the double bed is additionally equipped with a dressing table and chair as well as an armchair; the other bedroom with the single beds additionally with a chest of drawers.

Bathroom: 1, it is located directly in front of the two bedrooms. Equipped with double washbasin and 2 mirrors, as well as a vanity unit, shower, WC, bidet, small window with mosquito net and grille.

Guest toilet: yes, at the entrance of the house. Short way to the pool terrace.

Living room: large window facing the sea, sofa with 3 and 2 beds, 1 armchair, square coffee table, small desk with chair, small TV (with HDMI and USB connection).

Dining room: bright, with large window front, exit to the terrace sea side. Round dining table with 4 high-backed chairs, large cupboard, sofa, A/C.

Kitchen separate, with door to the entrance area and with door to the hallway living area. Fully equipped, window to the entrance side.

Sun terrace - pool side: hardly visible, beautifully landscaped garden wall, covered part with dining table and 4 chairs and Hollywood swing. Brick barbecue and outdoor shower are on the other side of the pool.

Sun terrace - sea side: exit from the dining room, with windbreak to the north side, view to the sea. Metal garden furniture, small round table and 4 chairs.

Covered terrace at the house entrance pool side: small dining table and 4 chairs, Hollywood swing, also the house entrance is located there.

Pool size: 10 and 9 m long x 4 m wide, depth: 1.20 - 1.80 m, with Roman steps, and 2 handrails and ladder in the deep part of the pool: with outdoor shower - hot and cold (to the right of the barbecue), with indoor lighting.

Garden: around the house, nicely planted with flowers and flowering shrubs.

Car/parking: Garage is not available for guests. Parking on the property.

On the way down to the beach there are more restaurants, on and around the beach you have a wide choice of restaurants, cafes and bars.

    La Casa Walu, Calpe, est très fonctionnelle et agréable, tout est au même niveau.
    La piscine est très bien : nous avons pu passer de jolies semaines de vacances.

    Liebe Frau Erdmann,
    wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt in dem Casa Walu, Calpe, und waren sehr zufrieden.
    Nur, dass leider der Backofen nicht ging.
    Auch mit der Betreuung von Hr. Förder Marc waren wir in guten Händen.
    Möglicherweise werden wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen, dann allerdings für einen längeren Zeitraum.

      Hallo liebe Familie Kißlinger, wie schön, dass Sie einen guten Urlaub hatten. Ja, der Backofen ging leider in der Nacht vor Ihrer Anreise kaputt. Es musste erst ein neuer ausgesucht und bestellt werden, das dauert in der Hochsaison. Der Eigentümer kommt jetzt selbst in das Haus und wird sich um den Einbau des neuen Ofens kümmern.

    Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Casa Walu in Calpe.
    Der Pool war wirklich cool, wo die Kinder ihren Spaß ausleben könnten.
    Die große Terrasse mit dem schönen Ausblick war ebenfalls sehr schön und gerade am Abends genießbar.
    Der Wintergarten war auch sehr praktisch mit der Klimaanlage zum Mittagessen.
    Die Küche war komplett mit allem ausgestattet, was man so für den Alltag braucht! Tolles Geschirr und Gläser etc.
    Empfehlenswert:
    Auf der großen Terrasse, sowohl auch vor der Eingangstür, eine neue qualitative Fußmatte, wo die Ameisen sich nicht sammeln und die Füße auch gut sauber werden.
    Die Tischgruppe auf der Terrasse zur Meerseite sieht schick aus, jedoch ungemütlich fürs längere sitzen.
    Gemütliche Leuchter oder Lichterketten die im dunklen brennen, wenn man da gemütlich sitzen möchte, wären auch schön.
    Ein Bewegungsleuchter reicht da leider nicht aus, da es einfach zu dunkel ist.
    Einen richtigen Hausbesen für den Innenbereich wäre auch sehr praktisch.
    Trotz dessen, in allem großen und ganzen, schönes Haus, alle Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe und schöne Strände.
    Vielen Dank an Fr.Erdmann für ihre freundliche Unterstützung in allem und an H. Fürder dass er für uns da war !

      Hallo Frau Gehl, danke für Ihre Hinweise. Da die Eigentümer immer auf der gemütlichen Poolterrasse sitzen, war es ihnen nicht aufgefallen, dass man die meerseitige Terrase noch besser beleuchten kann. Das wird gleich im September verbessert. Wenn Sie etwas vermissen, dann bitte der Hausbetreuung Bescheid geben, es ist ein Putzschrank vorhanden, mit Besen und allen. Gruß Brigitte Erdman

    Première fois que je passe par Sunny holidays et je remercie Mme Erdmann qui m'a conseillé sur le type de villa. La communication était très facile par mail. Tout était parfait du premier au dernier jour. Villa climatisée ce qui était très agréable durant la nuit. 2 magnifiques terrasses, une grande piscine et une douche extérieure. Une vue magnifique, dans une résidence très calme. Toutes les commodités à moins de 10min. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Calpe. Les enfants étaient ravis, Merci !!!
