Casa Vivienne offers everything you need for a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.  The house was completely renovated in 2023 and furnished with a well-thought-out, stylish concept. With maximum comfort and quality, this villa is the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday.

The house is located in a small, modern holiday complex, and the two entrance gates can only be opened with a key. Here, the best of a holiday complex and a private house come together. Casa Vivienne has its own enclosed grounds with a private pool and, to the left of the entrance to the holiday complex, a large communal pool, 17 m long x 6 m wide, with an integrated children's pool measuring 3 x 3 m for smaller children. The area is not visible from the house and has two access doors; there are two showers available for your use. You can relax with your family on your own terrace and enjoy the pool, and your children can find other children to play with at the communal pool, or you can swim long, sporty laps and then relax in your own pool.

From the house entrance, a small hallway leads to the left into the separate, fully equipped kitchen. To the right are the two bedrooms and the bathroom on the ground floor. Continuing straight ahead, you will reach the living/dining area, with the dining room on the left, a few steps away from the kitchen. The hallway leads directly into the large, bright living room with a comfortable upholstered sofa for 4 people, opposite which hangs a 65-inch smart TV. The living room opens onto the conservatory, which has another dining table. The glazing can be opened or closed depending on the season, giving you that outdoor feeling all year round, which is why so many people love to travel to the Costa Blanca. From here you can access the pool and sun terrace with barbecue area. The high-quality sun loungers, garden furniture and built-in gas barbecue have also been chosen with the same concept in mind and convey that pure holiday feeling.

An internal staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where you will find the large, separate bathroom on the right and the master bedroom on the left. From here you can access the balcony with lounge furniture and a small whirlpool, and you can see part of the Peñón de Ifach – the landmark of the Costa Blanca – and look out as far as the Olta mountain range.

Two restaurants and a café are within easy walking distance, so you can leave your car behind.

The beautiful Mediterranean beaches of La Fossa and La Fustera are a 5-minute drive away.

Fast fibre optic internet, high-quality air conditioning and double-glazed windows contribute to your well-being.

Layout of the rooms:

Living space approx. 140 sqm, plot approx. 285 sqm

3 bedrooms: Upper floor: one with double bed, 1.80 wide x 2 m long, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror, access to the balcony. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms, left with double bed, 1.60 wide x 2 m long, 2 bedside tables, wardrobe, mirror; right with 2 single beds, each 0.90 wide x 2 m long, 1 bedside table between them, wardrobe, mirror.

All three bedrooms are equipped with A/C, external blinds and curtains.

2 bathrooms: Upper floor: separate large bathroom equipped with large shower, round washbasin with vanity unit, WC. Ground floor: smaller bathroom with shower, washbasin with vanity unit, WC.

A hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are available free of charge in both bathrooms.

Separate, modern kitchen: fully equipped.

Dining room: behind the kitchen, next to the living room, rectangular table with glass top, 6 wooden/wicker chairs, air conditioning, French doors to the terrace.

Living room: spacious and bright, comfortable upholstered sofa with seats that can be pulled out towards the front. It offers plenty of space for 4 people, a round coffee table, sideboard under the 65-inch smart TV, AC, French doors leading out to the conservatory.

An internal staircase leads upstairs to the second bathroom, third bedroom and the balcony, which invites you to linger with a two-seater sofa, two armchairs and a table. To top it all off, there is also a small jacuzzi. Pure relaxation, at night you can see the lights of Calpe twinkling. The jacuzzi must be booked separately and will be freshly cleaned and filled with water before you arrive.

Winter garden in front of the living room, furnished in a style that harmonises perfectly with the house. It can be opened completely with folding windows, extending the outdoor feeling into the cooler months. Rectangular wooden dining table with 6 comfortable chairs.

To the left, you will find the built-in gas barbecue and a sink, where you can prepare your favourite meals with your friends and family.

The private pool is 7 x 3 m in size and 1.20 - 2.20 m deep from the Roman steps, outdoor shower, matching comfortable garden furniture.

The outdoor area is tiled around the house, and a small garden door next to the house entrance also leads to the pool area. This is very private thanks to tall bushes.

Guests at Casa Vivienne also have access to a 17 m long and 6 m wide communal pool with 2 showers. This pool is located further to the right in front of the first row of houses, out of sight, approx. 80 m away.

One car can be parked in front of the house, and there are additional parking spaces to the right of the gate entrance to the complex.

Anti-mosquito nets are fitted to the windows in the kitchen, both bathrooms and both downstairs bedrooms. The living room, dining room and master bedroom upstairs each have an anti-mosquito door on the patio/balcony doors.

The house is located in the quiet residential area of Gran Sol in a small, very well-maintained, modern complex.
Two restaurants and a café are within easy walking distance.

To the sandy beaches to the left and right of Penon de Ifach: La Fossa, sandy beach, approx. 3 km, Arenal-Bol approx. 4 km, to the very beautiful small sandy beach in La Fustera Bay with picnic area, Benissa, approx. 3 km
A hiking trail leads from there along the sea towards Moraira and Calpe: approx. 3.2 km.
The picturesque rocky beach of Playa Les Bassetes in Calpe offers a diving school, catamarans, paddle surfing and 2 restaurants and is less than 3 km away.  The coastal hiking trail also passes by here. The magnificent views from this hiking trail will remain in your memory for a long time.

The centre of Calpe, with a variety of restaurants, shops and sports facilities, is approx. 3.8 km away.  On Saturdays, there is a market there with sun-ripened fresh vegetables, fruit, flowers and clothing.
