Villa Flamingo is located in a beautiful, quiet residential area, just above Calpe center. The sunny, large property is completely enclosed, with few stairs (from the carport up to the house are some stairs, from the pedestrian gate the property is at ground level).

In front of the living room there is a terrace with fantastic, wide sea views to the left and right of the Costa Blanca's landmark, the Penon de Ifach, as well as with views to the salt lake of Calpe, Las Salinas with its flamingos. Environment

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Calpe. To the sandy beaches left and right of the Penon de Ifach: Playa Arenal-Bol about 2,4 km, Playa de la Fossa about 4,6 km. The picturesque rocky beach Playa Les Bassetes, Calpe, offers diving school, catamarans, paddle surf and 2 restaurants, and is about 7 km away. From Playa de la Fossa a footpath leads along the sea to Playa Les Bassetes and further to Benissa to Playa la Fustera. The magnificent views will remain unforgettable.

In the centre of Calpe, about 2,3 km away, there are many shops, cafes and restaurants. On Saturday there is a big market with sun-ripened fresh vegetables and fruits, flowers and clothes.

At the small train station about 300m away you can take the slow train to Benidorm or to Alicante, the provincial capital.
