The villa is furnished to a high standard, with care and style. Tasteful details, modern air conditioning in every room, as well as smart TVs and Wi-Fi ensure that you feel at home from the moment you arrive. On the approximately 1,400 m² plot, a beautifully landscaped oasis of well-being awaits you, with plenty of favourite spots to relax. Whether on one of the lounge sofas, in the cosy beach chair, on the sun loungers or on one of the terraces – everyone will find their own personal retreat here.

A real highlight is the spacious outdoor area with a barbecue under palm trees and a covered summer kitchen – ideal for long summer evenings with family and friends. From 2026, a projector with an electrically retractable screen, Wi-Fi and satellite TV will also be available there for special holiday evenings.
The villa is situated in a quiet location yet enjoys excellent transport links. Just 5 km away, you’ll find the two popular sandy beaches to the left and right of the famous Peñón de Ifach, the centre of

Calpe, the charming old town, as well as numerous restaurants, shops and places to visit.
The fantastic view of the Sierra Bernia mountains, with their impressive play of colours in the evening, makes every day special. After sunset, atmospheric lighting and the peaceful atmosphere transform the garden and terraces into a very special place.

Villa Siete Palmeras is ideal for two families or friends traveling together who wish to holiday together whilst still valuing their privacy. Inside the villa, there are two separate living areas on opposite sides of the house, each with its own covered terrace. This allows you to enjoy time together whilst also having pleasant places to retreat to.
One living area is located in the upper part of the house, near the main entrance and directly by the front pool. Another living area is situated in the lower part of the house; from there, you have direct access to the large 11-metre pool and the upper terrace. Both living areas are equipped with a kitchen, bathroom, TV and Wi-Fi.

The large 11-metre freshwater pool is operated using a modern salt treatment system (0.5%).
The almost level grounds are easy to navigate and feature very few steps. A retractable privacy screen provides additional privacy between the two pool areas if desired.

Your advantage:
You always have exclusive use of the property and all designated areas. The villa is rented exclusively to a single group per booking period – ensuring a relaxing holiday in a completely private atmosphere.
Private and ancillary areas of the house not designated for use remain closed during the rental period. Two parking spaces on the enclosed property are available for your use.

2 bedrooms: one with box-spring bed 1.60 wide*2.00m long, 1 mattress, with mattress protector, bedspread, pillows, two-door fitted wardrobe with revolving doors, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lights, 1 window, A/C, ceiling fan, radiant heater, external roller blind, anti-mosquito blind. The other with quality sofa bed, extended size 1.55 x 1.95, with mattress protector, two-door fitted wardrobe with hinged doors, high-quality metal chest of drawers, 1 window, A/C, ceiling fan, radiant heater, opaque curtains for darkening, anti-mosquito blind. Furthermore, a 55" flat screen TV with integrated W-LAN, all common streaming providers can be registered via your own customer account. 

1 bathroom: seven steps lead from the living room up to the bathroom. 1 window, WC, bathtub with shower head, and over a 1/3 of the bathtub a glass partition wall is attached to the bathtub. Washbasin with base cabinet and mirror cabinet, closed wall shelf, electric fan above the door - heating only, towel rail is not heated, toilet with WC seat can be lowered automatically.

Living/dining room: directly accessible from the covered terrace. 3-seater upholstered corner sofa, small, round coffee table. Behind it is a high-quality round wooden table and 3 swivel dining chairs. A/C cooling or heating, electric fireplace, wine rack on the wall, round floor lamp, heavy entrance door with frosted glass, 2 windows, 40" Smart-TV, all common streaming providers can be registered via your own customer account. 

Kitchenette: open in living/dining room, cooker hood, fully equipped, 1 window.

Covered terrace: 2 steps lead from the pool to the terrace in front of the living room, equipped with awning and ceiling fan, as well as grey 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and small table. The large covered terrace above pool 1 is equipped with a granite table and 6 comfortable chairs with pillowcases. Here you have the most beautiful view of the Sierra Bernia massif. Next to it you can relax and keep an eye on the big pool in a 5-seater rattan set with 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and small table.

Sun terraces on the property: next to both pools, paved with smooth natural stone slabs. Upstairs at pool 1 with sunshade and sofas. At the pool in front of apartment 1 with aluminium lounge sofa; lined with palm trees and bushes there is a small terrace with beach chair and hammock to the right of the apartment. Adjacent to this is the larger, partially covered Barbecue terrace/summer kitchen available, the roof can be opened and closed. Equipped with a large rectangular table and 6 chairs, crockery and glasses, fridge, sink and brick worktop for relaxed meals with your family and friends. In 2026, this area will also be equipped with a projector, an electrically extendable screen, WiFi and German satellite TV.

2 pools: Pool 1 size: 11 x 4.50m, depth: approx. 1.20 - 2.10m, with Roman stairs as entrance, hot water outdoor shower. Since April 2024, the large 11-metre freshwater pool is cleaned with salt instead of chlorine, 0.5 %.

Pool 2 in front of Apt. 1, size: 8 x 4m depth: approx. 1m to 1.90m, with Roman stairs as entrance, with hot water outdoor shower; both pools are colourfully illuminated and can be controlled by remote control.

A few steps lead down to Apt. 1. The two areas can be shielded from each other with a grey plastic screen.

Garden: around the house, beautifully landscaped and maintained, planted with Mediterranean bushes and plames. The whole garden is well lit and creates a nice ambience even at night.

Living area 2 down at the side entrance:

2 bedrooms: one with double bed, 1.80 wide x 2m long, 1 mattress, mattress protector, 2-door fitted wardrobe, 1 armchair, A/C, (1 window).

The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed, 1.80 wide x 2m long, 1 mattress, 2-door fitted wardrobe, A/C, ceiling fan, 2 windows. 

All three bedroom windows are fitted with anti-mosquito blinds and external roller blinds. In both bedrooms 40" Smart-TVs with Wifi and integrated Amazon and Netflix with your own customer account.

1 bathroom: large shower, WC, washbasin with vanity unit and mirror cabinet, closed wall shelf. No heater available.

Living room: entrance from the covered terrace through the large glass door, corner sofa with footboard, coffee table, two-door fitted wardrobe with sliding doors - ideal for storing groceries. A/C and ceiling fan. 65" UHD TV with integrated Wifi, all common streaming providers can be registered via your own customer account. Plus SAT-Astra 1, German channels.

Kitchenette: in the living area, cooker hood, fully equipped.

Covered terrace: directly in front of the living room with round table and 4 chairs, next to it is a small sun terrace strewn with gravel and another round table, 2 chairs and parasol. 2 deckchairs. Between these two terraces is the 3rd outdoor shower. Here one enjoys the afternoon sun, summer from approx. 15 o'clock, September from approx. 17 o'clock.

2 parking spaces for middle class cars within the property on the other side of the house of apartment 2.

Environment

The villa is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Calpe. To the sandy beaches left and right of the Penon de Ifach: Playa de la Fossa approx. 5 km, Playa Arenal-Bol approx. 5 km. The beautiful sandy beach with picnic area and walk along the sea - Playa La Fustera, Benissa is approx. 4.8 km away. The picturesque rock beach Playa Les Bassetes, Calpe, offers diving school, catamarans, paddle surf and 2 restaurants, and is about 5 km away. Also here the walk leads along the sea up to Calpe to Playa de la Fossa.

You can easily reach two hotel restaurants: Imperial Park and Gran Sol approx. 2.5 km. Cafe Cometa about 2.3 km. In the centre of Calpe, about 5 km distant, there are many shops, cafes and restaurants, on Saturday there is a big market held with sun-ripened, fresh vegetables and fruit, flowers and clothes.
