Villa Siete Palmeras captivates with 2 large, private pools, with her extraordinary flair, as well as enjoying the sun the whole day into the late evening hours. Villa Siete Palmeras was lovingly and lavishly renovated in 2019 and furnished to a high standard with tasteful and decorative interiors.

With your many possibilities to linger in the beautifully landscaped garden, various lounge sofas, the cosy beach chair and sun loungers everyone will find "his place" to relax and feel good. A summer kitchen with stone barbecue under palm trees with a covered dining area invites you and your family and friends to feast.

Villa Siete Palmeras is only about 5 km away from the two big sandy beaches on the left and right side of the rock massif Penon de Ifach, as well as about 5 km. from the centre and the worth seeing old town of Calpe, or various excursion possibilities. With its good traffic connections, it offers the optimal mix between nocturnal peace and quiet and proximity to the beaches.

On the 1,400 sqm property, a feel-good oasis has been created that invites you to relax and linger. The fantastic view of the mountains of the Siera Bernia with its alternating evening display of colour and sunshine is a highlight of this exclusive villa. In the late evening, the terraces with their beautiful lighting offer the possibility to stay at any place in the garden and enjoy a glass of your favourite drink with your loved ones.

Villa Siete Palmeras is ideal for 2 families and offers a lot of privacy. The two separate apartments are located on the two opposite sides of the house, each with its own covered terrace. Apartment 1 up at the main entrance, directly at the front pool; apartment 2 below the large, closed main apartment - via a staircase you directly reach the large 11 mtr. pool and the upper roofed terrace - both apartments are equipped with kitchen, bathroom, TV and Wifi flatrate.

The almost flat property has only a few stairs. Only to the large, roofed terrace slightly above the 11 mtr. pool a few steps lead up from both apartments. A grey plastic partition wall can be pulled out, then the two pool areas are even view-protected from each other.

You are always alone on the property. The villa is only rented to one party.

The large upper apartment and the garage remain locked during the rental period. Also the carport cannot be used. However, there are 2 parking spaces available on the closed property.

Layout of the rooms:

Sm² living space: approx. 54 each apartment, approx. 1.400 m² 

Apartment 1 up at the main entrance:

2 bedrooms: 1 with box spring bed 1.60 wide*2.00m long, 1 mattress, with mattress protector, bedspread, pillow, two-door fitted wardrobe with revolving doors, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lights, 1 window, A/C, ceiling fan, radiant heater, external roller blind, anti-mosquito blind.

1 bedroom/children's room: corner sofa with bed function: extended 1.45 wide*195m long, with mattress protector, two-door built-in wardrobe revolving doors, high-quality metal chest of drawers, 1 window, ceiling fan, radiant heater, opaque curtains to darken, anti-mosquito blind.

1 bathroom: seven steps lead from the living room up to the bathroom. 1 window, WC, bathtub with shower head, and over a 1/3 of the bathtub a glass partition wall is attached to the bathtub. Washbasin with base cabinet and mirror cabinet, closed wall shelf, electric fan above the door - heating only, towel rail is not heated, toilet with WC seat can be lowered automatically.

Living/dining room: directly accessible from the covered terrace. 3-seater upholstered corner sofa, small, round coffee table. Behind it there is a round high-quality wooden table and 3 swivel chairs. Air conditioning cooling or heating, electric fireplace, wine rack on the wall, round floor lamp, heavy entrance door with frosted glass, 2 windows.

Kitchenette: open in living/dining room, cooker hood, fully equipped, 1 window.

Covered terrace: 2 steps lead from the pool to the terrace in front of the living room, equipped with awning and ceiling fan, as well as grey 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and small table. The large covered terrace above pool 1 is equipped with a granite table and 6 comfortable chairs with pillowcases. Here you have the most beautiful view of the Sierra Bernia massif. Next to it you can relax and keep an eye on the big pool in a 5-seater rattan set with 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and small table.

Sun terraces on the property: next to both pools, paved with smooth natural stone slabs. Upstairs at pool 1 with sunshade and sofas. At the pool in front of apartment 1 with aluminium lounge sofa; lined with palm trees and bushes there is a small terrace with beach chair and hammock to the right of the apartment. Adjacent to this is the larger, partially covered barbecue terrace/summer kitchen, the canopy can be opened and closed. Equipped with a large rectangular table and 6 chairs, crockery and glasses, fridge, sink and brick worktop for relaxed meals with your family and friends.

2 pools: Pool 1 size: 11 x 4.50m, depth: approx. 1.20 - 2.10m, with Roman stairs as entrance, hot water outdoor shower,

Pool 2 in front of Apt. 1, size: 8 x 4m depth: approx. 1m to 1.90m, with Roman stairs as entrance, with hot water outdoor shower; both pools are colourfully illuminated and can be controlled by remote control.

A few steps lead down to Apt. 1. The two areas can be shielded from each other with a grey plastic screen.

Garden: around the house, beautifully landscaped and maintained, planted with Mediterranean bushes and plames. The whole garden is well lit and creates a nice ambience even at night.

Apartment 2 down at the side entrance:

Living space: 54 

2 bedrooms: 1 with double bed, 1,80 br. x 2m long, 1 mattress, mattress protector, two door fitted wardrobe, 1 armchair, A/C, ceiling fan, (1 window).

1 small bedroom with quality pull-out sofa, pulled out as a bed 1.55 br. x 1.95m long, suitable for 1 - 2 children. Two-door fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan (2 windows). All three bedroom windows windows with anti-mosquito blinds and outside blinds.

1 bathroom: large shower, WC, washbasin with base cabinet and mirror cabinet, closed wall shelf. No heating device available.

Living room: Entrance from the covered terrace through the large glass door, corner sofa with footrest, coffee table, two-door fittedn wardrobe with sliding doors - ideal for stowing food. Air conditioning and ceiling fan.

Kitchenette: in the living area, cooker hood, fully equipped.

Covered terrace: directly in front of the living room with round table and 4 chairs, next to it is a small sun terrace strewn with gravel and another round table, 2 chairs and parasol. 2 deckchairs. Between these two terraces is the 3rd outdoor shower. Here one enjoys the afternoon sun, summer from approx. 15 o'clock, September from approx. 17 o'clock.

2 parking spaces for middle class cars within the property on the other side of the house of apartment 2.

Gas cooker with 4 rings and electric oven, small fridge with icebox, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, iron/ironing board, washing machine. Small flat screen SAT-TV Astra 1 mainly German channels, some French channels like ARTE, France 24, and some English news channels, laser printer. Built BBQ/charcoal, 12 garden chairs and 2 garden tables, 4 sun loungers, 1 parasol, several garden sofas with 2 armchairs each and a small table, distributed in the garden. 3 cushion boxes for storing the cushions. Laundry rack.
Air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, ceiling fan, 1 electric radiator.

Apartment 2 downstairs:
Gas cooker with 4 rings and electric oven, small fridge with icebox, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, iron/ironing board, washing machine available, located in apt. 1.

6 garden chairs and 2 tables, 2 sunbeds, 1 parasol, clothes horse. 55 inch flat screen, SAT-TV Astra 1, mainly German channels, some French channels like ARTE, France 24, and some English news channels. CD player with loudspeaker, laser printer, air conditioning in the living room and main bedroom, ceiling fan in all 3 rooms.

Internet fibre, flatrate, up to 600 Mb/s down/upload speed. WLAN mesh network throughout the house and garden, so you have reception in the two appartments and at the pool.

Environment

The villa is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Calpe. To the sandy beaches left and right of the Penon de Ifach: Playa de la Fossa approx. 5 km, Playa Arenal-Bol approx. 5 km. The beautiful sandy beach with picnic area and walk along the sea - Playa La Fustera, Benissa is approx. 4.8 km away. The picturesque rock beach Playa Les Bassetes, Calpe, offers diving school, catamarans, paddle surf and 2 restaurants, and is about 5 km away. Also here the walk leads along the sea up to Calpe to Playa de la Fossa.

You can easily reach two hotel restaurants: Imperial Park and Gran Sol approx. 2.5 km. Cafe Cometa about 2.3 km. In the centre of Calpe, about 5 km distant, there are many shops, cafes and restaurants, on Saturday there is a big market held with sun-ripened, fresh vegetables and fruit, flowers and clothes.

    Wir waren für 3 Wochen in der Villa Siete Palmeras in Calpe. Von Anfang bis Ende hatten wir hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Die Einrichtung des Hauses war sehr ansprechend und überdurchschnittlich gepflegt. Jedes kleinste Detail des Hauses oder des Außenbereiches war stimmig und gepflegt. Alles war benutzbar und sauber. Ein großes Lob an Vermieter und Hausverwalter. Wir würden uns freuen, wieder Gast sein zu dürfen.

    Ein Traum von Anfang bis Ende

    Die Villa Siete Palmeras hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als nur übertroffen! Wir buchen seit über 20 Jahre Ferienhäuser in unterschiedlichen Regionen Spaniens, immer im gleichen Preissegment. Noch nie haben wir ein Objekt in diesem Zustand angemietet. Die Sauberkeit war überdurchschnittlich gut (Schränke, Schrankinhalte, Möbel...) nichts war vernachlässigt oder "vergessen worden". Alle Möbel waren in einem sehr guten Zustand und können als neuwertig beschrieben werden. Die Dekoration in den Häusern war liebevoll ausgewählt und absolut passend zum Interieur. An jedem noch so kleinen Detail, in und um das Haus herum, konnte man erkennen, welch einen besonderen Wert der Vermieter hier auf das Wohl seiner Gäste. So gab es neuwertige Haushaltsgeräte (saubere Staubsauger, Kaffeemaschinen, Ventilatoren, TV-Geräte, Soundbar, und vieles mehr) bis hin zu einer großen Spieleauswahl oder einer noch größeren DVD-Sammlung. ALLE Geräte, welche wir über die Zeit hinweg "entdeckt" haben, waren in einem einwandfreien und gepflegten Zustand. Der Außenbereich war ebenso liebevoll gestaltet und durchdacht wie die Häuser selbst (Lichter überall auf dem Gelände, elektrische Toreinfahren, Poolbeleuchtung etc...) Alles war gepflegt und in einem Top-Zustand! Die Pools waren gepflegt und wurden entsprechend gereinigt. Nichts!, absolut Nichts! war defekt oder kurz davor "das Zeitliche zu segnen"! Bestuhlung im Außenbereich war hochwertig und neu, die Liegen bequem und hochwertig, die Außenküche und Grill wunderschön angelegt und gut durchdacht! Und auch die Elektrizität, Verkabelungen etc. entsprach deutschem Standard und es konnten tatsächlich alle Elektrogeräte gleichzeitig laufen :-) . Die Betreuung vor Ort, durch die Hausverwaltung klappte problemlos, die Kontakte waren sehr angenehm und sympathisch. Herr Fürderer wäre jederzeit für uns erreichbar gewesen. Wir haben uns nach nur einer Woche zu Hause entschieden: Wir kommen wieder! "Adiós y hasta pronto"

    Guten Abend,
    bei uns hat alles geklappt so wie es soll, wir hatten einen entspannten Urlaub, es war alles perfekt es hat alles so gepasst wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten und kommen sehr gerne wieder.
    Das Haus ist in einer top Lage, sehr ruhige Umgebung, der Pool war perfekt für uns. Die kleine feine Küche hatte alles was wir brauchten.
    Danke für diesen entspannten Urlaub :)

    Guten Tag Frau Erdman,
    wir können Casa Siete Palmeras in Calpe, Juli 2020, eine gute Bewertung geben.
    Wir sind mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden gewesen. Das Haus war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Anlage ist rund um geschlossen und komplett Videoüberwacht und Alarmgesichert.
    Die Videoüberwachung kann auf Wunsch auch deaktiviert werden. Die Anlage hat zwei Pools, der eine ist groß und der andere noch größer mit je einer Außendusche, was sehr praktisch ist. In der Anlage gibt es mehr als genug Sitzgelegenheiten, sodass wir in dem 14-tägigen Aufenthalt nicht alle genutzt haben. Die Terrasse bietet einen sehr guten Ausblick.
    Der Hausverwalter spricht deutsch und war sehr nett. Ansonsten waren wir bestens zufrieden und würden es auch wieder Buchen!
    Vielen Dank auch an Sie Frau Erdman, alle Häuser, die wir durch Sie gebucht haben waren spitze!
