1 bedroom with double bed with 2 mattresses, each 1m wide x 2m long, fitted wardrobe with 2 doors, chest of drawers, washbasin. Windows with external blind and mosquito net, A/C.
1 bedroom with double bed, new in autumn 2022, 1 mattress, 1.80 m wide x 2 m long, 2 bedside cabinets, 3-door fitted wardrobe, small SAT-TV, A/C. Exit to the glazed terrace.
Separate add on with own entrance, stairs leading up to first floor to large 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom. New 2021 - two single beds, each 0.90m wide x 1.90m long., 2 door fitted wardrobe, small table with 2 chairs, A/C. 2 small windows with external blinds and flyscreens, one large floor window with external blinds and flyscreens leads out onto the balcony.
Bathroom: 2, main apartment with shower, washbasin, mirror cabinet, WC, washing machine, radiant heater above the door. The 2nd bathroom is in the studio with bathtub/shower, washbasin, WC. Outside toilet next to the pool in the wooden house with toilet and washbasin. Very practical, as you don't always have to go up into the house when bathing outside.
Living/dining room: equipped with oval wooden dining table and 6 upholstered chairs, 2 two-seater upholstered sofas and coffee table, fireplace with firebox, large wall cupboard, cupboard for glasses. With exit onto the balcony, with views over the sea and the pool, this serves as 2nd dining area and is equipped with garden furniture.
Kitchen open American kitchen, fully equipped, with sideboard facing the living room. Window with anti-mosquito blinds.
In front of the big bedroom there is a completely glazed terrace with door and fly-door onto the balcony, and with sliding door to the pool, 10 steps lead down to the pool area. Beautiful sea view, ideal for spring and autumn, with round table and 4 chairs, low cupboard with drawers, small fridge for drinks.
Sun terrace: by the pool, with large storage room for garden furniture and cushions.
Pool: Size: 7.50 x 5 m. Depth: approx. 1.30 to 1.50 m., with Roman stairs, with outside shower. The pool area is not visible due to high hedges all around. Brick grill house next to the pool, with gas insert for grilling.
Garden: around the house, beautifully planted with palm trees and flowering bushes.
Car: garage may not be used; a carport and a parking space are available on the property.
The plot is enclosed. The entrance has an electric gate.

Environment
The house is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area below the Montgo National Park. To the sandy beach at "Hotel Port Denia" it is approx. 4 km, there is also a beautiful, new harbour promenade with sport boats, restaurants and cafes. 2 restaurants Galleretes (with tennis court) and Campus are about 3 minutes away by car. 2 supermarkets are about 5 minutes away by car. To the center of Denia you have a simple and straight connection of about 4 km. The ferry port of Denia is about 5 km distant with a fish market, restaurants, promenade and shopping area; a wide sandy beach stretches to both sides.
Denia offers a wide range of restaurants, shops and water sports. The castle is illuminated at night in summer.

Casa El Refugio, Denia. Un merveilleux séjour, une location dans un cadre exceptionnel entre mer et montagne, une vue magnifique. Cela fait 20ans que nous louons en Espagne et la casa "El Refugio" fait partie de notre top 5. Il ne manquait rien, maison où il y a tout ce qu'il faut en général mais aussi en cuisine. Bel extérieur, superbe piscine avec une eau à 30° et très propre.
Nous espérons y revenir.

Das Ferienhaus Casa El Refugio in Denia hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Vor allem zu erwähnen ist die sehr gute Ausstattung, der wunderschöne gepflegte Pool sowie die freundliche und immer ansprechbare Betreuerin des Hauses.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und das Haus für das nächste Jahr erneut gebucht.

Maison de vacances Casa El Refugio Denia.
Excellentes vacances dans une belle maison au calme et bien agencée. Belle vue de la mer.
Nous tenons à remercier particulièrement madame Kraus bärbel pour sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Toujours à veiller au bien être des hôtes.

La villa El refugio, Denia, juillet 23, est vraiment très agréable.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine.Belle vue et aucun vis à vis.
Il serait bien de mettre dans la grande chambre du bas des rideaux occultants, beaucoup de luminosité le matin de bonne heure et sécuriser ou fermer l’accès au local piscine.
Nous en garderons un très bon souvenir et reviendrons peut-être …

Casa El Refugio bietet einen wunderbaren Blick auf Denia, die Burg und das Meer. Die Casa ist liebevoll eingerichtet und in absolut ruhiger Lage. Trotzdem ist man schnell in Denia. Frau Kraus hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und die Abwicklung der Buchung über Sunnyholidays war wie immer perfekt. Mai 2023

Vacaciones geniales en julio 21 en casa El Refugio en Denia. La casa está en una situada en una localización muy buena. Y la parte exterior es inmejorable. Muy recomendable
