The beautiful property extends over a plot of approx. 1,400 square metres, in a sunny location at the top of the hill. The view extends far over Denia and the sea. Opposite the house is a green zone. From here there is access to a walking path. It is the penultimate house in a cul-de-sac. Perfect for guests who are travelling with a dog.

The house consists of 2 separate apartments, each with two bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a living/dining room. The upper appartment is the larger one and has a spacious, covered balcony overlooking the sea, the Montgo massif and the famous La Sella golf course.
The dining area and one bedroom in the lower appartment also look out over the sea.

Only a few steps lead down from the street and the car park to the upper appartment. Here guests have access to a terrace with dining table and chairs in front of the house entrance, as well as a spacious covered balcony with table and chairs as well as armchairs to enjoy the view. A few more steps lead up to the large pool terrace, with the 10 metre pool, where guests can dine at a long wooden table with two benches - it's just a short way into the modern kitchen in the house, or over to the summer kitchen.

To the left, there is a brick table with a built-in barbecue and covered bench. To the side of the pool is the summer house, with an in-ground whirlpool for up to 6 persons, another dining table, garden sofa and 2 armchairs, the TV can also be connected here, the large windows facing the sea can be slid open. Heading to the back is the lockable summer kitchen, with electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge.
Behind the summer kitchen there is a self-built wood-burning sauna with wood-burning stove available to guests by prior arrangement.

Villa Panorama is a house for all seasons and for all weathers.

You are always alone at the property, even if you are only arriving as a twosome.

Layout of the rooms:

Property approx. 1,600 m2 in size, ground floor apartment approx. 102 m2, covered terrace in front approx. 38.8 m2, apartment below approx. 46.20 m2, summer house approx. 46 m2.

Upper apartment: Bedroom: 2, double bed, 2 mattresses each 0.90 m wide x 2 m long, A/C, infrared heating, small TV, built-in wardrobe, external blinds, mosquito nets at the windows, sea view. 2nd bedroom facing the entrance, with double bed, each 1 m wide x 1.90 m long, A/C, small TV, built-in wardrobe, external blind, mosquito net at the window. 2 highchairs are available.

1 modern shower room with large walk-in shower with massage jets and illuminated partition; large washbasin with illuminated mirror; WC, shelf, heated electric towel rail.

On the right-hand side of the official house entrance is the small storage room with the hot water boiler, washing machine, small fridge with icebox. The fuse box is located in the hallway.

Living/dining room: large French doors lead from the pool side into the dining area with kitchen, and from the covered terrace directly into the living area. The living room is separated from the dining area by a wall with a closed fireplace/heating cassette. Both areas are equipped with marble heating. Since February 2025 with modern A/C.The two large floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with electric blinds.

The modern American kitchen was newly installed in 2023 and is equipped with good Bosch appliances. It is slightly separated from the dining area by a counter and 2 Tuscan columns. Small fridge without icebox.

A large covered terrace runs along the house from the pool side to the living room side. It is equipped with a dining table and 4 chairs, as well as four garden chairs to enjoy the view of the sea, the Montgo massif and the famous LaSella golf course.

Outside stairs in front of this covered terrace on the pool side lead down to the smaller second apartment.

Bedrooms: 2. Again, one bedroom faces the sea (floor window) and one faces the entrance (normal window). Both with mosquito nets at the window.

In between is the small shower room, with toilet, sink, shower, no window but fan.

You enter the lower flat through the dining area with a wooden dining table, 6 upholstered chairs, sideboard, infrared heating, and next to it is the American kitchen equipped with a small fridge with icebox, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and sink. A hallway with a few steps leads past the bathroom to the bedrooms at the back.

There is NO living area downstairs. The lower apartment gives guests some privacy, but ‘life takes place upstairs’.

Pool terrace to the left of the house, with a large wooden table and 2 wooden benches, and the 10 x 4 m pool, approx. 1.30 to 1.80 m deep, Roman steps. The fresh water pool is cleaned with salt, which is more pleasant than with chlorine. There is a beautiful, wide sea view.

To the left of the pool is a covered stone bench with a stone table in the middle of which a charcoal grill is embedded.

The summer house, which is open on the pool side, extends the summer season and provides pleasant shade during the warm season. The in-ground hot tub offers space for up to 5 people and through the large window front with sliding doors, your gaze wanders far over the landscape to the sea. Here you can relax comfortably: garden furniture - another dining table with 6 chairs and a 3-seater sofa and 2 armchairs complete the furnishings, and also a 55 inch Smart-TV.

The lockable summer kitchen is adjacent to this and faces the cul-de-sac. It will delight amateur chefs with a large fridge-freezer, a ceramic hob, an oven, a small dishwasher and a sink. A gas grill is also available.

If you go down a few steps behind the summer kitchen, you will come to the self-built wooden sauna with a wood-burning stove. This can be used if desired. + €40 for cleaning. The area below the sauna is private.

Well-kept garden around the house, a parking space on the property, up to 2 parking spaces opposite on the green area, or directly in front of the property on the street. Villa Panorama is the penultimate house in a cul-de-sac.

Main apartment upstairs: 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge (no freezer), fridge with icebox, dishwasher (both Bosch); microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, cooker hood, washing machine, iron and ironing board.  Washing lines to the right of the house below the parking space.  

Infrared/marble heaters in some rooms, closed fireplace with heating cassette in the living room. All 4 bedrooms and the living room upstairs are equipped with A/C.

3 garden dining tables with 10 chairs and 2 wooden benches. Gas grill and brick table grill, 6 sun loungers.

55-inch Smart TVs in the living room upstairs and also in the summer house, the 4 bedrooms each have a small TV. All with German Astra 1 SAT programmes.

You can find the equipment of the other two kitchens directly in the house description, so that the equipment can be better identified.

Fast internet via Starlink. You can stream all your favorite channels or your Netflix account etc.

    Wie immer ein rundum toller Urlaub mit Sunny Holidays. Diesmal im Juni in einem wunderschönen Haus mit der besten Aussicht die man sich wünschen kann, Villa Panorama in Denia/La Sella. Auch ein dickes Lob an die Hausbetreuung. Kurz und gut alles perfekt

      Hallo Herr Saternus, vielen Dank für Ihr Lob, das tut uns allen sehr gut. Die Eigentümer, die Hausbetreuung und wir haben im Winter/Frühjahr noch einiges verbessert, damit sich alle dort rundum wohlfühlen können. Herzlicher Gruß Brigitte Erdman
