One with 1 double bed, 1 mattress, 1.60 wide x 2 m long, 2 bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe with 2 doors, A/C, French window with screen door in front as exit to covered terrace, mosquito net. No outside blinds but fixed grey curtains for darkening. Bathroom en suite.
2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, each 0.90 x 2 m wide, these can also be pushed together, 2 bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe with 2 doors, A/C, window facing the entrance to the house with mosquito net, curtain and bars.
Bathrooms: 2, one en-suite, with round bath and shower attachment, 3 windows behind, (when the door is open you can see down to the sea through the large floor window in the bedroom; washbasin, WC, small cupboard.
2nd bathroom with shower, washbasin with base cabinet, WC, window.
Living/dining room: Stressless furniture: two-seater upholstered sofa with pull-out seat and 2 armchairs that can be adjusted with footstool; coffee table. Oval wooden dining table with 4 upholstered chairs. Large glass cabinet with glasses next to it. Ceiling fan.
Kitchen: American style, with counter to dining area, doors open in dining area and kitchen area. Exit to the "breakfast terrace". Small utility room with fridge, dishwasher and washing machine.
Sun terrace: in front of the living room and also by the pool with beautifully planted garden area behind.
Covered terrace: exit from the living room and bedroom onto this terrace. With dining table and 4 chairs. Awning to the front and awning to the side which closes off the passage and can be hooked in.
Tiled steps lead around the house.
Pool size: 8 x 4 Depth: with Roman steps (5 steps) and handrail, depth at front of steps approx. 1.5 m - at rear approx. 2.20 m, with interior lighting. No outside shower.
Garden: the well-kept garden area around the house is beautifully laid out with Mediterranean plants.
Car/parking: Garage, for 1 medium sized car.
The space below the garage is private and remains locked.

Cooker with 3 gas rings and one electric ring; new in 22/23 - all appliances energy efficient: electric oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine. As well as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, iron/ironing board.

Environment
Villa Carisma is situated on a residential street / cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area in the natural parc on the Montgo massif. To the sandy beach Punta del Raset about 5 km by car; about 2,5 km away La Pedrera with 2 restaurants, 1 pharmacy; the supermarket Masymas and petrol station BP about 2,6 km, the big supermarket Mercadona, and cafes, pizzaria etc. about 4 km away - opposite is the big "Monday market". To the old town with pedestrian precinct of Denia about 4 km; to the port about 4 km.
Denia offers you a wide choice of all water sports and has a nice shopping area in the old town centre below the castle, as well as pedestrian promenades at the ferry harbour and the sports boat harbour with many restaurants and boat rental, both motor and sailing boats.

Ha sido un placer poder disfrutar una semana en esta casa, Villa Carisma en Denia. El estado de la misma y la atención de los cuidadores ha sido fantástico. Para cualquier necesidad que hemos tenido, que han sido pocas, han estado para solucionarlo.
Es un lugar totalmente recomendable por la tranquilidad y la buena brisa que había por las tardes. El estado de la piscina y jardín igualmente han sido excepcionales.
Queremos agradecer a Konnny por su amabilidad y servicio, al igual que a Olga y sus compañeras. A Brigitte por su gestión. Y como no, al dueño de Villa Carisma por dejarnos disfrutar de su maravillosa casa.
Seguramente repetiremos la experiencia.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Carisma in Denia😊. Das Haus ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt und die Betreuung von der Buchung bis zur Heimfahrt war einfach klasse. Die Lage ist traumhaft – der Blick auf den Montgó und das Meer ist jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Highlight. Dazu ist es herrlich ruhig und der Pool lädt zum perfekten Entspannen ein. Wir haben in den letzten Jahrzehnten schon viele Häuser in Dénia gemietet, aber hier haben wir uns mit Abstand am wohlsten gefühlt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub, den tollen Service - wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Perfekter Urlaub – die Bilder versprechen nicht zu viel!
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Carisma in Denia. (Fast 6 Wochen im Mai/Juni 2026) Das Haus ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sauber und entspricht eins zu eins den Fotos im Internet – unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt. Das absolute Highlight war für uns die Terrasse: Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend und jeden Morgen den Sonnenaufgang von dort aus zu beobachten, war einfach unbezahlbar.
Ein großes Lob geht an Konny Kühnl und Pepe, deren Betreuung vor Ort sehr positiv war!
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Hallo Frau Daleiden, welch schöneres Kompliment kann es geben, als wenn Sie als Gast Ihren Urlaub verlängern. In der Villa Carisma ist alles top gepflegt und alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub braucht. Die schöne Umgebung ist das große Plus - gratis dazu. Wir freuen uns auf Sie im nächsten Frühjahr.

Liebe Frau Erdman, wir sind nun das dritte Jahr bei SunnyholdaysVillas - was ja schon für sich allein spricht!
Auch in diesem Jahr war unser zwei monatiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Carisma eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Villa ist auch in den kühlen Monaten eine Empfehlung. Da wir die ersten Winter Langzeitgäste waren, musste das eine oder andere "passend" gemacht werden. Hier möchten wir uns besonders bei Frau Konny Kühnel, unsere Hausbetreuung, herzlich für ihren Einsatz bedanken. Alle kleinen und etwas größeren Probleme hat sie mit großem Engagement schnell und unkompliziert beseitigt. Mal sehen wo wir im nächsten Jahr bei "Sunnyholidays" landen.

Hallo liebe Familie Bischoff, herzlichen Dank für Ihren ausführlichen Eintrag. Schön, dass es Ihnen gefallen hat und Sie sich wohl gefühlt haben. Ja, Konny Kühnl kümmert sich seit vielen Jahren hervorragend um unsere Gäste und wir geben ihr das Kompliment gerne weiter. Jedoch hatten wir in der Villa Carisma schon einige Jahre lang Wintergäste. Der Gast vor Ihnen der den ganzen November im Haus war, hatte gar keine Probleme. Diesen Winter hatten wir viel Regen, Sturm und dadurch bedingt auch ab und an Stromausfälle, und da geht immer einiges kaputt. Selbst der Internetanbieter Orange hatte ein paar Tage Probleme. Bei Ihnen haben leider ein paar Dinge ihren Geist aufgegeben, aber Frau Kühnl ist wirklich gut und professionell und konnte dies schnell reparieren oder sogar neu kaufen, damit Sie weiterhin einen schönen Aufenthalt haben konnten. Der Winter ist immer schnell ausgebucht, ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn Sie wieder ein Haus über uns finden. Herzliche Grüße Brigitte Erdman

Una estancia maravillosa en Villa Carisma en Denia. Casa bien situada en el parque natural del Montgó, Denia. Unas vistas de espectaculares. Una casa equipada con todas las comodidades. Si es verdad que echamos de menos unas persianas en las ventanas. Por el resto super. Atención exquisita por parte de todos vosotros. Sois geniales. Si Dios quiere contaremos con vosotros para nuevas vacaciones.

Wir haben diesen April in der Villa Carisma in Denia verbracht und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Kühl-Gefrierschrank, Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind relativ neu und die Stressless-Sessel sind superbequem. Der Garten ist schön bepflanzt und von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Meerblick. Auch unser kleiner Hund war glücklich.
Von Marc Fürderer wurden wir bestens betreut.
Wir werden auch im nächsten Jahr wieder bei Frau Erdman buchen.

Wir waren im Juni in der Villa Carisma in Denia. Haus war super, Pool und Terrassen ebenfalls, werden wieder buchen Betreuung war sehr gut, wunderschöne Aussenbepflanzung,Erholung pur.

nous avons passé un excellent séjour en avril. la maison est agréable et la terrasse très agréable.
Nous avons encore quelques suggestions pour améliorer le séjour :
la petite table sur la terrasse près de la cuisine aurait besoin d'être changée car nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser.
de plus une petite nappe pour la table du séjour serait agréable car le soir nous ne pouvions manger dehors.
et enfin difficile de savoir ce que nous avons consommer en gaz car nous avons réglé 2 bouteilles mais je ne pense pas les avoir consommee car nous avons peu chauffé.
si non tout était bien.

En règle générale, toute bouteille de gaz entamée est facturée, sauf si elle est encore presque pleine. Mais vous pouvez toujours clarifier cela directement sur place avec le responsable de la maison au moment du départ.

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Monate ( Januar/Februar 2024)in der Villa Carisma in Denia verbracht. Das Haus ist großzügig und hell mit schönem Blick auf Denia und das Meer. Wünschenswert wäre evt. eine Gästemappe mit Adressen und Empfehlungen ( Gaststätten, Ärzte, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten u.s.w.)
Wir haben uns jedenfalls sehr wohlgefühlt und werden solch eine Zeit sicher wiederholen.
