3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds, each 1,80 wide x 2m long (each with 2 mattresses), 2 night stands, 4-door fitted wardrobe, ceiling fan, both facing east, both with A/C.
1 bedroom in the basement, accessible via internal stairs from the dining room, ideal as a small kingdom for children, equipped with two single beds, each 0.90 wide x 1.90 m. long. 1 table with chair, wardrobe, 1 sofa, and bathroom en-suite -.

Babybed/cot and high chair are available.
3 baths: 2 large, separate baths, both with bath/shower over as well as separate shower, double washbasin with marble, and many closets below, large mirror, toilet, rear bath with washing machine. The 3rd bath in the basement is en-Suite, with large shower, wash basin, small table, air exhaust (no window).
Living/dining room: with many windows, 2 upholstery sofas, connected by a corner table, with room for 4 to 5 persons, cristal coffee table, ceiling fan, open fireplace. The Teakwood-dining table with 6 Teakwood-chairs with cushions is put towards the kitchen.
American kitchen, well equipped, marked off by a large counter towards the dining area, the counter provides a lot of storage space for the crockery.
Garden: around the villa, nicely planted with palms, fruit trees, rock garden, plants of the region.
Sun terrace by the pool with views to the sea and the Montgó; covered terrace in front of the dining room/kitchen, round dining table with 6 small club chairs, a wide spiral staircase leads up to the large roof terrace, approx. 40 m², with panoramic sea and mountain views, here you have a plastic table with small two-seater sofa and 2 chairs at your disposal; there is also a small storage room for storing furniture there.

Equipment:
Ceramic hob with 4 rings and oven, dishwasher, fridge with 3 drawer freezer, second, small fridge for beverages, coffee maker for filter coffee (the coffee maker seen on the photos is not provided for the guests), juice squeezer, electric kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and board, vacuum cleaner, clothes horse.
1 SAT-TV Astra 1 with German channels, hifi-radio with iPod connector, DVD-player - in the living room, in the children's bedroom one flat screen TV, without connection to the antenna; Internet flatrate, fibre optic with approx. 100 MB download speed.
2 round teak tables with 6 chairs, round dining table with 6 club chairs on the covered terrace, 7 sun loungers, 2 suspended rocking garden chairs. No sunshades, but the garden is designed so that a shady spot can always be found.
All windows with anti-mosquito screens, except for the doors. All windows and doors have outside shades. Windows made of safety glas, no grille.

Environment:
Situated in a quiet service road in a residential area. To the large sandy beach about 5 km by car; La Pedrera is about 3 km distant with 2 restaurants, 1 pharmacy; large supermarket Mercadona, and Cafès, Pizzaria etc. about 4 km distant - on the opposite side the large "Monday market" is held. About 5 km to the Old Part of Town of Denia with pedestrian zone and castle. The ferry harbour and the beautiful Marina are about 6 distant. Denia offers a wide variety of all water sports, a nice shopping area in the Old Part of Town below the castle, as well as esplandes at the Marina and the ferry harbour with many restaurants.

der Urlaub war einfach traumhaft. Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Zeit in dieser schönen Villa Celeste in Denia. Uns war das Herz ganz schwer bei der Abreise…..

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, Villa Celeste/Denia. Bon accueil d'olga et de connie.
Seul bémol, le frigo qui ne fonctionnait pas et pas de micro onde.
Maison spacieuse pour 4 personnes car le sous sol pour deux autres personne sent le renfermé. Piscine agréable et très calme aux alentours.
Wifi capricieuse. Mais tout est tout de même très bien et maison très propre .et le petit cadeau d'accueil deux bouteilles de vin est très apprécie. C'est la première fois que nous avons le droit a cela donc un grand merci.et encore merci a connie pour sa gentillesse et a l'équipe d'arrivée avec olga qui nous très bien accueillie.

Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez passé de bonnes vacances à la Villa Celeste.
Konny Kühnl s'occupe de la villa depuis longtemps et fait un très bon travail.
En ce qui concerne vos remarques.
Avant de les développer : Konny Kühnl vous demande toujours, en tant qu'hôtes, de l'informer à votre arrivée si quelque chose ne semble pas fonctionner ou manque. Elle demande également à chaque fois si tout est en ordre lorsqu'elle se rend à la maison pour nettoyer la piscine. En tant qu'hôte, vous passez ainsi des vacances encore plus agréables, car Konny s'occupe toujours immédiatement de tout.
Le grand réfrigérateur est tombé en panne, les trois compartiments du congélateur fonctionnaient encore. Il y avait encore un deuxième petit réfrigérateur. Le propriétaire a immédiatement fait en sorte que les deux réfrigérateurs soient rachetés. Cependant, les deux dernières semaines d'août sont également une période de vacances pour les artisans (cuisine intégrée/menuisier) et la commande n'a pas été livrée aussi rapidement que d'habitude. C'est pourquoi les deux nouveaux réfrigérateurs n'ont malheureusement pu être installés qu'après votre départ.
Il n'y avait et il n'y a toujours pas de four à micro-ondes dans cette maison. Les propriétaires n'aiment pas cette technologie.
Le Wifi est de la fibre optique avec une vitesse de 100 Mo. Konny Kühnl a maintenant écrit les deux mots de passe - également pour le Wifi moins rapide - dans le livre d'or, afin que les hôtes les aient toujours à portée de main. Les hôtes actuels ont besoin de l'Internet en fibre de verre pour leur travail et sont très satisfaits.
A propos de l'odeur de moisi. À la mi-août, il a plu plusieurs fois très fort - enfin - nous avons été très contents. Il peut donc arriver que la salle de bain du bas sente un peu. Il est possible d'y remédier en aérant. C'est ce que Konny aurait fait, ou si vous n'aviez pas voulu qu'elle vienne plus souvent, elle vous aurait montré comment aérer pour que l'odeur disparaisse rapidement.
Si nous écrivons en détail, c'est parce que les propriétaires et le personnel d'entretien de la Villa Celeste sont très attentifs à leurs hôtes et toujours prêts à les aider. A l'avenir, veuillez nous le faire savoir.

Wir haben im Juni 24 einen traumhaften Urlaub in der Villa Celeste in Denia verbracht. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt ruhig. Im wunderschönen Garten mit großem Pool hat man einen super Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Das Haus und der Garten waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die überdachte Terrasse wurde von uns gerne genutzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben nun schon den zweiten Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus, Villa Celeste in Denia, September 23, verbracht. Wir fanden bei der Anreise das Haus gründlich geputzt und sehr sauber vor. Celeste ist gut ausgestattet mit allen notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten, um sich wohlzufühlen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind groß und bieten eine Menge Stauraum. Der Außenbereich mit seinem großen Pool ist immer wieder eine Freude. Von Konny wurden wir wieder herzlichst betreut, die Gastgeber reagieren bei Bedarf schnell und unkompliziert. Celeste liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, hat aber eine gute Anbindung an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in Denia. Es ist immer eine Freude, über Sunny Holydays zu buchen.

Wir durften im Sommer 2020 3 Wochen in der Villa Celeste verbringen. Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der grosse Pool und die grosszügigen Badezimmer. Wir haben schon mehrmals über Sunnyholidays Villas gebucht und waren immer sehr zufrieden mit der Betreuung.

Wir haben dieses Jahr 2 Wochen in der Villa Celeste in Denia verbracht und können es nur weiter empfehlen.
Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön gelegen war super sauber und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Man konnte sofort anfangen den Urlaub zu Genießen.

ich freue mich besonders, dass es Ihnen in beiden Häusern in Denia, Casa Isabella und Villa Celeste so gut gefallen hat. Im Urlaub umzuziehen ist ja nicht so angenehm auch wenn Sie es so gebucht haben. Dass dann auch das 2. Haus den Erwartungen entspricht ist auch nicht selbstverständlich.

Hallo Frau Erdmann,
leider ist unser Urlaub in der Villa Celeste schon zu Ende. Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub in der traumhaft schönen Celeste verbracht.
Den Pool wollte unsere Tochter gar nicht mehr verlassen. Auch die Betreuung durch die liebe Konny war absolute Spitze.

Wir waren zum 4. Mal an der Costa Blanca, aber zum ersten Mal in Denia, vom 10.08. bis 02.09.17 in der Villa Celeste in Denia. Das Haus war super, mit 3 Badezimmern der absolute Luxus und der Pool riesig. Wir haben uns erholt, und können dann im nächsten Jahr wieder auftanken.
