Located on the prestigious La Sella Golf Resort, Villa Jamine has fabulous panoramic views over the golf course to the Montgo mountain and both Denia and Javea bays. Being located higher up on the La Sella mountain than the majority of other properties, guests can enjoy excellent vistas and plenty of space for secluded relaxation.  The residential area la Sella has a guarded entrance, adding to your feeling of security and relaxation.

The driveway leads up through the well-kept garden to the house entrance at the rear; a carport is halfway up. In the parking lot on the doorstep you can turn the car well.
The ground floor consists of 3 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, the generous lounge / dining room with adjacent kitchen. From there are several sets of patio doors opening onto the large terraced area which is completely glazed. An internal staircase leads upstairs with the impressive master bedroom with large en-suite bath and shower room. This bedroom has patio doors onto its own private balcony. Here the view is even more breathtaking than from the lounge area / pool level. Just imagine yourself there, waking up, taking your morning cup on the balcony and let your "soul fly".

The large, covered and glazed terrace on the ground floor leads onto the pool / BBQ terrace; it reinforces the feeling of being outdoors from May to October - enjoying the mild Spanish climate.

The lower floor is fully air-conditioned. The bedroom upstairs is equipped with a room air condition.

Here you can enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family. The location is ideal for exploring both Denia and Javea.

Number of bathrooms:  4, above, separate full bath with bath, shower washbasin; bidet and toilet separated by a door.

Below:  2 en-Suite, both with shower, toilet washbasin, and small bath at the house entrance with shower, toilet, washbasin.

Living/dining room: upholstery three seater sofa with footboard, two seater sofa, wooden coffee table, rectangular wooden dining table with 6 upholstery chairs.  

American kitchen: spacious, door to the driveway, fully equipped.

Large, covered terrace with rain drain and to the pool side completely glazed, three seater Rattan sofa and 2 Rattan armchairs. Coffee table, 2nd wooden dining table with 6 chairs.

Sun terrace: before the covered terrace with small awning and third dining table with 6 chairs, enjoying the nice view here too; and 5 stairs lead down to the pool with sun terrace and BBQ, sink and outside shower.

Swimming pool: size: 5 x 10m, depth: approx. 1,20 to 3,20, with Roman stairs, outside shower (cold water), with inside illumination.

Garden: very well kept mediterranean style, along the driveway and surrounding the parking place before the house entrance.

Parking: the garage is private and remains closed. Carport and parkingspace inside the enclosed property.

Ceramic hob with 4 rings, with oven, dish washer, large fridge/freezer with 3 drawers, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine,  ironing board/iron, clothes horse. Flatscreen TV, English Free SAT-TV with regular free English channels, plus separate Topbox for Smart TV for Apps, Netflix and Youtube are already installed, USB-port, HDMI for Playstation, DVD-player. Built-Barbecue, 12 garden chairs and 2 garden tables, 6 sunbeds, awning.

Ground floor fully air conditioned – cool and heat, above bedroom with room A/C. Fireplace with firebox in the living room. All windows are double glazed and with exterior roller blinds - except the large floor-to-ceiling windows at the covered terrace. All bedroom, bath, kitchen and living room windows with anti-mosquito screens. The doors leading from the living room to the covered terrace do not have anti-mosquito screens.

Environment

You can access the beaches in Denia and in Javea easily: by car to the beach in Denia - Las Marinas sandy beaches approx. 15 minutes, by car to the beaches in Javea approx. 25 minutes.
The villa is located in a quiet residential area, entrance protected with security guard and also security patrols. Right there in the residential area La Sella you have available a restaurant, tennis club, a riding stable, a pharmacy,
a small grocery store, and the 27 hole Golf course. A beautiful Mediterranean garden, L'Albarda, in the residential area also invites you to relax . To the center of La Xara with all shops it is about 4 km, to Denia by car approx 12 Min.
Only about 5 km to the shopping center Portal de las Marinas in Ondara with cinema, pharmacy, supermarkets and many shops and restaurants. On Fridays the large vegetable market in Denia is held. Don't miss the castle, illuminated in summer nights.

    Je suis en recherche de villa avec piscine privé sur le secteur de calpe ,moraira et denia sur la période du 22/07/2023 au 05/08/2023 pour un budget tout compris de 3500 euros.

    Wir waren für 2 Wochen im Ferienhaus Jasmin in Denia und haben hier einen wunderschönen Urlaub genossen. Der Ausblick war fantastisch und mit unseren 4 Kindern hatten wir viel Platz im Haus und Pool. Gustavo und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank auch an Frau Erdman von Sunnyholidays.
