The house is very comfortably decorated, in mediterranean colours and with lots of pretty details.

In the beautiful garden a motion detector switches on the light at night. The upper flat's living/dining room and kitchen are larger than the lower one's.

Behind the upper flat is a very private terrace with a roofed "Hacienda" with large dining table and illumination where 12 persons can sit together and enjoy their meals. From the large roof terrace, which is enclosed from three sides, you enjoy a wonderful  view over Denia and the sea - with the Montgo massif looming behind it. At night it is softly illuminated and you see the lights of Denia shine, at full moons a very special treat.

The "White Pavillion" is situated, next to the upper apartment, a romantic hide away where you can relax on a 1,40 wide white mattress, with nice views over the pool area and sea, reachable by a separate staircase.

The hillside has been integrated very inventive into the construction of the lower flat, but all rooms - exept the bathrooms - are facing towards the terrace, with french doors, therefore this flat is also bright and light.

The pool is heatable with a very strong heatpump, you can use it from end of March to the end of October and enjoy views over the sea. Therefore rainy days are also a pleasure with sauna and heated pool. A wide, slowly inclining stairway leads from the downstairs flat to the upper one.

All 6 bedrooms and the upper living room are equipped with a room air condition. So you sleep relaxed and cool even in hot summer nights.

The house is situated in a quiet service road in a residential area, approx. 1,8km above the hospital and borders the nationalpark Montgo with amazing mountain- and wide sea views. To the sandy beach approx. 5 min. by car; approx. 1,2km distant 1 restaurant, 1 pharmacy; big supermarket Mercadona and cafés, pizzaria etc. approx. 2 km distant - on the other side of Mercadona there is the big weekly Monday market.

Downtown to Old Part of Town approx. 3 km.; to the harbour approx. 5 km.

Denia offers you a wide variety of many different water sport activities. Enjoy the beachpromenades by the ferry harbour and the Marina with many restaurants and letting of boats.
