The beautifully landscaped garden with many palm trees and flowering bushes stretches around the house. Several terraces invite you to linger. The large pool is barely visible. Upstairs on the flat level is the barbecue area with a modern gas barbecue; in the house you overlook the garden from the beautiful, round dining area, from the intermediate terrace between the house and the pool you can keep an eye on your children in the pool, or relax and sunbathe right next to the pool.

Adjacent to the round dining room is the living area with the open kitchen, at the small kitchen counter you can chat while cooking. Right next to it are the bathroom and the two bedrooms.

Pool size: 5 x 10 m depth: approx. 1.30 to 1.90 m, with Roman steps, with simple outdoor shower.

Garden: runs around the house and is beautifully planted, many palm trees and flowering bushes, steps and paths paved with natural stone lead around the house.

Car/parking: Carport directly at the large lattice entrance gate. The lighting comes on automatically at dusk.

Approx. 6.5 km to Playa Arenal down in Javea, the sandy beach has a large beach promenade parallel with many restaurants and shops.
