The detached house is located in a quiet residential area. Next to the glazed terrace pine trees give shade and refresh with their pleasant scent. Enjoying the sun in and in front of the glazed terrace - which is equipped with wicker furniture - also by the pool and on the roof terrace you relax in the sun. Next to the outdoor shower and up on the the roof terrace you can see the sea shimmering in the distance.

Several steps lead up from the street to the property, the plot itself is flat. You can walk to the picturesque Ambolo Bay. The Cap de la Nao with 2 restaurants and it's spectacular views is about 1 km distant

Down at street level there is only a small gate from the parking area to the stairs, up at house/pool level the property is fenced.

Environment

From the quiet, green residential area you have easy access to the following beaches: two bays with wonderful view are Granadella, about 6,5 km und Ambolo (nude allowed) in about 2 kms distance; Cala Portitxol, approx. 5 km and Cala Blanca approx. 5,5 km, both rocky, Playa Arenal, sandy about 6 km, The picturesque, jagged Cap de la Nao with light house, look-out platform and 2 restaurants with spectacular view, is scarsly 900 metres distant.

Tennis court less than 1 km distant; in 1 km perimeter you find different restaurants - two with spectacular views of the Cap de la Nao, only about 1 km distant is a building with small supermarket/bakery, hair dresser, physio therapy and restaurant Azahar with nice "Biergarten".

In between Playa Arenal to the city centre there are several large supermarkets. The centre of Javea with the harbour and the old part of town are at 7,5 km distance.

    Hemos estado dos semanas en Casa Alegre de Jávea. Un placer de relax. La piscina aprovechada desde el minuto uno hasta el final. La casa es espaciosa. El único pero de la situación es que los contenedores para las basuras están a unos 5-7 minutos andando por la carretera... aunque también puedes ir en coche. Repetiría , sí.

    Casa Alegre, Javea, Juillet
    Nous avons passé de superbes vacances. Maison bien équipée, piscine nettoyée régulièrement et une vue magnifique.
    Cela fait plusieurs fois que nous louons par le biais de Sunny Holliday et ne sommes jamais déçus.

    Nous avons séjourné à la villa casa allegre du 10 au 24 août 2019. Notre séjour s’est très bien passé. La villa est correcte, le mobilier extérieur demande à être remplacé. La piscine est très bien. La villa est très bien située proche d’ambollo et granadella. Le quartier est calme et paisible. Très bon Rapport qualité/prix. Merci à notre hôte Thérèsa qui était très sympathique et accueillante. Cela fait 3 ans que nous partons avec sunny holidays que nous recommandons tout particulièrement car ils sont très professionnels
