These three rooms are connected by a corridor leading also to the front to the kitchen and the living room. In the hallway is a locked storage room, which is not available to guests.

Living / dining room: spacious, 3seater wickersofa and 2 armchairs, wicker coffee table with glass top, dining table with 6 chairs, large window front to the pool terrace with French door as entrance, with white curtains, 2 transportable fans.

Separate, spacious kitchen: with barred window to the poolside and smaller window inside facing towards the living room, with counter and 3 small bar stools, as well as second dining area with wood table and 4 chairs. Fully equipped with enough dishes, pots, pans.

3 small steps lead from the narrow terrace in front of the living room down to the sun terrace by the pool, this terrace is tiled and barely visible to the neighbours; behind the pool a lawn and palm trees give fresh green. The wooden pavilion offers itself as third dining area and is probably the most used one in the summer; equipped with garden table and 5 high-back-garden chairs and view to the Montgo massif, next to it is the barbecue area.

Pool size: 10 x 5m Depth: approx. 0.80 - 2.20m , with Roman steps, as well as ladder in the deep area, with interior lighting.

Garden: around the house, and below the pool, a beautiful area with fruit trees and palm trees, garden lighting on the terrace and from the parking space to the apartment.

Environment

Casa Anateo is situated in a cul de sac road in the quiet residential area Tosalet, which entrance is photo enforced. A security guard drives along several times a day. The long Cala Blanca beach is about 4 km distant, great for snorkeling and diving with beautiful views; sandy beach Playa arenal about 4,8 km distant with nice beach promenade and many restaurants and cafes. Next to this beach area many shops and supermarkets. Supermarket Saladar is about 3 km distant, open 24/07.
