2 bedrooms: both with double bed, each 1.80 wide x 1.90m long (each 2 mattresses), fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, in the front bedroom there is a 3rd single bed (0.90 br. x 1.90m lg), the rear bedroom has the bathroom en suite;
The bedroom on the balcony side has a double sliding door since 2019, so that you can get from the room directly to the terrace, and with anti-mosquito door. The living room door has also been renovated. Both doors have electric blinds.
2 bathrooms, 1 en-suite with shower at ground level - new March 2022, washbasin with vanity unit and WC; the second bathroom is separate with new shower at ground level (2022), washbasin with vanity unit, WC, washing machine, mirrored cabinet, radiant heater;
Living/dining room with round wooden dining table with 5 chairs, comfortable corner sofa with electrically extendable footrest, 1 armchair, coffee table, sideboard with crockery, large panoramic window with small bench, 2.10 m wide x 1.55 m high. Exit to the terrace with dream view.
separate kitchen fully equipped
Pool 4 x 10m, approx. 1.20 - 2.50m deep, with outdoor shower, Roman steps and ladder, as well as interior lighting; towards the sea side large corner wooden bench with cushion to relax and dream.
6 steps lead from the pool up to the terrace in front of the living room with a wonderful view, a part is covered, here is the wooden dining table with 4 wooden chairs and the Weber gas barbecue. A round table with 3 chairs is also available.
Very large roof terrace, on top of the Carport with view to all sides, on clear days you can see Ibiza. Facing south and sunny in winter and summer alike.
The garden around the house is paved and planted with palm trees and bushes.
Carport for 2 cars at the enclosed property with electric entrance doors.

Ceramic hob with 3 rings, electric oven; microwave, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, toaster, extractor bonnet, kettle, iron and ironing board, washing machine, SAT-TV Astra1 German, flat screen, radio, 6 garden chairs, 2 garden tables, 4 sun loungers, 2 parasols, Weber gas barbecue.
All windows towards the house entrance are with grille, the large French door in the living room and the sliding door in the bedroom to the pool side, as well as the panorama window in the living room are made of bullet-proof glass and not barred, the bedroom windows have outside blinds. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have mosquito blinds in front of the windows. In the living room there is one window with anti-mosquito screens.

Environment
The spectacular, popular Cap Negre is right on the doorstep. There, you and other day trippers can enjoy dreamlike views over the sea on a small walkway. On the sea side towards Ibiza, benches under pine trees invite you to linger. The picturesque, rugged Cap de la Nao with its lighthouse, viewing platform and restaurant is only 2 km away.
Several beaches are within easy reach of the residential area: the picturesque Cala Ambolo (nudist allowed) is about 3.4 km away, the spectacular Granadella can be reached in about 10 minutes by car; Portitxol, rocky about 5.3 km, Cala Blanca about 7 km and Playa Arenal, sandy about 8 km.
Tennis court approx. 1.5 km. away, restaurant Pepe approx. 1 km., restaurant Azahar with beer garden, bakery/small edeka market approx. 1.8 km.
Several large supermarkets from Playa Arenal to the centre (also Lidl). The centre of Javea with its harbour and old town is approx. 10 km away.

Liebe Frau Erdmann,
wieder einmal hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub, diesmal in der Casa Cap Negre, Javea, was schon wieder 3 Wochen her ist. Das Wetter meinte es gut mit uns bis auf einen Tag, somit werden wir nun die sonnige Zeit wieder gegen den grauen Alltag in Deutschland tauschen müssen.
Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf 2027!! Bis dahin bleiben Sie gesund...!!

Hallo Familie Lorenz, hallo Frau Erdman,
wir sind heute wieder in Richtung Deutschland aufgebrochen. Es ist uns ein Anliegen Ihnen zu sagen, dass wir uns im Cap Negre in Javea, Anfang April, sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir hatten sehr schönes Wetter, eine tolle Aussicht und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist in einem klasse Zustand.

Maison très agréable et pratique .
Tout est bien pensée et rien ne manque pour passer un agréable séjour.
Maison très bien situé avec vue magnifique.
Point négatif : La pression de l'eau est parfois limite pour la douche et que le cout de l'électricité me parait élevé alors que la maison possède de nombreux panneaux solaires.
Nous avons passé d'excelente vacances durant 2 semaines . Maison que je recommande ou que je pourrai relouer sans hésitation

Hallo Frau Lorenz,
der Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus, Casa Cap Negre in Javea, Juni 24, hat uns super gut gefallen und wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.
Auch die Kommunikation mit ihnen und ihrem Mann war sehr nett und unkompliziert.
Wir haben es sehr genossen, einfach nur auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und auf das Meer zu schauen.

Casa Cap Negre, Javea, Juilliet 23
Superbe maison, très agréable avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la cala Portixol.
En guise de suggestion : Il manque encore un ventilateur mobile à placer sur la terrasse et quelques saladiers pour la cuisine.
Accueil très sympathique par Inge qui connait bien la maison.

Hola de nuevo, hemos pasado unos días de descanso en Casa Cap Negre, y he de decir que sobretodo, tiene unas vistas impresionantes que merecen un premio de fotografia. Nada que decir de la Casa, muy bien equipada, funcional y todo a mano, Terraza, BBQ, Piscina.
Como no hay nada perfecto, destacariamos solamente que el horno y la Cocina no estaban muy limpias cuando entramos, que la TV solo esta adecuada para clientes Alemanes, (no tienen canales españoles sintonizados), y por ultimo, que la Casa esta justo delante de un Mirador y es un constante de ir y venir de coches. Por lo demás CASI PERFECTO. Saludos.

Hola Artur,
Gracias por haber escrito en nuestro libro de invitados.
La cocina: cuando no fue limpio podría haber llamado a la Sra. cual os ha dado las llaves. Hubiera limpiado enseguida.
En el futuro, que sea, dínoslo, y podemos ayudar con mucho gusto.
Por el tele: tenemos muchas casas de dueños nórdicos, que no se ponen tele española. Pero esto esta puesta en la pagina web en la descripción. En la llegada vuestra la Sra. Wilhelm os ha puesto los pocos canales espanolas que hay en Astra 1.
Además hay Wifi y con ello puedes ver Netflix, Amazon Prime (todos ofrecen un mes gratis) y todas las canales tienen noticias, documentales y mas en la web.
Sí, hay un pequeño aparcamiento para unos 5 coches debajo de la casa para visitar el corto paseo al Cap Negre. Pero la casa está al menos a 5 mtr. por encima del aparcamiento y no es visible desde abajo. En los 14 años que hemos alquilado esta casa, nunca ha molestado a ningún huésped.

Ihr Tipp für das Casa Cap Negre war ein Volltreffer. Das wunderschöne und toll eingerichtete Haus , lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Blick von der Poolterasse auf das Meer ist einzigartig. Auch die Betreuung von Frau Wilhelm war vorbildlich. Nach 14 tägigem Urlaub im Oktober 19, viel uns der Abschied sehr, sehr schwer.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der "Casa Cap Negre" in Javea wirklich sehr genossen. Vielen Dank für Ihre damalige Empfehlung, Sie haben nicht zu viel versprochen !!! Dieses Haus ist ein wirkliches Luxusdomizil, welches keine Wünsche offen läßt, einen traumhaften Meerblick bietet und für einen wirklich gelungenen Urlaub steht.

Casa Cap Negre in Javea July 2015
We really enjoyed our vacation in Casa Cap Negre. As we say in France, all good things come to an end... We are back to France, after two marvellous weeks in the house Cap Negre.
Everything was perfect ; the house is very comfortable and very quiet, the view so marvellous... the pool so pleasant... and walking to the cap was so great !
So we had a great relaxing stay and it was very hard to leave the place on saturday.
