One bedroom with double bed with curtains, 1 mattress, 1,60 wide x 2m long, 2 bedside tables with lamps, 4 door built-in wardrobe, flat screen 43 inches. 2 windows with grille and anti-mosquito screen, dense curtains to darken; air conditioning.
The second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together, each 0.90 wide x 2 m long, 2 bedside tables with lamps, 2-door built-in wardrobe, the other wardrobe is private and remains locked. 1 window to the pool side / view over the valley, with grille and anti-mosquito screen, dense curtains to darken; ceiling fan.
The windows are double glazed, all mattresses are covered with mattress protectors.
Bathrooms: 1, modern and new with shower, double washbasin, WC, 1 window with grille and anti-mosquito screen.
Living/dining room: three-seater upholstered sofa with footrest, coffee table, 46" flat screen TV, wall-mounted swivel unit. Rectangular dining table with 4 chairs with cushions and hanging lamp.
The large floor windows can be closed with exterior blinds and anti-mosquito screens, they have a beautiful view over the valley and are pleasantly shaded with an awning over the entire window front; exit to the terrace.
The entrance door leads into a small hallway, to the left of it is the living room with door, around the corner is the modern fitted kitchen, through the kitchen door you reach another hallway, there are the two bedrooms and the bathroom, as well as in the area under the stairs the fridge/freezer just behind the kitchen.
Kitchen: closed, between living and sleeping area. Modern fitted kitchen, completely equipped and with storage cupboard.
Storage area: in the hallway in front of the bedrooms/bathroom, here is the hot water boiler in the closet.
Sun terrace: along the entire lower apartment and below at the pool with a beautiful view.
Covered terrace: large wooden pavilion with round table and 4 wide chairs. Further terraces: above the pavilion there is a terrace with a small table and 2 chairs, where you can enjoy the view even better. The terrace above the garage with its oval dining table and 4 chairs can also be used by guests. Fenced on 2 sides to the front, open on 2 sides to the hill side, approx. 1m depth to the ground.
7 stairs lead from the terrace at the apartment down to the pool. Pool size: 8 x 4m, depth: 1,10 to 1.70m, with Roman stairs as entrance; with interior lighting, with outside shower.
Garden: around the house, with pine trees and Mediterranean bushes.

Environment
The house is situated in a residential street/cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area below the Montgo National Park. Two restaurants are approx. 950m distant; third restaurant approx. 1.2 km away, a small supermarket approx. 2 km distant. On the way to the centre of Javea in approx. 4 km distance, there are further restaurants. The sandy beach Playa Arenal with a large promemade is about 7.9 km away. At the harbour promenade (about 6 km) you can stroll and eat relaxed and enjoy the view over the bay of Javea. Tennis courts, diving schools, many shops and supermarkets can be found parallel to the beach.
The golf course of Javea can be reached in 7 minutes by car, the golf course La Sella at the Hotel Marriott with 3 restaurants and bar is about 4 km away.

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo nuesta estancia en la Vista Panoramica en Javea. La casa es una maravilla y las vistas una pasada,lo que más nos ha gustado fue la piscina. ☺️

Erholung pur – perfekter Service und ein Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht
Wir waren nun bereits zum dritten Mal im Casa Vista Panoramica, Javea – und es fühlt sich jedes Mal ein Stück weit wie Nach-Hause-Kommen an. Die Lage ist fantastisch: Ruhig, privat und mit einem beeindruckenden Panoramablick auf die Berge und das grüne Umland von Jávea – einfach wunderschön, besonders bei Sonnenuntergang!
Das Haus selbst ist top gepflegt, sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und bietet wirklich alles, was man für einen entspannten und komfortablen Urlaub braucht. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail gearbeitet wird.
Ein besonderes Lob geht an Sunny Holidays Villas: Der gesamte Ablauf – von der Buchung über die Schlüsselübergabe bis zur Betreuung vor Ort – war wie immer absolut professionell, herzlich und zuverlässig. Es ist selten, so einen engagierten und serviceorientierten Ferienvermieter zu erleben! Jede Frage wurde schnell beantwortet, Sonderwünsche wurden gerne erfüllt – man fühlt sich rundum gut aufgehoben.
Wir haben erneut eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht und kommen garantiert wieder. Ganz klare 5 Sterne – sowohl für das Haus als auch für den großartigen Service von Sunny Holidays Villas!

Casa vacaciones vista panorámica, javea.
Estuvimos 15 días, la zona exterior muy bonita y la piscina muy grande.
La casa muy cuidada, la cocina la hemos encontrado algo pequeña, pero en general todo muy correcto

Hallo Frau Erdmann,
das war ein rundum wunderbarer Urlaub. Angefangen mit der Kommunikation im Vorfeld bei der Buchung bis hin zur Betreuung vor Ort, bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Alles in Allem sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch unsere sehr späte Anreise hat die Betreuung vor Ort vor kein unlösbares Problem gestellt. Zum Haus und Lage: die Lage ganz oben in der Siedlung am Fuß des Montgó Massivs war einfach atemberaubend. Wir haben den Blick ins Tal jeden Tag aufs Neue genossen. Der Pool war sauber und hat uns bei den heißen Temperaturen stets gut abgekühlt. Die Einrichtung war modern und alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Jávea selbst ist ein ruhiger Ort. Wer mehr erleben will, muss in den Ortsteil l‘Arenal fahren. Auch Dénia hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in unserer Zeit dort sehr erholt und können die Casa Vista Panoramica in Javea nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Unkomplizierte Buchung, die sehr gute und persönliche Kommunikation, unkomplizierte und einfache Übergaben, das Haus ist eigentlich eine Ferienwohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und einem Pool aber für eine kleine Familie sehr gut geeignet. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passen gut zusammen.

Hallo, danke für Ihre freundlichen Worte. Bei vielen Häusern ist es so, dass die private Wohnung der Eigentümer verschlossen bleibt und die 2. separate Wohnung vermietet wird. wir hatten wieder einen 3 Wöchigen Traumurlaub im Casa Vista Panoramica in Javea. Es hat wieder alles toll gepasst, das wunderschöne Haus, der Pool, die Betreuung durch Heike und Marc, das Wetter, das Essen und einfach alles. Wir haben schon wieder Pläne für 2024 geschmiedet !

Hallo Frau Erdman,
wir haben im Casa Vista Panoramica in Javea einen 3 wöchigen Traumurlaub genossen. Die Lage, die Ruhe und der tolle Ausblick hat uns jeden Tag beeindruckt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der uneinsehbare Außenbereich mit Pool und Terrassen ist traumhaft. Auch die tadellose Betreuung von Heike und Marc Fürderer muss erwähnt werden. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder !!!

Hallo Frau Erdmann,
es war eine tolle, erholsame Woche im August in der Villa Casa Vista Panoramica in Javea! Sonne von morgens bis spät abends und eine wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse.
