2 bedrooms: one is open towards the living room - no door but curtain, double bed with 2 mattresses, each 0,90 m. wide x 1,90 m. long, anti-mosquito screen over the bed, 2 night stands, wardrobe, A/C, also cooling the living room. Second bedroom with door, french bed, 1 mattress, 1,50 m. wide x 1,90 m. long, desk of drawers, mirror, window with view to the pool, transportable fan, with anti-mosquito screen and grille.
Bath: with shower, toilet, washbasin, window with anti-mosquito screen and sea view.
Living / dining room: at the entrance of the apartment, two-seater sofa, extendable, to comfortably put up the legs, 1 armchair, 1 side table. White dining table for 2 persons with 2 chairs and seat cushions, chest of drawers. Two barred windows with anti-mosquito screens.
Kitchen: separate, small, 1 barred window with anti-mosquito screen.
Covered, glazed terrace in front of the upper, locked appartment - as 2nd dining area: with magnificent view, equipped with round dining table and 4 chairs. An outside staircase leads directly up from the pool area.
Pool size: approx. 8 x 4, kidney shaped, depth: approx. 1.30 m. up to 2.10 m., 2018 new with Roman stairs and newly tiled; with hot water outside shower. A string of lights runs from the shower along the pool balustrade.
Garden: on two levels, around the entire house, nicely planted with palm trees and flowering bushes.
Sun terrace: by the pool, with two stone benches and stone table, as well as a round, white metal table and 4 metal chairs, built barbecue with lamp, 1 umbrella, 3 sunbeds.
From the terrace of the upper appartment a staircase leads up to the roof terrace with a wide view over the sea.
Carport on the enclosed property, for 1 car.
Storage room by the pool with washing machine and dryer.

Environment
A few metres from your door is the spectacular Cap Negre, a little walking trail around the cap leaves you breathless with stunning views far over the sea, towards the Ibiza side of the sea a quite place with benches under pine trees invites you to relax. The picturesque Cap de la Nao, with its lighthouse, restaurants and look out is scarsly 1 km distant.
From the quiet, green residential area you have easy access to the following beaches: you reach the beautiful Cala Ambolo (nude allowed) in about 3,4 kms distance and the picturesquel, jagged bay Cala Granadella is about 10 Min. by car. Cala Portitxol approx. 5,3 kms and Cala Blanca approx. 7 kms, both rocky, Playa Arenal, sandy about 8 kms. The breathtaking, jagged Cap de la Nao with light house, look-out platform and restaurant is scarsly 1 km distant.
Tennis court approx 1,5 kms. distant; restaurant Pepe approx. 1 km., restaurant Azahar with nice outside sitting area, bakery/small supermarket about 1,8 kms.
At Playa Arenal all the way to the city centre there are several large supermarkets. The center of Javea with the harbour and the old part of town are at 10 kms distance.

Liebe Frau Erdman,
wir hatten wieder mal 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Javea, diesmal in der Casita Irmgard, direkt am Cap Negre. Die Finca hat einen sehr schönen Außenbereich mit einem großen Pool, eine mehr als spektakuläre Aussicht - die Bilder sprechen für sich - und tolle Liegemöglichkeiten, sowohl in der Sonne, als auch im Schatten. Der Innenbereich der Finca (wir waren diesmal zu zweit) ist wie in Ihrer Beschreibung beschrieben zwar nicht sehr groß, doch wunderbar funktional und es ist alles da was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca bestens weiterempfehlen. Viele liebe Grüße an die Hauseigentümer, Herr Molines von der Hausbetreuung, sowie natürlich an Sie für die wie immer super Betreuung. Bis nächstes Jahr !!

Casita Irmgard in Javea. Wo fange ich an,wo hör ich auf. Casita Irmgard war für uns der Inbegriff eines perfekten Urlaubs. Die Lage,das Haus einfach wunderschön und perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Die Lage, das Haus ist ein perfekter Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Das Haus ist so wie es ist mit dem Grundstück,den zahlreichen Platz Möglichkeiten ob in der Sonne oder lieber mal etwas Schattig sehr vielseitig und sehr schön und gepflegt. Der Pool ist mit seiner Größe perfekt. Wir bedanken uns für die schönen Tage,die nette und zuvorkommende Betreuung,und die schnelle Erledigung unserer kleinen Weh Wehchen :) wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder

Wir waren eine Woche in der Casita Irmgard. Schön war die umlaufende, geräumige Terrasse, die so einen unterschiedlichen Meerblick ermöglichte sowie der große Pool. In der Souterrainwohnung haben wir uns allerdings nicht so wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist doch sehr einfach eingerichtet und benötigt eine Renovierung hinsichtlich der Küche und des Badezimmers.
Es wäre auch schön, wenn man einige Gebrauchsartikel wie Spülmittel für das Geschirr sowie Müllbeutel vorfinden würde und nicht erst mal alles extra kaufen müsste.

Hallo Frau Junker-Macher, danke für Ihren Gästebucheintrag. Casita Irmgard wird jeden Juni vom Eigentümer für die Gäste schön hergerichtet. Wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, ist das große Plus der herrliche Meerblick und der große Garten, von dem man von fast überall auf das Meer blickt. Der gepflegte Pool mit dem anschließenden Grillbereich und der große, verglaste Essbereich darüber tragen ebenfalls zum Charme dieses Hauses bei. Da Sie den Eigentümer selbst kurz getroffen haben, möchte ich diesen auch zu Wort kommen lassen.
..."Ich bin sehr erstaunt …. Wir haben uns länger mit den Gästen unterhalten und nachgefragt ob alles o.k. war oder etwas fehlen würde. Die Gäste bestätigten Ihre Zufriedenheit. Wir haben Sie zu einer Tasse ☕️ eingeladen und beim Abschied bedankten Sie sich herzlich bei uns !!!!! .
Lt Aussage von Herrn Junker war er positiv über die Pflege des Hauses erstaunt !!!!
Des weitern wurden die Fenstergitter alle um das Haus gerade neu gestrichen.
Letztes Jahr die Fliegengitter ersetzt.
Der Garten ist top… Die Wasserqualität vom Pool haben wir überprüft auch hier alles o.k.
Der Pool - Reiniger kontaktiert die Gäste, die in den kommenden Wochen kommen, dass er entsprechend den Pool öfters kontrolliert möchte.
Meine Eltern stellen Seifenspender , WC-Papier, Papierrolle CEWA bereit, ein Willkommenspaket mit Sekt, Bier , Wasser mit und ohne Kohlensäure wird für alle Mieter bereit gestellt...."
Die kleine Küche und das Bad mögen nicht neu sein, aber gepflegt und in Ordnung.
Es tut uns allen leid, dass Sie Ihren Urlaub nicht rundum genossen haben, aber vielleicht wäre ein größeres Haus, wie das Cap Negre um die Ecke, mit dem gleichen Blick, ein bessere Wahl für den nächsten Urlaub. Natürlich kostet dies dann auch mehr.

La casita Irmgard en Javea ya la conocíamos de otras veces y sigue igual: suficientemente cómoda para tres adultos aunque el valor para nosotros se lo dan el jardín exterior, la piscina y las maravillosas vistas.
La encontramos limpia y con el menaje esencial para pasar una buena semana.
Agradecemos el detalle del paquete de bienvenida.
Tenemos una sugerencia: estaría bien proporcionar un rollo de papel higiénico de cortesía. En nuestro caso, acudimos al Sr Molines, que nos suministró un rollo.

Me alegro de que lo haya disfrutado de nuevo.
El propietario de la casa le agradece sus comentarios y pedirá al encargado de la casa que en el futuro se asegure de que haya papel higiénico en el baño cada vez que lleguen los huéspedes.

Nous avons du repartir le jour de notre arrivée pour des raisons familiales et n’avons vu la maison que pendant une heure.
Superbe vue
Par contre il y a des escaliers partout, l’appartement est en sous-sol de la maison principale et il y a des petites ouvertures, la chambre principale est au fond de la pièce sans fenêtre, ne convient pas aux personnes qui souffrent de claustrophobie, sensation d’oppression c’est dommage.Par rapport aux vues sur le site on a été déçu.

Il est dommage que l'appartement ne vous ait pas plu autant. Nous montrons cependant le petit appartement avec beaucoup de photos, nous montrons aussi la chambre à coucher dans le salon,sans fenêtre, des deux côtés. Ainsi que le couloir depuis le salon. Pour les personnes souffrant de claustrophobie, ce n'est peut-être pas une bonne idée, mais si vous en faites partie, nous pouvons volontiers vous proposer d'autres appartements grands et lumineux. Casita Irmgard séduit par son bel espace extérieur et, depuis 2022, le propriétaire ouvre également à ses hôtes la belle salle à manger vitrée et lumineuse du haut. En bas, on n'est en fait là que pour dormir et prendre une douche.
Les propriétaires sont toujours eux-mêmes dans la maison avant le début de la saison et préparent chaque année l'appartement avec amour.

Bonjour,
Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour en Casita Irmgard, Javea, Aout.
Nous avons été ravis.
Juste que nous avons eu tres chaud dans la chambre du fond, un ventilateur aurait été très bien.
M Molines est très sympathique.

meine Bewertung für die Ferienwohnung Casita Irmgard in Javea.
Wenn man in der gleichen Ferienwohnung mehrfach seinen Jahresurlaub verbringt ist das ja eigentlich aussagekräftig genug.
Wir sind von der absolut gigantischen Aussicht mehr als beeindruckt und das jedes Jahr aufs Neue.
Zur Wohnung und Grundstück:
Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und die Wohnung gründlich sauber. Die Küche ist klein aber dennoch gut ausgestattet und die Betten bequem.
WLAN wird kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die meiste Zeit waren wir am Pool und haben die Aussicht und Ruhe genossen da die Anlage nicht mit weiteren Urlaubern geteilt wird.
Zur Umgebung:
Direkt vor dem Haus liegt das sagenhafte Cap Negre und bietet zu jeder Tageszeit eine einzigartige Aussicht
Zum Sandstand in Javea sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein Leihwagen ist deshalb erforderlich.
In den vielen Buchten sowie am Strand werden zahlreiche Touren angeboten wie Jetski, Höhlentouren, Bootsfahrten, Kajak und Schnorcheltouren usw.
Auch für Wanderfreunde gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten in allen Schwierigkeitsgraden.

Alles in Allem kann man hier seinen Urlaub genießen und sich sehr gut erholen. Die Ferienwohnung kann man uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Hello,
I spent a wonderful holiday in this house more than beautiful (Casita Irmgard). The house offers everything a vacationer needs. Nothing was missed during this period. A big thank you to all the collaborators.
The welcome was very friendly, the place very clean, and all amenities are available.
I want to thank Brigitte for her efficient and professional work.
I will definitely be back next year, so I tell you : see you soon.

Javea is so beautiful and Casita Irmgard has such stunnig views.
