The small Finca was lovingly renovated and restored with flair. The flat, nicely planted garden is very private.

From the entrance with the carport you are walking to the house with the pool and sunterrace awaiting you to your right and to your left you can relax on the lawn below trees.

Two comfortable places are inviting you for dinner: infront of the living room the terrace with awning and stone benches, and totally private the patio with wooden table and chairs. You are entering the patio from the poolside or from the kitchen.

All rooms, except one bedroom, are on the ground floor. From the hallway a stairway leads up to that bedroom, which has no door, but is absolutely private - not visible from below.

Heatable pool - with electric heat pump (very economical) and cover - for bathing fun in spring and autumn.

The nearby playa Arenal and a few hundred meters to the supermarket with bakery and cafe (not visibile from the quiet finca) are another plus of this charming finca.

No door, but private - no visibilty from below.

• 1 bedroom on the FF is privat and will remain closed. The balcony infront of that room can't be entered by guests.
• The pool with electric heat pump (very economic consumption) has to be heated up 2 days prior to arrival, this will be charged with approx. 35 €, approx. 1 € per day to keep the temperature up. Electricity meter will be read upon arrival and departure - 150 KW per week are free (for the "normal" consumption).  Suitable from the end of March until the beginning of November. Night temperature must be above 10 degrees, otherwise the consumption is too high.
• Non smoking house.

Environment

Quiet residential area, the house is situated on a service road; to sandy beach Playa Arenal approx. 1,5 kms., to Cala Blanca bay approx  2,5 kms, to centre/Old Part of Town of Javea about 4 kms., in 2013 the large Konsum supermarket with bakery and Cafè has opend in about 350m distance - not visible from the Finca - quiet,  2 supermarkets in approx. 800ms. and 1 km distance, 1 restaurant about 500ms., at Playa Arenal large variety of cafes and restaurants. The Javea golf course is about 5 kms distant and easy to reach.
