Living / dining room: this area is entered from the parking area and from the covered terrace. Generous room equipped with air conditioning, three-seater upholstery sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee table, round dining table with 6 chairs, sideboard, bookcase and cupboard.
Kitchen: separate, modern, fully equipped kitchen - without door to the living room, with double sink and large shelf, as well as extractor hood.
from the kitchen you enter the utility/storage room with electrichot water boiler, washing machine, clothes horse, large closet, vacuum cleaner, and a 2nd door to the outside to the pool terrace.
Garden: with palm trees, flowering Mediterranean bushes, below the pool is a gravel terrace, behind the pool is a lawn area with gate, a wall running around the property.
Sun terrace: by the pool made of natural stones, behind the covered terrace another tiled, terrace. All very private.
Covered terrace: in front of the living room, comfortably furnished with a threeseater wicker sofa, 2 armchairs and a table, and a second dining area with rectangular dining table and 6 chairs with pillow top. Lockable on 2 sides by large French windows, open to the south / east. One side goes to the pool, the other side to an open terrace. From the covered terrace a staircase leads down to the gravel terrace and another covered terrace.
Pool: 5 x 10m, depth 1 - 3m, with interior lighting and Roman staircase with handrail; outdoor shower with hot water.
Carport and parking on the enclosed property.

Location in a quiet residential area near the golf course of Javea; the entrance to the golf course is about 3.4 km distant.
To the beaches: Javea, sandy beach Playa Arenal, easy to reach: direction towards Benitachell, turn left just before town entrance, about 7.5 km; The sandy beach in Moraira is also very easy to reach: through Benitachell to the center, traffic lights (left bank BBVA) turn left here and stay on this road, it leads directly to the center of Moraira, with beach and pedestrian area, about 9 km.
2 restaurants each in the direction of Benitachell and in the direction of Javea, about 2 - 3 km away on both sides.
To the center of Benitachell and Masymas supermarket about 5.5 km, with restaurants, supermarket, shops. To the center of Javea guests can drive to Javea beach, or turn left at the main road, then you are quicker in the beautiful old town with its church, plaza and vegetable market

Hallo Frau Erdmann,
leider ist unser schöner Urlaub schon wieder vorbei. Wie schon die letzten Male wurden wir von Ihnen sehr gut betreut, die Villa Claudia haben wir ja schon mehrfach gebucht. Die Buchung wurde schnell bearbeitet und es gab immer eine Erinnerungs- und Bestätigungsmail für die Zahlung (macht es entspannter).
Brigitte, die Besitzerin der Villa Claudia, war wie immer nett, freundlich und unkompliziert. Es ist immer angenehm, dass sie ihre Besuche ankündigt (es war ein Termin mit einem Handwerker nötig) und sogar auf Aufforderung zum Eintreten in ihr eigenes Haus wartet. Die Villa Claudia ist für uns perfekt, zwar etwas weiter vom Strand und Ort entfernt, dafür aber nicht einsehbar, und für die Kinder zum Toben perfekt.
Das Haus selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wird durch den neuen Wintergarten nochmal aufgewertet, ideal bei Wind.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und buchen gerne wieder über Sie.:)

Wir lebten 4 Wochen in der Villa Claudia in Javea, einfach wunderbar!
Die Betreuung durch Brigitte Erdman und durch die Besitzerin Brigitte Bruyninckx war hervorragend, professionell! So muss das sein!

Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à la villa Claudia in Javea.
La maison était parfaite très bien entretenue et d'unr propreté exemplaire.
Très agréable à vivre à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur avec sa belle piscine et sa superbe terrasse nous y retournerons avec plaisir. Merci à Brigitte de sunnyholidaysvillas et Brigitte propriétaire de villa Claudia pour leurs compétences et gentillesse

Villa Claudia, Javea, conforme à la description.
Elle offre de très belles prestations et certaines même qui ne sont pas renseignée sur le site ( très belle buanderie avec un grand garde manger).
Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille. Nos enfants ont adoré la grande piscine, l'eau y était chaude.
Seule recommandation : Dans la douche de la chambre parentale, il n'y a pas où poser ses savons/shampoing ou gel douche.
Nous gardons l'adresse, c'est vraiment à refaire

Wir waren dieses Jahr wieder in Javea in der Villa Claudia und sowohl die Abwicklung über Sunnyholidays als auch die Betreuung der Besitzerin vor Ort waren wie gewohnt völlig unkompliziert, so dass wir jede Minute unseres Urlaubs genießen konnten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :)

La casa Villa Claudia es fantástica, super limpia y la propietaria super amable lo único el camino secundario para llegar a la casa está bastante mal

Gracias por su entrada. Nos alegra que usted y su familia hayan disfrutado de sus vacaciones en Villa Claudia en Javea. Desafortunadamente, el municipio de Javea es muy lento con la reparación de las pequeñas carreteras. Sin embargo, la propietaria no se da por vencida.

Wir haben unsere Ferien in der Villa Claudia sehr genossen und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Besonders gefallen hat uns der grosse Pool, die Terrasse welche genügend Schatten und Windschutz bietet sowie das moderne Badezimmer. Auch der Service von der Buchung über die Hausübergabe bis zur Hausabgabe war einwandfrei und sehr kundenorientiert.

Wir durften 3 Wochen im Juni 22 in der Villa Claudia in Javea verbringen und haben jeden einzelnen Tag genossen. Diese Villa ist wirklich eine weitere Perle im Angebot von Sunnyholidaysvillas und bietet jeden erdenklichen Komfort. Eine sehr moderne Küche, ein wunderbarer Poolbereich und bequeme Betten. Unbedingt erwähnenswert ist auch die liebevolle Betreuung sowohl im Rahmen der Buchung durch Frau Erdman als auch während des Aufenthaltes durch die Besitzerin Senora Bruyninckx. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
