3 bedrooms: master bedroom with wonderful sea view, large french doors with silding door and inside shade, double bed with 2 mattresses, each 0,90 wide x 2 m. long, 2 nightstands, wardrobe, anti-mosquito net over the bed, bath en-Suite.
Second bedroom with double bed with one mattress, 1,50 wide x 2 m. long, fitted wardrobe, 2 desks of drawers, window with anti-mosquito screen. 3rd bedroom with new sofabed (2017) 1,60 m. wide x 1,90 m. long, wardrobe, 2 nightstands, curtains at the windows and anti-mosquito screen. One or two children can sleep in the TV - room, there are 2 sofas with bed bases. All mattresses are covered with mattress protectors. All 3 bedrooms with A/C.
3 baths: one en-Suite with shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine; one separate with bath/shower over, toilet, washbasin; the third one with shower, toilet and washbasin. All 3 baths with anti-mosquito screens at the windows.
Kitchen: separate, fully fitted.
generous living/dining room with wide window front towards the sea, nicely decorated with a threeseater- upholstery sofa and two armchairs, wooden coffee table, 1 desk with chair, round wooden dining table with 6 upholstery chairs, 2 sideboards. Inside shades at the large windows. In the back of the living room is a TV-room, separated by sliding doors. 2 upholstery sofas with slatted frames, sits 5 persons, it is possible that one or two children can sleep there; large cupboard.
Pool: 9 x 4,5 m, depth approx 0,80 m to 2 m., with roman stairs, inside illumination. Large hotwater - outside shower.
Sun terrace around the pool and along the living room, beautiful sea view. Two covered terraces complement the pool terrace. One of the two covered terraces leads to the summer kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher.
Flat garden, planted with the Bougainvillea and bloosoming bushes, cacti and palm tree, completely enclosed. A door separating the pool area from the garden on the road side.
Garage available for guests, a second car can park in the quiet service road.

Ceramic hob with 4 rings, electric oven microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and Senseo Pads coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes horse. Flatscreen TV, SAT Astra 1 German channels, 8 garden chairs and extendable garden table for up to 8 persons and 8 modern sunbeds, second tiled garden table with rattan chairs, at the plot entrance side is a stone table and 2 stone benches. 2nd cooker and small dishwasher in the summer kitchen.

Central heating gas in all rooms, in the large living/dining room with underfloor heating - in 2018 new, econmic heater, the windows are single glazed. The 3 baths, the smaller bedroom and the chimney-bedroom have anti-mosquito screens at the windows; the big one a mosquito net over the bed. All windows towards the road side with grille. The windows set in the pool area are protected through a door which can be closed towards the garden on the side of the road. The master bedroom and the living room have inside shades at the windows

Environment
From the quiet, green residential area Balcon al Mar you have easy access to the following beaches: two bays with wonderful view are Cala Granadella about 5,5 km und Ambolo in about 2 km distance; Cala Portitxol, approx. 4 km and Cala Blanca approx. 8 km, both rocky, Playa Arenal, sandy with nice beach promenade about 9 km distant. The two picturesque viewpoints: the jagged Cap de la Nao with light house, look-out platform and restaurant is scarsly 1 km distant, the fantastic Cap Negre with little walking trail about 1,5 km.
Large tennis court approx 1 km. distant; in about 1 km perimeter you find several restaurants - like the restaurant Pepe with large pool in about 550ms. distance; only about 1,3 kms distant is the restaurant Azahar with nice outside garden, a bakery with small supermarket, hair dresser, and physio therapy.
The golf course "Club de Golf Javea" is only 8 km distant and easy to reach. At Playa Arenal and all the way to the city centre there are several large supermarkets. The centre of Javea with the harbour and the Old Town are at 10 kms distance.

Liebe Frau Erdman,
wir möchten Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir aktuell im wunderschönen Haus Dorotea in Javea wohnen – und wir sind begeistert! Das Haus gefällt uns außerordentlich gut: Es ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sondern bietet auch eine traumhafte Atmosphäre mit einem herrlichen Blick aufs Meer.
Auch die Betreuung vor Ort durch Frau Brunkulla möchten wir besonders hervorheben. Sie kümmert sich wirklich hervorragend um alles und ist eine großartige Ansprechpartnerin – herzlich, zuverlässig und stets zur Stelle.
Wir fühlen uns hier rundum wohl, sehr glücklich und bestens aufgehoben.
Aus diesem Grund würden wir das Haus Dorotea gerne erneut buchen – diesmal, um die Atmosphäre auch einmal im Winter zu erleben.
Unser Dank gilt auch Frau Brehm der Eigentümerin des Hauses, dass sie diesen besonderen Ort zur Verfügung stellt. Es ist wirklich ein Geschenk, an einem so schönen Ort Urlaub machen zu dürfen.

wie immer haben wir einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Javea verbracht. Die Villa Dorothea ist ein Traum. Die Lage - der Pool - der Ausblick, einfach spektakulär! der Aufenthalt in der Villa Dorothea in Javea war sehr schön und angenehm.
Der Ausblick direkt auf das Meer einfach genial. Hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen. Mal sehen welches Haus wir das nächste mal aussuchen.

Chère Madame Erdman,
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Villa Dorothéa. Sa vue magnifique et incomparable est un atout majeur. Nous ne nous en lassons jamais. Nous avons apprécié la beauté et le calme du site ainsi que l'accueil très agréable du couple Stotzer, attentif, serviable et disponible. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette belle maison.

Wir hatten wieder zwei wundervolle und erholsame Wochen in der Villa Dorothea und waren nun schon zum 3. Mal dort, was für sich spricht. Die Aussicht und Atmosphäre ist spektakulär. Wir vermissen es jetzt schon. Vielen Dank auch für die nette Betreuung. Liebe Grüße aus Hamburg, André & Jenny

Wir haben das Haus Villa Dorothea auch im September 22 sehr genossen und der Abschied fiel natürlich schwer.

wir machen schon seit vielen Jahren immer schöne Urlaube in Spanien - div. Male auch über Sie gebucht. Diese Villa übertrifft alles!! Villa Dorothea in Javea, September 22.
Es war sagenhaft und superschön!! Ich - wir (meine Frau und Kinder eingeschlossen) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in unserem geliebten Javea! Die Bilder auf Ihrer Homepage sprechen für sich. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

we have had a amazing time at Villa Dorthea in Javea in August 2022, all the family have had a fantastic time, we have been spoilt with the fantastic views.
