Layout of the rooms:
Approx. 787 sqm property, approx. 300 sqm floor space
3 bedrooms: master bedroom with wonderful sea view, large french doors with silding door and inside shade, double bed with 2 mattresses, each 0,90 wide x 2 m. long, 2 nightstands, wardrobe, anti-mosquito net over the bed, bath en-Suite.
Second bedroom with double bed with one mattress, 1,50 wide x 2 m. long, fitted wardrobe, 2 desks of drawers, window with anti-mosquito screen. 3rd bedroom with new sofabed (2017) 1,60 m. wide x 1,90 m. long, wardrobe, 2 nightstands, curtains at the windows and anti-mosquito screen. One or two children can sleep in the TV - room, there are 2 sofas with bed bases. All mattresses are covered with mattress protectors. All 3 bedrooms with A/C.
3 baths: one en-Suite with shower, toilet, washbasin and washing machine; one separate with bath/shower over, toilet, washbasin; the third one with shower, toilet and washbasin. All 3 baths with anti-mosquito screens at the windows.
Kitchen: separate, fully fitted.
generous living/dining room with wide window front towards the sea, nicely decorated with a threeseater- upholstery sofa and two armchairs, wooden coffee table, 1 desk with chair, round wooden dining table with 6 upholstery chairs, 2 sideboards. Inside shades at the large windows. In the back of the living room is a TV-room, separated by sliding doors. 2 upholstery sofas with slatted frames, sits 5 persons, it is possible that one or two children can sleep there; large cupboard.
Pool: 9 x 4,5 m, depth approx 0,80 m to 2 m., with roman stairs, inside illumination. Large hotwater - outside shower.
Sun terrace around the pool and along the living room, beautiful sea view. Two covered terraces complement the pool terrace. One of the two covered terraces leads to the summer kitchen, equipped with ceramic hob and dishwasher.
Flat garden, planted with the Bougainvillea and bloosoming bushes, cacti and palm tree, completely enclosed. A door separating the pool area from the garden on the road side.
Garage available for guests, a second car can park in the quiet service road.
Equipment:
Ceramic hob with 4 rings, electric oven microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine and Senseo Pads coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes horse. Flatscreen TV, SAT Astra 1 German channels, 8 garden chairs and extendable garden table for up to 8 persons and 8 modern sunbeds, 1 sun shade, second tiled garden table with rattan chairs, at the plot entrance side is a stone table and 2 stone benches. 2nd cooker and small dishwasher in the summer kitchen.
A/C in all 3 bedrooms.
Central heating gas in all rooms, in the large living/dining room with underfloor heating - in 2018 new, econmic heater, the windows are single glazed. The 3 baths, the smaller bedroom and the chimney-bedroom have anti-mosquito screens at the windows; the big one a mosquito net over the bed. All windows towards the road side with grille. The windows set in the pool area are protected through a door which can be closed towards the garden on the side of the road. The master bedroom and the living room have inside shades at the windows

Environment
From the quiet, green residential area Balcon al Mar you have easy access to the following beaches: two bays with wonderful view are Cala Granadella about 5,5 km und Ambolo in about 2 km distance; Cala Portitxol, approx. 4 km and Cala Blanca approx. 8 km, both rocky, Playa Arenal, sandy with nice beach promenade about 9 km distant. The two picturesque viewpoints: the jagged Cap de la Nao with light house, look-out platform and restaurant is scarsly 1 km distant, the fantastic Cap Negre with little walking trail about 1,5 km.
Large tennis court approx 1 km. distant; in about 1 km perimeter you find several restaurants - like the restaurant Pepe with large pool in about 550ms. distance; only about 1,3 kms distant is the restaurant Azahar with nice outside garden, a bakery with small supermarket, hair dresser, and physio therapy.
The golf course "Club de Golf Javea" is only 8 km distant and easy to reach. At Playa Arenal and all the way to the city centre there are several large supermarkets. The centre of Javea with the harbour and the Old Town are at 10 kms distance.

wir machen schon seit vielen Jahren immer schöne Urlaube in Spanien - div. Male auch über Sie gebucht. Diese Villa übertrifft alles!! Villa Dorothea in Javea, September 22.
Es war sagenhaft und superschön!! Ich - wir (meine Frau und Kinder eingeschlossen) hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in unserem geliebten Javea! Die Bilder auf Ihrer Homepage sprechen für sich. Wir kommen gerne wieder !!

Guten Tag Frau Erdman,
Sie haben Recht nach der Covid-Verschiebung von 2 Jahre war es natürlich ein Traum in der Villa Dorothea . ( Ich hatte ihre Mail auch bezüglich der Fiesta am Balkon al Mar erhalten, auch Danke dafür )
Wie immer wenn ich eines Ihrer Häuser miete, ist es alles sehr entspannt und alles sehr in Ordnung.
Dafür auch noch einmal meinen Dank.
Ja die Lage lässt einen schon einen unvergesslichen Urlaub erleben. Unglaublich toll.
Sie können sicher sein , eine erneuet Buchung werde ich bei Ihnen ausführen, es hat uns schon sehr gefehlt die 2 Jahre. Und wenn ich mir das in Spanien ansehe, hätte ich vielleicht doch auch, wie Sie es mir an Herz gelegt haben, schon 2021 fahren sollen.
Das Theater hier in Deutschland ist furchtbar , ich sehe auch, nach den 2 Jahren Covid, wie gut es ( aus meiner Urlaubersicht) in Spanien alles geregelt ist.

Hallo Brigitte, leider ist unser Urlaub in der Villa Dorothea in Javea vorbei und wir sind seit dem Wochenende wieder zurück im kühlen Berlin.
Zwei wunderschöne Wochen in einem total super gelegenen Haus sind viel zu schnell vorbei gegangen. Wir wären so gerne noch geblieben
Dieses Haus bietet einen so traumhaften Ausblick, den wir jeden Tag aufs neue von der Terrasse genossen haben. Auch der schöne große Pool mit dem Blick übers Meer war einer unserer Lieblingsplätze.
Ein Dankeschön für den reibungslosen Ablauf und ein extra Danke an Frau Brehm, wir danken nochmals für die Möglichkeit des verschiebens unseres Urlaubs, aufgrund von Corona!
Fazit: wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

Liebe Frau Erdman,
wir sind wieder in Deutschland gut angekommen.
Das Haus Villa Dorothea ist wirklich der Hammer.
Wir haben 4 super schöne Wochen im Haus verbracht und uns an der tollen Aussicht nicht satt sehen können.
Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
Ihnen nochmals lieben herzlichen Dank für alles, es hat alles wunderbar geklappt so wie man es sich vorstellt.
Ebenfalls ein großes Lob an die Hausbetreuung, wir haben ein super gepflegtes und sauberes Haus vorgefunden.
Bitte richten Sie auch liebe Grüße an die Hauseigentümerin Frau Brehm für die tolle Villa aus.

Hemos salido hoy de Villa Dorothea en Javea. El año pasado, en Villa El Sueño, estuvimos encantados, pero este año hemos salido aún más felices. La casa es increíble y la zona, más. Sé que Villa Dorothea está muy solicitada (sé que hasta octubre de 2022 está reservada), pero nos gustaría muchísimo volver. En fin, por favor, mantenme informado de cuándo se abre la reserva para 2023 y tenme en cuenta, para no perderla.

Das Haus ist absolut Weltklasse und hat uns wirklich umgehauen (und wir kennen Javea bereits seit 15 Jahren!!). Wir sind absolut überzeugt, dass wir wieder kommen werden. Auch weil wir uns so gut betreut gefühlt haben. Bitte richten Sie auch den Eigentümern unseren herzlichsten Dank und Gruss aus. Sie haben wirklich ein absolutes Schätzchen an Haus und man sieht, dass sie es sehr liebevoll hegen und pflegen.
Deshalb noch einmal an das ganze Team ein herzliches Dankeschön. Wir hoffen auf ganz bald! Melden Sie sich bei mir, falls es noch Absagen oder Verschiebungen gibt nächsten Sommer.

The family enjoyed the week in July 21 at the villa Dorothea in Javea. The scene view on the cliffs and on the sea is really uncredible. The swimming pool is hudge and the summer kitchen very practical.
