Cala Blanca, footpath approx. 150 m to the right of the house, approx. 800 m to the beach Cala Blanca, sandy beach Playa Arenal approx. 2,5 km. On the way to Playa Arenal, the paths lead to the right to Cala Blanca, which stretches all the way to Playa Arenal.
At Playa Arenal, approx. 2.5 km away, you have a choice of many restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours and pizzerias.
To the marina, approx. 5.5 km; from Arenal to there is a stone beach, beach bars and restaurants invite you to linger along the way.
The old town of Javea with its large church and market hall is also approx. 5.5 km away.
The comfortable villa is located in a residential area, on a busy side street.
The well-stocked Saladar supermarket is approx. 700 m away, pharmacy approx. 500 m, various restaurants within a radius of approx. 200 m to 600 m.
The Arenal beach has several public transport services such as bus stop, taxi rank and tourist train. Both the bus and the tourist train make an urban route through the three centres of Xàbia, bringing users closer to all the services of the town.

Heel goed en netjes huis. Villa Ensueno, Javea. Alles is vernieuwd!! goede verwarming( in de winter). Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst!!! mooie streek!!!!

Llevo 16 años veraneando por la zona y Villa Ensueño en Javea es, sin duda alguna, la mejor casa en la que he estado. Todo en una planta y muy muy funcional, además de una decoración exquisita. Las camas, el sillón y las sillas de la terraza son comodísimas!! Volveré!

Nuestra estancia en Villa Ensueño en Javea ha sido excelente. Una villa muy bien decorada, con todo lo necesario para disfrutar y relajarte, la cocina, los baños limpios y nuevos, el mobiliario y los dormitorios también muy cómodos con su aire acondicionado. La piscina y el porche lo mejor, espaciosa con una mesa espectacular para comer y cenar con una brisa fantástica. En general es una villa con encanto con los jardines rodeando la casa y una zona chill out.
Sin duda es la Villa para disfrutar, muy recomendable.

We stayed at Villa Ensueño in Javea with a group of six for our pre-season tennis training – and it was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful, well-maintained, and fully equipped, making it ideal for a relaxing and focused getaway. We especially appreciated the great location: peaceful, yet close to the town, so everything was easy to reach. The street in front of the house didn’t bother us at all. Overall, a fantastic place that we would definitely recommend!

Wir waren im April 2025 mit bis zu sechs Personen in der Villa. Wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie beschrieben und wie die Bilder es zeigen. Wir waren sehr angetan, moderne Möblierung, gute Raumaufteilung, neue Bäder und neue Küche. Für uns wichtig war die gut funktionierende Heizung, auch die Geräusche von der teilweise stark befahrenen Straße waren nicht störend, im Haus gänzlich nicht zu hören. Es hat uns insgesamt sehr gut gefallen, das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Und Javea ist sowieso immer eine Reise wert.

Wir waren den April 2025 in der Villa Ensuenjo, zuerst zu zweit, später zu sechs mit zwei Kleinkindern.Die Villa ist für zwei wie für acht Personen bestens geeignet. Gut eingerichtet, alles was man benötigt vorhanden und funktionabel. Auch im Winter gut geeignet, mit einer problemlos funktionierenden Heizung, die man im April noch braucht. Fussläufig ist der Strand und Arenal über ruhige Wege gut zu erreichen. Das ist ein absolutes Plus. Der Straßenlärm hält sich in Grenzen, im Haus nicht wahrzunehmen. Die Hausbetreuung durch Janelet ist wie man sie sich wünscht. Besten Dank. Also, wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Unser Aufenthalt war großartig! Es passte einfach alles, von der Schlüsselübergabe bis hin zur Raumaufteilung mit Ausstattung, Pool und Außenbereich. Wir haben uns einfach wohl gefühlt. Dazu die Umgebung und der Küstenbereich, an dem man fußläufig an mehreren wunderschönen Badebuchten ist. Man hat unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten und es ist für alle etwas dabei, wandern, schnorcheln, flanieren, Essen gehen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Der perfekte Urlaub.
Wir kommen liebend gerne wieder!

Wir waren im Juli für zwei Wochen in der Villa Ensueño in Javea. Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Alle drei Bäder und die Einbauküche sind neuwertig. Pool und Garten sind top gepflegt.
Die Straße, an der das Ferienhaus liegt, ist zwar belebt, wir haben sie aber keineswegs als störend empfunden. Und die Lage ist wirklich super praktisch - zum Cala Blanca sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß und in der Nähe gibt es mehrere empfehlenswerte Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten
Insgesamt war unser Urlaub in diesem Ferienhaus einfach perfekt. Wir können es wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

In April we stayed in two of SunnyholidaysVillas (two weeks in Moraira, Villa Rias, and two weeks in Javea, Villa Ensueno).
We are very happy and impressed with the kind help from both SHV's Brigitte - and the caretakers in the two villas. Everything was super. We give our warmest recommodations!

Hemos pasado una semana perfecta en Villa Ensueño en Jávea. La casa es tal cual las fotos. La piscina y el porche lo mejor de la casa. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Agradecer a Janelet el trato y que siempre ha respondido rapidísimo. Repetiremos seguro!!!
