Layout of the rooms:
Approx. 243 sqm floor space, about 1.500 sqm plot
3 bedrooms: To the right of the covered terrace is a bedroom with two beds put together, each 1m wide x 2m long, built-in wardrobe, table with 2 chairs, exit to the covered terrace, beautiful view of the garden, bathroom en-suite;
to the left of the covered terrace are two bedrooms with separate bathroom in between. This area is separated from the living room by a door. 1 bedroom with two beds put together, each 1m wide x 2m long, built-in wardrobe, desk and 2 wicker armchairs, facing the the east; the first two bedrooms have had four new good quality single mattresses and 4 new memory foam pillows in November 2022.
The 3rd bedroom has a double bed, 1.50m wide x 1.85m long (1 mattress), built-in wardrobe, desk with chair, exit to the covered terrace, view to the garden. All 3 with air conditioning. All 3 bedrooms had the carpets removed in autumn 2022 and all floors have white tiles.
2 baths: one en-Suite with shower, toilet, bidet, double washbasins, with under-floor units, electric radiators; one separate with shower, bath, toilet and washbasin. 1 guest toilet on the right in the entrance hall.
Generous living room with a three-seater and 2 two-seater upholstery sofas, coffee table, desk with cristal top and chair, as well as small, round table with 3 wicker chairs and 2 comfortable wing chairs.
Dining room, separated with an arch from the living room, equipped with a large wooden dining table and 6 chairs with cushions, behind it a large bench with cushions, 2 chairs wood/wicker with cushions, large glass cabinet.
separate, large kitchen next to the dining room (with an adjacent utilitiy room), large cooker with gas and electricty, from the sink far vista over the valley, in the utilitiy room, which can be entered directly form the parking: washing machine, second, small fridge.
On the side of the house entrance is a clothes horse for the laundry.
Pool: 5 x 11m, depths from about 60 cm to 2m, roman stairs, with illumination, simple outside shower. So that toddlers and small children can't go to the pool alone, there is a wooden door put at the roofed terrace, which can be closed if required.
Roofed terrace with 3 arches infront of the living room, with view to the pool and over the valley, it is equipped with a Hollywood swing, 3 benches with cushions, round, white table with 6 chairs, 4 more chairs, 2 arm chairs with cushions, cristal coffee table and 2 small, wrought iron end tables with cristal tops. The electric awnings are not available for the guests.
Absolutely private sun terrace at the pool, 5 stairs lead up to another sun terrace with beautiful far vista, with wrought iron table and cristal top as well as 4 ausgestattet mit schmiedeeisernem Tisch mit Glasplatte und 4 suitable chairs with cushions.
Large, nice, well kept, mediterranean garden, at the pool side totally private, otherwise hardly view from the neighbours; with an enchanting, overgrown, part of the garden below the pool - the garden of the elves (Jardin de Hadas). With table and built bench, statues, with illumination, at the end of August and in September you can pluck the grapes freshly from the grape-vines.
Next to the pool is a small barbecue area with sink and a Weber gas barbecue.
Parking for 2 cars on the enclosed plot (the small garage can't be used by guests and remains closed)

cooker with 6 gas rings and ceramic hob with 2 rings, separate, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, in 2022 new large fridge with freezer compartments - energy efficient; coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, in the utility room: 2nd small fridge, washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, sink.
50 inch Smart TV, SAT-Astra 1 - mainly German channels - some French channels, English News channels, Wifi internet access.
Weber Gas BBQ, 12 garden chairs and 3 tables, 2022 4 new sunchairs, 2 sunshades, 2 Hollywood swings, 1 teakwood bench.
Air con in the three bedrooms and in the living room - only cool. 2 ceiling fans in the living room, and in the two bedrooms to the left. Gas-fireplace in the living room, central heatin (gastank) in the kitchen and in the 2 baths are electric radiators.
Alle windows with ant-mosquito screens (not the doors); all 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living/dining room with outside shades.
A baby cot and a high chair can be booked additionally.
Wifi flatrate, speed approx. 55 MB/sec.

Environment:
The house is in a small service road / cul de sac, in a quiet residential area below the nature reserve "Montgo". Three restaurants Montgo, Goucho and Karma approx. 1,5 km distant, small supermarket about 900ms. distant. On your way to the about 5 kms distant centre of Javea there are more restaurants. Tennis court about 1,5 km. The sandy beach of Playa Arenal is approx. 11 km distant. At the harbour promenade (less than 8 kms away) you can walk and relax and sit down to eat or drink while enjoying the views over the bay of Javea. Tennis courts, diving schools; many shops and supermarkets parallel along the beach promenade.
You can reach the golf court of Javea by car within 7 min. and the golf court "La Sella" by the hotel Marriot with 3 restaurants and bar you reach within 3 kms.

Debo decir que mi familia y yo disfrutamos mucho de la estancia en la casa Jardin de Hadas en Javea en abril. Es una casa preciosa muy amplia con mucha luz y mucha privacidad. Cocina totalmente equipada, colchones muy cómodos lo cual se agradece mucho para un buen descanso, la piscina de buen tamaño y bien cuidada . Tiene un gran jardín con plantas y árboles de todo tipo y está en una zona muy tranquila y con vistas impresionantes. Ha sido una estancia maravillosa, esta casa tiene un encanto especial. Agradezco también mucho el trato y la atención de Brigitte la responsable de la agencia que ha estado pendiente en todo momento y dispuesta a solucionar cualquier incidencia para que nosotros estuviéramos agusto, muy profesional!! En definitiva una maravilla nuestra estancia, sin duda muy recomendable!! Muchas gracias por todo, un saludo muy cordial para Brigitte!!

Seit vielen Jahren buchen wir unser Ferienhaus über die Vermittlung 'SunnyholidaysVillas' von Frau Erdman. So auch in diesem Jahr. Wir waren in der Zeit vom 01.02.2023 – 31.03.2023 in der Villa Jardin de Hadas in Javea und können auf eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit zurückblicken. Wir fanden alles so vor, wie in der Haus- und Lagebeschreibung zu erlesen ist. Durch die Südlage der Villa konnten wir schon morgens am Pool oder auf der Terrasse sitzen und die Aussicht ins Tal genießen. Die An- und Abreiseformalitäten sowie Rückfragen wurden von der Verwaltung, Familie Fürderer, problemlos erledigt. Danke. Pool und Garten wurden regelmäßig gepflegt. Leider konnten wir die volle Blütenpracht des Gartens nicht mehr genießen, da vieles noch in Knospen gehüllt war als wir uns auf den Heimweg machten.
Also alles in allem 'Es war sehr schöne Zeit'.

Wir können guten Gewissens sagen, dass unser Urlaub ein voller Erfolg war. Erholung pur. Das lag ganz klar am Ferienhaus, Villa Jardin de Hadas in Javea, und der Lage - aber ebenfalls trug dazu bei die professionelle Abwicklung unseres Urlaubs von der Buchung bis zur Abreise über Frau Erdman. Ebenfalls waren wir sehr erfreut über die außergewöhnliche nette Betreuung vor Ort durch Familie Fürderer. Wir fühlten uns schlicht perfekt betreut. Danke an das gesamte Team!

Jardin de Hadas in Javea
Wir hatten das Haus bereits vor Jahren bewohnt und waren damals sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet viel Patz für sechs Personen. Dieses Jahr waren wir leider insgesamt nicht zufrieden. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen. Dieverse Kleinigkeiten summieren sich zum gesamten negativen Eindruck: z.B. im zweiten Badezimmer hat die Duschtasse einen Riss, diverse Wasserhähne und Duschköpfe sind verkalkt, die Badewannenarmatur kann nicht auf Dusche umgestellt werden, von der Badezimmerdecke hängt nur eine defekte Leuchte, diverse Birnen sind defekt. Fazit: die Summe der Kleinigkeiten verursacht den negativen Eindruck.

Hallo Herr und Frau Hartmann, die diversen kleinen Dinge sind inzwischen alle hergerichtet, gekauft, oder gründlich gesäubert worden. Familie Häckl, die nach Ihnen kam, hat einen ganz begeisterten Gästebucheintrag gemacht (siehe weiter oben). Es ist immer besser gleich am Beginn des Urlaubs diese Dinge anzuzeigen, dann kann doch das meiste abgestellt werden. Wegen Corona war der Eigentümer selbst 2 Jahre nicht vor Ort, und das kann auch die beste Hausbetreuung nicht ersetzen. Die Wintergäste, die die 3 1/2 Monate vor Ihnen im Haus waren, haben sich ebenfalls sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Lieber Gruß Brigitte Erdman

Myself and my wife recently rented the villa Jardin de Hadas in Javea for a winter stay and found it spacious and comfortable with wonderful views. The beautiful gardens and terrace are also a feature - even in February - with shrubs starting to flower during our stay.

die Villa Jardin de Hadas in Javea hat uns im Oktober gut gefallen.
Hoffentlich können wir noch öfters die Costa Blanca besuchen und wir werden dann sicher Ihre Seite wieder besuchen.

Hallo sunnyholidays-Team,
unser Urlaub im Jardin de Hadas war wie immer viel zu kurz, aber trotzdem, bis auf wenige Kleinigkeiten, schön wie immer.
Die Innenausstattung des Hauses war super, das Außenrum ebenfalls, wenn auch für unseren Geschmack zuviel "Grün", was natürlich fliegende und manchmal auch nervende Insekten begünstigt.
Mit der Betreuung durch Frau Kühnle waren wir auch vollauf zufrieden und freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.

die absolut ruhige Lage bei dennoch guter Anbindung für alle Aktivitäten ist sensationell. Der freie Blick in die weite wunderbare Landschaft und auch auf die hohe farbige Felswand des trutzigen, die Villa schützenden, Montgo ist wohl kaum zu toppen.
Das Haus hat Charakter und Patina, ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.
Terrasse, Pool und Garten entsprechen den o.a. Superlativen.
Gerne kommen wir wieder.
Es war, wie schon erwähnt, alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Hallo Herr und Frau Lamert,
wir freuen uns schon auf Sie im nächsten Frühjahr. Da ist der Garten immer besonders schön, weil es überall blüht. Außerdem kann man bei warmen Temperaturen noch viel unternehmen.

nous avons passé un très très bon séjour à la villa jardin de hadas,je dis encore merci au proriétaire pour avoir permis notre chien, Vous avez une personne Mme Konny Kuhnl qui est d'une amabilité exemplaire et d'un service extra.

Jardin de Hadas, Wintervermietung
Ein gepflegtes Anwesen mit einem geräumigen Haus in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Ruhige Lage mit einem tollen Ausblick, ca. 10 km zum Arenal. Die Verwaltung durch Konny Kühnle war vorbildlich.
