On the large, flat, completely enclosed grounds are a main house and a separate guest house with kitchenette and a bathroom. The outdoor shower and the pool, as well as the summer kitchen are located between the two houses. A couple, or your teenagers, can retreat in the guesthouse and indulge their privacy.

In the main house, on the ground floor, are the two bedrooms, the bathroom, guest toilet, separate kitchen and the living room, as well as the bright dining room. From there a staircase leads up to the roof terrace.

From the roof terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the mountain massif of the Montgo - the landmark of Javea - all the way to the sea. Here, too, you will find garden furniture and you can relax and enjoy the view with your favorite drink; or just stroll about 150 meters from the house, there is a small path along the cliff, you can see the great view of the "bird island" in front of Cap Negre. At night, with open windows, you can hear the surf of the sea fire; in the morning you can watch the sea gulls circling.

The two magnificent viewpoints, the Cap Negre with its short walking trail with picturesque views is about 835 m away; the Cap de la Nao with lighthouse and restaurant and views towards the steep coast and the open sea is about 1.5 km away.

You can choose between different bays and restaurants of all flavors.

The villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Fibreglass flatrate, Blu Ray, Playstation 4, your own Netflix access, or free trial, even the younger generation will find everything here for a great holiday.

The garage remains locked it is not for the use of guests, there are 3 parking places availabe inside the enclosed property.

From the quiet, green residential area Balcon al Mar you have easy access to the following beaches: two beaches with wonderful view are Granadella about 5,5 km und Ambolo is about 2,2 km distant; Cala la Barraca, rocky- great for snorkeling in approx. 3 km and Cala Blanca approx. 6 km, both rocky, Playa Arenal, sandy about 7,5 km, The two picturesque viewpoints the jagged Cap de la Nao with light house, look-out platform and restaurant, approx. 1,5 km and the breathtaking Cap Negre with little hiking trail is scarsly 835 m distant.

About 150 m. from the villa a small trail runs along the steep coast with fantastic view to the "birds' island" near the Cap Negre.

Large tennis court and supermarket approx 1,5 km. distant; in about 1 km perimeter you find several restaurants, only about 1,2 kms distant is a building with bakery, small supermarket, newspapers, hair dresser, and physio therapy.

The golf course "Club de Golf Javea" is only 8 km distant and easy to reach. At Playa Arenal and all the way to the city centre there are several large supermarkets. The centre of Javea with the harbour and the Old Town are at 10 kms distance.

    Und wieder durften wir herrliche drei Wochen in der Villa Javea in Javea verbringen. Der Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Villa ist Entspannung pur und die Zeit ist viel zu schnell vergangen. Der neu geflieste Außenpool und der neu gestaltete überdachte Sitzbereich sind ein zusätzlicher Gewinn und werten diese schöne Villa noch einmal auf. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

    Wir waren jetzt das erste Mal zu Gast in der Villa Javea und waren wirklich begeistert. Es ist ein wunderbares Haus in dem wir uns rundum wohl gefühlt haben. Sowohl der der Außenbereich mit dem fantastischen Pool, als auch das liebevoll gestaltete Haus haben dazu beigetragen, dass wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub genießen durften. Die Beschreibung auf der Seite von SunnyholidaysVillas ist absolut zutreffend. Die liebevolle und engagierte Betreuung durch Frau Brunkalla war spitze!! Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf unseren für 2024 gebuchten Urlaub in der Villa Javea.

    We spent good time with family at the villa Javea. The house is very confortable, the swimming pool is huge and the district is very quiet.
    The description of the outdoor on the website does not fit the reality anymore (no barnum, no stool at the bartender, different furnitures).

      Thank you for your nice words. The villa itself was renovated this year, and the outside furniture was often replaced due to wear and tear. There is more new outdoor furniture planned, and this fall / winter we will take new photos.

    Liebe Frau Erdmann,
    wir sind jetzt das 14. Jahr hintereinander in einer Villa aus Ihrem Angebot gewesen. Diesmal war es die Villa Javea in Javea. Es waren wiedermal 3 Wochen (17.06.23 bis 09.07.23), die unbeschreiblich schön waren. Die Villa Javea hat einen sehr großen Pool und der Gasgrill ist auch nicht selbstverständlich. Die Küche hat alles was man benötigt. Die Schlafzimmer sind nett eingerichtet. Eine Senseo Kaffemaschine sowie ein Toaster sind vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren gut und nicht zu weich.
    Was diese Villa so besonders macht ist, dass man durch einen leichte Brise, so gut wie keine Klimaanlage benötigt.
    Ein separates Loft mit WC und Dusche war genau das richtige für unseren Sohn.
    Fazit: Es wurde von Ihnen wiedermal nicht zu viel versprochen. Nächstes Jahr werden wir wieder diese Villa für 3 Wochen buchen.

    Hat alles sehr gut geklappt, Villa Javea ist ein sehr schönes Haus, 2x pro Woche wurde der Pool gereinigt, alles wirklich sehr schön. Wir sind schon seit ein Jahren Stammkunden bei Sunnyholidaysvillas und es war immer TOP. Danke, wir kommen wieder.
