2 bathrooms:1 small en-Suite with shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, cabinet; 1 bath with shower, toilet and washbasin, shelf, - both with electric heated towel racks;
living room with rattan sofa and arm chair and artifical leather sofa, coffee table, kitchen with dining area with rattan table and 4 chairs.
Pool 8 x 4m approx. 1.10 - 1.80m deep, with Roman steps - completely re-tiled in winter 23/24 and new pool lighting, with hot water outdoor shower (solar and boiler);
sun terrace at pool, tiled terrace with stone benches and table adjacent to pool; 2nd tiled terrace behind the house;
garden grited infront of the house, planted with palm trees and cacti, around the pool above the surrounding terrace are many palm trees;
Garage and 2 parking places on the property - one is a Carport - 20ms. up on the property - without gate towards the road.
The garden around the two flats is enclosed. (3 entrance gates).

1 iron and ironing board, 1 washing machine, small charcoal grill, paella gasring, outside dining area shaded by a fig tree with stone benches and table, 6 garden chairs, 6 sun beds, 1 sunshade.
Upper apartment A/C in living room and the two bedrooms (cooling and heating). All bedrooms, living room and dining room also have ceiling fans. Living room with (gas) fireplace. In all 3 bathrooms are heated towel rails, upper bathroom with hot air radiator above the door.
In the lower appartment, the bedroom with double bed also has A/C and a ceiling fan.
All windows are double glazed, with anti-mosquito blinds and exterior blinds. Exception: The large windows in the dining room have neither blinds nor anti-mosquito blinds. The bathroom upstairs and the kitchen downstairs do not have exterior blinds, but both have anti-mosquito blinds at the windows. All windows with grille.

5 étoiles sans exagéré
nous avons réservé notre villa qui était totalement conforme à ce que nous attendions. Sunnyholidays villas est une agence sérieuse et totalement transparente.

Casa Angelito, Moraira, August. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl in diesem Haus gefühlt. Allles war sehr sauber, der Pool war toll und sehr angenehm temperiert. Besonders gut hat uns die Außenanlage gefallen, die toll durchdacht ist und versteckte Plätze bereit gehalten hat. Wir hatten wirklich einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden dieses Haus jederzeit wieder buchen. Ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an die Besitzer, an Heike und an Sunnyholidays - es hat einfach alles gepasst!!!

Zunächst möchten wir ein großes Lob an das gesamte Sunnyholidays Team (Brigitte Erdman ,Marc) Erholung pur – perfekter Service und ein Haus mit traumhafter Aussicht. Das Haus war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Casa Angelito in Moraira ist eine absolute Empfehlung .Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in diesem Ferienhaus.

Es el segundo año que vamos a Casa Angelito por ser un sitio tranquilo, perfecto para descansar. El trato es amable y cordial la casa está muy bien cuidada y limpia. Intentaré repetir el año que viene

Hemos estado muy a gusto en Casa Angelito en Moraira en agosto. Dos estancias para dos familias con todas las comodidades. La piscina ideal y la localización también

As many times we really had a great time at Casa Angelito. The house has everthing that is important for a real holiday feeling. A small defect is quickly solved. The surroundings of Moraira and the peace and quietness invites us to come back again.

Hallo Frau Erdman,
ich komme erst jetzt dazu mich bei Ihnen zu bedanken.
Auch dieses dritte Mal nach Casa Suerte (2014), Villa Dolores (2015) und jetzt Sommer 2021 Casa Angelito haben wir in einem Ihrer Ferienhäuser wieder eine wundervolle Zeit genossen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben uns auch in diesem Jahr in den 14 Tagen sehr wohl gefühlt. Hierfür nochmals meinen bzw. unseren Dank!
