Layout of the rooms:
Plot approx. 840 m², floor space approx. 140 m². The entire house electrical system was made new in April/May 2017.
3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 1 mattress, 1.60 m. wide x 2 m. long, built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets and 2 lamps each. The third bedroom with bunk beds, each approx. 0.90 m. wide x 1.90 m. long, as well as a sofa bed of 1.40 x 2 m. long, built-in wardrobe.
All 3 bedrooms have mattress protectors on the mattresses and mosquito nets on the windows. There are no external blinds, but there are white, internal blinds. From October 2023: all 3 bedrooms are equipped with A/C A++; and ceiling fans.
2 bathrooms: both bathrooms with ground level shower, toilet, mirror, one with double sink and vanity unit, one with one sink and vanity unit. Both bathrooms have mosquito nets on the windows.
Living room: large window facing the pool terrace, furnished with a three-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, wooden coffee table, ceiling fan. Exit to the covered terrace.
Dining room: separate, with rectangular wooden dining table (1.40 m long) and 6 chairs. Pass-through/counter to the kitchen with 2 bar chairs.
Kitchen separate, fully equipped, pass-through to dining room, outside door to barbecue area - short distances, mosquito net on window.
Covered terrace: directly in front of the living room, second dining area with long, oval garden table and 5 chairs, a ceiling fan, as well as an large awning.
Another roofed dining area by the barbecue, in 2022 new set of garden table with more comfortable garden chairs.
Garden: is flat and laid out around the house, nicely planted with Mediterranean flowering shrubs.
Parking space in the enclosed property. The garage is private and remains locked.

Hemos estado disfrutando durante 15 días de las magníficas instalaciones de Casa Anna en Moraira. Realmente la vivienda es extraordinaria y funcional con todo lo necesario para pasar una vacaciones maravillosas. Gracias a Brigitte y su equipo por la fabulosa atención que nos han brindado .

Nosotros, los propietarios, el encargado de la casa y yo, esperamos con ilusión vuestra visita cada año. Sois unos huéspedes estupendos. Por eso, los propietarios han construido una rampa especial para acceder a la terraza, de modo que podáis subir y bajar fácilmente con la silla de ruedas. Un cordial saludo y hasta el próximo verano. Zunächst möchten wir ein großes Lob an das gesamte Sunnyholidays Team (Brigitte Erdman) aussprechen. Wir sind jetzt zum 18. mal in einer eurer Häuser gewesen. Jedes Haus hat seinen Charme, aber diese Villa ist etwas besonderes. Wir waren 3 Wochen in der Zeit vom 21.06.25-12.07.25 in der Villa Casa Anna in Moraira und was sollen wir sagen, der nächste Urlaub für dieses schöne Haus ist bereits vereinbart. Nicht zu vergessen ist die komplett neue Poolterasse und die neue Grillecke. Es fehlt bei dieser Villa wirklich nichts. Ein großer Kühlschrank mit Icecrasher ist auch vorhanden. Die Zentrale Lage kann kaum besser sein. Besonders zu erwähnen wäre auch die professionelle Abwicklung der Hausübergabe (Marc & Heike) machen hier echt einen tollen Job und sind immer erreichbar. Ein Masymas und ein Restaurant (Weltlaterne) u.v.m sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die einzige Verbesserung, die diese Villa noch auf ein anderes Level heben würde, wäre wenn deutsches Fernsehen per Satellit auf den vorhandenen Flachbildschirm zu empfangen wäre. Dann würden wir nur noch dieses Haus buchen.

Hallo Frank und Margarete, solch treue Gäste wie Euch, die sich immer noch an neuen Häusern und der Costa Blanca erfreuen, kann man sich nur wünschen. Wir haben Eure Kinder in den Sommerferien aufwachsen sehen und es gibt uns auch immer wieder einen Antrieb, an Euren schönen Urlauben teilzuhaben. Danke für Eure herzlichen Worte. Ja, die Eigentümer von Casa Anna haben in den letzten 2 Jahren viel Geld in die Hand genommen, um Casa Anna mit allem Komfort auszustatten und modern zu renovieren. Nur den Wunsch nach deutschem TV können Sie Euch leider nicht erfüllen, denn dann muss durch die neuen Wände gebohrt werden. Da sie selbst kein deutsches TV sehen, und wir Gäste aus vielen Regionen Europas dort haben, lassen sie lieber diesen Sommer besseres und schnelleres Fiberglas Internet legen. Hemos pasado una fabulosa estancia en Casa Anna, Moraira con una atención exquisita por parte de todo el equipo de Sunny Holidays Villas, la casa es extraordinaria, posee todo lo necesario para poder pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables en familia. Infinitas Gracias!!!!

Nous réservons depuis de nombreuses années sur Dénia, Calpe, Javéa et surtout Moraira avec Brigitte.
Nous n'avons jamais été déçu par cette région ainsi que les Casas que nous avons réservés avec Sunnyholidaysvillas.
Toujours le sérieux et la souplesse de Brigitte pour la réservation.
De Marc pour son accueil lors de l'arrivée et le départ.
Pour cette année 2024, nous avons repris pour la deuxième fois la Casa Anna, Moraira, suite à ça restauration, nous l'avons déjà réservé avant celle-ci, le changement est très positif. Nous n'avons pas été déçu.

Hallo liebe Frau Erdmann,
Wir waren vom 27.10 2023 eine Woche in der Casa Anna. wir müssen sagen die Innenausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten waren super bequem.
Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt. Wenn der Außenbereich demnächst auch Neu gemacht ist , dann ist es ein perfektes Haus. Aber auch so kann man das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen. Ihr Mitarbeiter Herr Mario Costanzo muss hier auch mal erwähnt werden. Er ist eine absolute Bereicherung .

vielen lieben Dank, es war mal wieder super schön im September im Casa Anna. Das Haus in Moraira hatte seinen Charme und war sehr gut gelegen, würden wir auch wieder buchen. Wetter war echt so super!
Sehr gerne kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder nach Moraira.
