Dining area separated by glass doors, round wooden dining table and 4 upholstered chairs.
Kitchen : American fitted kitchen at the entrance, fully equipped.
Covered terrace: in front of the living room, directly above the pool, with awning.
Roof terrace: with beautiful views to the sea.
Pool : 9 x 6m, depth: approx. 1,30 - 2m, in front is a small area with integrated benches; with roman staircase, with outside shower, with interior lighting.
Sun terrace: by the pool, wooden pavilion with stone table and 4 stone benches and stone charcoal grill. Garden: Mediterranean garden around the house with many palm trees.
Parking: Carport for 1 big car, or 2 middle class cars on the closed property.

Ceramic induction hob with 4 rings, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, additional refrigerator/freezer for soft drinks in the hallway.
Washing machine and dryer in outside storage room; iron/ironing board, flat screen TV, 49 inches, Smart TV, mainly German channels/Astra 1 - some French like ARTE, France 24, English News; radio, DVD player, above the TV Stereo-loudspeker with CD-player, MP-3, USB; built barbecue - charcoal, 10 garden chairs and 2 tables, 4 garden loungers, 2 sunshades.
Air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room.
The windows are double glazed, with girlle, with anti-mosquito screens and exterior blinds - in the dining room, living room, bedrooms and the large bathroom. Anti-mosquito screen also in the small bathroom. The large French door from the living room to the balcony has an anti-mosquito sliding door.
Oil-fired central heating with oil tank, solar system for hot water. A photovoltaic system for generating electricity was installed on the roof in November 2023. Guests are not charged for the solar energy, only for the regular electricity generated.

Beach Cala Andrago about 1.6 km, there are also several restaurants there; sandy beach of Moraira approx. 2.5 km, the picturesque beach of El Portet is only approx. 4.5 km distant, the two beautiful sandy beaches of Calpe approx. 10 km with beach promenade.
The centre of Moraira is approx. 2.7 km away with a beautiful old town, many shops and restaurants and the marina; supermarket Masymas approx. 650m distant, supermarket Pepe la Sal approx. 1.3 km away (there are many international products there), restaurant Satari's approx. 400m away, bistro Bueno approx. 550m away.
Along the coastal road are many restaurants and bars within a radius of 0.6 km - 5 km.

Liebe Brigitte, wir durften einen herrlichen Urlaub in der Casa Austen in Moraira erleben. Das Haus ist wunderschoen, perfekt und liebevoll ausgestattet, mit einem tollen Pool und sehr gepflegten Garten. Auch hat uns die Gegend um Moraira sehr gefallen. Ich freue mich sehr, dass es Euch nicht nur im Casa Austen sondern auch in Moraira gut gefallen hat.
Ich liebe die Gegend. Aber wenn ich Empfehlungen abgebe, bin ich immer ein wenig nervös, denn jeder hat andere Vorlieben.

Magnifique villa, Casa Austen, Moraira, très bien équipée avec vue mer. Piscine très agréable et surtout un magnifique jardin.
Quartier très calme avec commerces à proximité à pied ou en voiture.
Accueil agence très sympathique et très disponible.

Éste ha sido nuestro tercer año en Casa Austen, en Moraira. Todo es estupendo, en perfecto estado y con todas las comodidades, con un jardín y una piscina limpios y muy bien cuidados. Además, con la tranquilidad de contar con la inestimable asistencia de la encantadora persona de contacto de Sunny Holidays.
Así, todo ello hace que la estancia allí sea relajada, cómoda y perfecta.
Unas verdaderas vacaciones!!.
Volveremos, sin dudarlo.

Bonjour Madame Brigitte,
Merci beaucoup pour votre gentillesse et votre réactivité pour répondre à nos différentes questions. Nous avons pu nous reposer malgré un début de vacances mal engagé (arrivée plus tardive en raison d'une panne de voiture). Nus avons pu apprécié la journée supplémentaire qui nous a permis de reprendre la route en évitant les bouchons du samedi. Merci !

Wir sind nun schon das dritte Mal in einer Finca von SunnyHolidaysVillas. Dreifach tolle Ferien durften wir verbringen.
Diesmal, vom 20. Juli bis 3. August 2024. Wir haben die Finca Casa Austen in Moraira sehr genossen und konnten uns wunderbar erholen. Der Ausbaustandard der Finca ist ausgezeichnet und v.a. die Aircon hat uns tolle Dienste geleistet.
Moraira bietet viele gute Restaurants sowie eine nette Strandpromenade und eine hübsche Altstadt. Wir haben uns hier zwei Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt.
Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei unserer Betreuerin Frau Jakscht bedanken, sie ist uns mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung gestanden. Auch die Organisation von Frau Erdman hat erneut tadellos geklappt, vielen Dank dafür.
Allen, die sich für die Casa Austen entscheiden, können wir nur gratulieren und schöne Ferien wünschen.

Buenas tardes, Brigitte.
Me aparece deshabilitada la posibilidad de escribir un comentario en el link del Libro de Visitas, pero igualmente, te lo envío en este mail.
Ha sido nuestra segunda vez en Casa Austen y, al igual que la primera, hemos estado encantados. La casa es preciosa, acogedora, con todas las comodidades, y nos conecta con el relax desde el primer momento; nos sentimos realmente “en hogar”.
Por otra parte, el jardín y la piscina son maravillosos, llenos de rincones para el descanso y para disfrutar. Diseñado con mucho gusto, mantiene la intimidad y el gusto por estar en él. Nuestras perras también han estado muy a gusto.
También quiero mencionar la amable e inestimable asistencia de Waltraub, que siempre con una sonrisa nos ha recibido y atendido en cualquier momento.
En resumen: hemos pasado unos días fantásticos. Pensamos volver el año que viene, si la disponibilidad nos lo permite.

Sehr geehrte Frau Erdman,
wir bedanken uns für die Vermittlung der Villa Casa Austen.
Wir haben hier mit unserem Hund drei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen verbracht.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber rund es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich für einen Urlaub nur wünschen kann.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen 2024 wieder

Wieder einmal haben wir tolle 3 Wochen in Moraira in der Casa Austen verbracht.
In der Casa Austen fehlt es an nichts.
Fußläufig kann man in 15 Minuten alles erreichen zb. Restaurants ,Supermarkt usw. Alles perfekt.
