From the end of the driveway a stairway leads up to Casa Bonita. The parking lot and driveway are open towards the street. The apartment, pool, and sun terrace are all on one level. A grille door at the top of the stairs shuts off the the upper part and pool area towards the street.

Over palm trees you look down to the sea of Moraira, on the right you partly see the massif of the Cumbre del Sol. The L-shaped pool is delimited by a natural stone wall, this is followed by the partially covered grill terrace behind the house. The neighbours to the left and right have barely any views of the property through a privacy fence and a large oleander hedge. The comfortable interior gives you a pleasant holiday mood.

The center and the sandy beach of Moraira are quick and easy to reach, the beaches of Javea are less than a 20 minutes drive.

Casa Bonita is constantly being improved. In spring 2020, for example, the pool was completely re-tiled and A/C was installed in the living room. In September 2020, all the interiors were repainted and all the mattresses were bought new. Since April 23, the two bedrooms facing the pool side now also have A/C. The front bedroom next to the living room can be cooled slightly by the A/C in the living room and has a modern standing fan. Since June 2024 there is a second WLAN for the pool area, so that you can also enjoy the Mediterranean life there in the home office.

Master bedroom with double bed, 2 mattresses, each 0.90 br. x 2m long, 2-door wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets, en-suite bathroom. Window overlooking pool side, air-conditioning.

2 smaller bedrooms, both with: Double beds, 1 mattress each, 1.40m wide x 2m long, 3 door fitted wardrobe, 2 bedside cabinets. One facing the pool side with air conditioning, the third facing the cumbre, modern standing fan.

2 portable standing fans, outside blinds, mosquito net. All mattresses new in September 2020.

Number of bathrooms: 2, one en-Suite, washbasin with vanity unit, toilet, large shower, electric towel rail, windows with anti-mosquito screen. One separate, with washbasin with vanity unit, toilet, bath with shower/over and shower curtain, electric towel rail, window with anti-mosquito screen.

Living / dining room: 5 seater upholstered sofa, oval coffee table, sideboard and cupboard, small table for laptop with router, A/C. Large windows, some sea views and mountain views to the Cumbre del Sol. Rectangular glass table with 6 upholstered chairs.

Kitchen American, fully equipped, exit to the pool, grille door in front of it with anti-mosquito protection to enjoy a good breeze at night. Window with anit-mosquito screen.

Sun terrace: by the pool and behind the barbecue terrace, secluded. BBQ-terrace, partly covered, with hot water sink, charcoal grill and modern gas grill, rattan-glass dining table with 6 rattan chairs with cushions, parasol.

Roofed terrace: in front of the kitchen, with a small, round table and 2 metal chairs.

Pool: L-shaped, 3m wide x 8m long, 2m wide x 4m long. Depth: approx. 1m up to 2m, with Roman steps, with interior lighting; with hot water outside shower,

Garden: along the property wall some oleander bushes, in front of the house a palm, above 3 fruit trees and pines.

Parking: 2 parking spaces on the property, open toward the street. The living / pool area above is enclosed with a grille door and walls.

Equipment:

Ceramic hob with 4 rings, with oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, washing machine and dryer - downstairs in the outdoor storage room, iron with ironing cloth, flat screen TV, satellite TV German / Astra 1 mainly German channels but some French (Arte, France 24) and English News channels. Large gas BBQ with 1 to 4 grill fields and 1 gas ring for cooking, 6 garden chairs and table with sun shade, 6 sun beds.

Central heating, gas,  A/C in the living room and 2 bedrooms, 2 portable standing fans for the bedrooms.

All windows are equipped with external blinds, and with grille - the living room windows are located towards the property entrance, in the heights of the 1st floor and are therefore without grille, but have electric shutters, 2 windows of which have mosquito blinds.

Internet fibreglass flatrate, free of charge, approx. 100 Mb/s download speed, new June 2024 now also separate WLAN in the pool area with approx. 200 MB speed.

    Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt in Casa Bonita in Moraira ! Das Haus ist groß, top ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom schönen, gepflegten Pool, der vor allem bei den Kindern super ankam.

    Das ganze Haus war sehr sauber, genauso wie die frische Luft, die man hier in der ruhigen Gegend genießen kann – perfekt zum Durchatmen und Abschalten. Für Familien mit Kindern ist Casa Bonita ideal geeignet: viel Platz, sichere Umgebung und jede Menge Komfort.

    Auch praktisch: die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren von hoher Qualität – sehr hilfreich bei einem längeren Aufenthalt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in direkter Nähe, und auch der große Parkplatz war ein echter Pluspunkt.

    Wir haben hier sehr schöne Tage verbracht und kommen gerne wieder!

    Hemos pasado una estupenda semana,. Casa Bonita en Moraira/Benitachell es una casa muy práctica y espaciosa. Muy bien situada

    Mein Aufenthalt in der Casa Bonita in Moraira im November 2024 war sehr angenehm. Die Ausstattung ist sehr großzügig, alle Geräte funktionieren bestens. Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche ist sehr gut, alles war sehr sauber und ich war sehr zufrieden.

    La villa Bonita en Moraira es estupenda! Buena localización, todo en un nivel así que muy cómoda y una parte de terraza y piscina muy aprovechable.

    We had a great time in the villa "Casa BONITA",
    the pool is very nice.

      thank you for your nice comment.
      Daniel, the caretaker of Casa Bonita informed us, that there were sufficient plates and knives for 6 persons in the house. But he will buy more to have at least 10 sets available for guests.
