Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioners. One with ceiling fan. Both have outside blinds and mosquito nets on the window. All mattresses are fitted with mattress protectors.
Bathroom: 1 - new in 2021: with large shower, toilet, washbasin with vanity unit and cabinet on the side, large mirror with light frame and Bluetooth mobile phone connection, so you can play your favourite playlists while showering. Mosquito blind at the window.
Living room: with 4-seater upholstered sofa with footrest, wooden coffee table, A/C and fireplace with air circulation fan.
Dining room: many windows, sunny south/west exposure, rectangular solid wood dining table with 6 wicker chairs, beautiful view to the sea. Exit via stairs to the roof terrace and to the lower flat.
The living and dining room each have a window with mosquito net for cross-ventilation.
Kitchen: modern, open American kitchen, fully equipped. In 2024, the kitchen will be redesigned.
Sun terrace: by the pool, and in the large front garden by the house entrance. Above the pool with Ibiza nature umbrella and 2 wooden loungers.
Covered terrace: in front of the lower flat, with garden furniture.
Roof terrace: yes, with wonderful view to the sea, 2 wicker armchairs and table.
Pool size: 4 x 8m depth: approx. 1.30 - 1.75m, with Roman steps, with interior lighting, with angular hot water outdoor shower, open to the pool. A part of the pool balustrade is made of safety glass facing the sea. This means you can look out over the Mediterranean even when swimming.
Garden: beautiful, old-grown garden, with Mediterranean bushes and flowers, palms and cacti, around the house. Small garden pond above the pool area.
Parking: carport, 3 m wide x 6 m long, suitable for an SUV, space for 1 additional car in the enclosed property.

Environment
The green and quiet residential area of Benissa is situated exactly between Moraira and Calpe and offers partly wide views of the sea. Rocky beach and sandy beach alternate there - about 3,5 km away by car are the two bays: Cala Baladrar, this one is rocky and especially suitable for snorkelling and diving - a beach bar, which is situated at the very top, completes the visit there, and Cala Advocat, with a small sandy beach, chiringito and a nice hotel terrace; after approx. 7 min. by car you will reach both bays: Cala Pinet, also rocky, with small sandy beach and the idyllic small sandy beach of La Fustera, with picnic area under pine trees and several restaurants; the two coves are connected by a footpath of about 450ms. In the direction of Calpe you can reach the promenade on the left side of the Penon de Ifach in approx. 35 minutes after Calpe. By car Calpe is about 7 km. To the main beach of Moraira (partly sandy/ partly rocky) you drive about 5,5 km, a small pedestrian area and the marina is right next to the beach. The picturesque sandy beach of El Portet is about 1,5 km away from the centre of Moraira.
Small supermarket, Super Perles, and one of the best Paellea restaurants in the area, El Canis, are in Benimarco about 1 km away. The large, well stocked supermarket, Pepe la Sal, down on the coast road is about 10 minutes away. Along the coastal road you will find a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, such as the pizzeria La Tartana, the restaurant la Buena Vida and Kostas in Moraira.

Nous avons passé 15 jours à la casa del Corazon en Benissa,belle maison de caractère .
Equipement au top , magnifique jardin, endroit calme et proche de tout.
Les hôtes très disponibles .On reviendra.

Wir durften wunderbare Tage im Juli in dieser traumhaften Villa, Casa del Corazon in Moraira/Benissa, verbringen und sind begeistert. Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur sehr gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet, sondern überzeugt auch mit einer atemberaubenden Panoramaaussicht, die jeden Moment unvergesslich macht. Die Lage ist ruhig und gleichzeitig ideal gelegen für Ausflüge.
Man merkt sofort, hier wurde an alles gedacht. Es ist hochwertig, liebevoll durchdacht und mit viel Herz eingerichtet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit!

Hallo Frau Erdmann,
Mit unseren Freunden haben wir in dieser sehr schicken, modernen und sehr sauberen Finca, Casa del Corazon in Moraira/Benissa, 14 wundervolle Ferientage verbracht. Die Anlage ist mit viel Liebe fürs Detail hergerichtet. Die Außenanlage mit all ihren kleinen Lichtblicke (abends wenn die Beleuchtung an ist) ein Hingucker und eine tolle Sommer-Urlaub Atmosphäre ausstrahlt. Die Küche in der oberen, größeren Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet. Mit Orangenpresse ?, jede Menge Geschirr und allen Extras. Die Betten sehr bequem. Wir haben gut geschlafen auch dank der Klimaanlagen. Wohnzimmer sehr geräumig. Hier war uns nur das Sofa sehr tief und eigentlich eher nur liegend nutzbar. Meckern auf hohen Niveau ? Der pool war mega. Schön groß und auch tief, sowie tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Ein oder zwei weitere Sonnenschirme wären toll. Wir haben uns vor Ort noch einen kleinen Schirm gekauft, den wir auch mit am Strand nehmen konnten. Auch toll das Strandliegen für den Strand vom Vermieter bereit standen. Die untere Wohnung um einiges kleiner als oben ist auch sehr modern und schick eingerichtet. Durch die kleinere Küchezeile natürlich nicht ganz so komfortable aber trotzdem vollständig ausgerüstet. Hier besticht der kürzere Weg zum Pool.
Was soll ich sagen, wir haben uns rundherum "pudelwohl" gefühlt und würden sehr gerne wieder kommen ?
Danke das wir in der bezaubernden Finca Urlaub machen durften.

Hallo an die beiden Familien Trost und Schwahlen, einen herzlichen Dank für Ihren ausführlichen Kommentar. Der Name Casa del Corazon wurde von den Eigentümern bewußt ausgewählt, denn es ist den Eigentümern sehr wichtig ihren Gästen den bestmöglichen Urlaub zu bieten. Anregungen werden immer gerne aufgenommen. Die kleinere, getrennte Wohnung am Pool soll als zusätzliches Plus dienen, so dass von 6 Personen, sich zwei (ein junges Paar, die Großeltern) auch ein wenig zurückziehen können, und den Morgenkaffee mit mehr Privatspähre genießen können. Auch damit es vom Pool ein kurzer Weg ist, zu kühlen Getränken, oder zum Bad. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, Sie im nächsten Sommer wieder begrüßen zu dürfen.

Liebe Eigentümer,
vielen Dank dafür, dass wir hier Ende August 10 schöne Tage verbringen durften. Wir hatten viel Spaß beim Schwimmen und beim Schlafen war's sehr bequem. Ich wünsche bald wieder in diese wunderschöne Villa zu kommen und wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Euch allen, die ganze Familie Mansour.

Estuvimos en casa del corazón, Moraira, del 19/08/2023 hasta el 26/08/2023, sinceramente es una auténtica gozada la casa el entorno la piscina todo en general ha sido de 10.
A pesar de estar cerca de muchas otras casas de la urbanización se respira una paz enorme, algo que nosotros valoramos mucho y necesitamos para descansar.
Cerca a 5-6 minutos en coche nos encontramos las preciosas calas de Benissa con sus chiringuitos, y de camino hacia el bonito y cercano pueblo de Moraira tenemos supermercados y zonas de ocio restaurantes tiendas etc
Recuerdo especialmente el Algas con sus preciosas vistas al mar y donde solíamos tomar y picar algo todas las tardes.
Espero que si alguien tiene alguna duda con esta pequeńa reseńa sirva para animar a que vivan la experiencia de pasar unos días formidables en casa del corazón.

We spent a wonderful week in the villa Corazon in Benissa. The area is quiet, the swimming pool is big and the house is confortable. The villa has been renoved and it is really a success.
