pool 8x4ms., approx. 1,20 - 1,80ms. deep, with ladder and outside shower, the pool is fenced in on 3 sides.

Quiet residential area, service road, several beaches nearby, beach Cala Andrago about 1 km, there are also several restaurants there; sandy beach of Moraira approx. 3 km, the picturesque beach of El Portet is only approx. 4.5 km distant, the two beautiful sandy beaches of Calpe approx. 10 km with beach promenade.
The centre of Moraira is approx. 2.6 km away with a beautiful old town, many shops and restaurants and the marina; supermarket Masymas approx. 600m distant, supermarket Pepe la Sal approx. 1.3 km away (there are many international products there), restaurant Satari's approx. 200m away, bistro Bueno approx. 450m away.
Along the coastal road are many restaurants and bars within a radius of 0.4 km - 5 km.

Ich komme schon seit einigen Jahren nach Spanien damals noch mit meinen Eltern als ich noch ein Kind war und heute immer noch mit meiner kleinen Familie und möchte meiner Familie zeigen was ich alles gemacht habe und wie schön diese Ecke in Spanien ist. Meine Familie liebt es in den Urlaub zu fahren und vorallem wenn wir nach Spanien fahren es fühlt sich immer an als fährt man nach Hause und nicht in den Urlaub.
Wir haben einige Ferienhäuser schon über Brigitte /Sunnyholidays gemietet und für uns kommt auch niemand anderes in Frage; der Service, die Freundlichkeit, das Herzliche dafür danken wir dir sehr Brigitte. Dieses Jahr waren wir in dem Ferienhause Devesa in Moraira was ein sehr schönes, sauberes Haus ist. Es hat alles was man braucht, es ist ruhig und gleichzeitig mit wenigen Gehminuten hatten wir so viel, von Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, was eingeladen hat auch mal das Auto stehen zu lassen. Wir konnten uns super erholen und wollten wie immer nicht wieder zurück. Ein großen Dank geht auch an Herr und Frau Fürderer für die Mühe und auch das Vertrauen.
Und Brigitte auch an dich 1000 Dank für alles was du gemacht hast du und dein gesamtes Team sind einfach super wir danken dir für dein Vertrauen und wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder.

Voor de 4e keer in Casa Devesa, Moraira, verbleven dus dat zegt voldoende. Wat een fijn huis toch met inmiddels een vernieuwd zwembad incl. een fijn trapje waardoor je makkelijk het zwembad inloopt. Ook een rand in het zwembad waar je heerlijk op kan zitten. Wel jammer dat er geen licht is in of bij het zwembad. Ook dit jaar weer super goede contacten voor het boeken met Brigitte en tijdens ons verblijf met host Marc. Kortom: we hebben weer een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Bedankt Brigitte en Marc we komen zeker weer terug!

In juli voor de 3e keer in Casa Devasa, Moraira verbleven. Voor die tijd goede en snelle communicatie met Sunnyholidays (Brigitte Erdman). Wat een heerlijk Spaans huis is het toch. Altijd een warm welkom door host Marc, heerlijke bedden, goede airco, een groot zwembad en alles op loopafstand van het huis. Wat wil je nog meer? Wij zijn fan van Casa Devesa, van Moraira en de omgeving en komen in 2025 weer terug. Ga zo door Sunnyholidays!!

Het was erg fijn om weer voor de 2e keer terug te komen in Casa Devesa in juli 2023. Ook dit keer het warme en hartelijke ontvangst door de host Marc en zijn zoon Patrick. Het huis heeft enige verbeteringen ondergaan waaronder nieuwe airco's in alle slaapkamers die het erg goed doen. Nieuw bed in de master bedroom en ook het dakterras is vernieuwd. Het zwembad en de tuin werden regelmatig schoongemaakt door de aardige tuinmannen. Ook de Wifi is perfect en zelfs goed bereik bij het zwembad. Kortom een erg fijn huis met alle gemakken voorzien en op loopafstand van de zee en leuke en gezellige restaurantjes. Ook de nieuwe supermarkt Mas y Mas die op loopafstand is is erg fijn. Wij komen zeker terug en Brigitte Erdman, erg bedankt voor al je snelle en fijne communicatie!

August/September 2022, Casa Devesa, Moraira.
Lovely compact 3 bedroom house with all the amenities. It was perfectly suited for our family of 4, all adults. As the weather was 30 deg everyday we stayed around the pool or on the covered balcony.
The walk in and out of Moraira was very pleasant as it was mainly on the level and worked up an appetite for the great food on offer. Likewise the walk home worked off the excess. If we didn't want to walk the Bar Bistro 80 at 250m distance was an excellent choice.
Marc was unable to meet and greet us due to an accident but his wife and son provided an excellent service.
This is the first time I used the services of https://sunnyholidaysvillas.com/ and I am very satisfied with the professionalism of the operation and communication from Mrs Erdman. I look forward to using their services again.
The recommended GINER hire was equally professional and hassle free.
