Casa Familia is quietly located in a residential area at the top of Cumbre del Sol, which towers above Moraira. However, it is only about 200 metres to a supermarket and restaurant, as well as a pharmacy, so you can walk to get your breakfast rolls every morning. The small but beautiful private beach of Cumbre del Sol, Cala Moraig, is only about 2 kilometres away. A small footpath leads over the cliffs above the bay, offering breathtaking views of the sea and Moraira.

The property is on a hillside and is terraced. Stairs lead up to the pool area from street level and the garage. Just to the left of the pool area is the entrance to the smaller, lower flat, which was completed in 2025 and is now also available for rent. Ideal for 2 people who want to enjoy a little privacy while spending their holiday with family or friends. You are always alone on the property; if you only rent the upper apartment, the lower one remains locked.

Next to the pool is a fully glazed small cabana with a counter and seating area. Children love to play there. Next to it is the stone barbecue. This allows you to enjoy a snack, coffee or drink outside even in the cooler months and enjoy the view of the sea.

Approximately 14 more steps lead up from here to the main apartment. In front of the kitchen entrance, there is another dining area on a sunny terrace. The large, bright, modern kitchen has a large wooden table with 6 chairs. You can see the sea shimmering while enjoying meals with family and friends. A hallway leads from the kitchen to the living room, and on to the guest WC and bathroom, and at the far end to the two bedrooms.

The upper apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a fireplace and WiFi, making Casa Familia ideal for wonderful, relaxing family holidays all year round.

Bedrooms: 2, one with bed 1,60 wide x 2 longm, 1 mattress, 2 bedside tables, 2-door built-in wardrobe.

The second one with bed 1,40 wide x 2m long bed, 1 mattress, 2 bedside tables, dressing table with mirror, 2-door built-in wardrobe - both with mattress cover.

Both with: air conditioning, anti-mosquito net at the window, outside roller blind and white curtains.

2 baby beds and 2 high chairs available.

Bathrooms: 1 with bathtub/shower with partial glass partition, toilet, washbasin, washing machine, shelf, towel rack, additional electric radiator above the door. Anti-mosquito net at the window.

Guest WC: with WC, washbasin, mirror, anti-mosquito net at the window.

Living room: large round arch as entrance, 3-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, small white coffee table and small white side table. Beamed ceiling, air conditioning, closed fireplace.

Kitchen/dining room: separate, modern, bright, fully equipped kitchen at the apartment entrance .From January 2024, the kitchen will be equipped with new Aluminimum windows with thermal glazing. Dining area with large, rectangular wooden table and 6 chairs, large windows facing the sea, with white curtains.

Sun terrace: in front of the kitchen with garden table and 4 chairs - as outdoor dining area, below by the pool there is another terrace with large sun beds, and a glazed pavilion with a small bar and a small sofa.

Pool size: 8 x 4m depth: 1,20 - 1,70m, with roman stairs,

Garden: laid out in terraces, beautifully planted with many flowers, hedges; and palm trees lit by lamps.

Car/parking: Garage for 1 car, a 2nd car can be parked in the quiet residential street/ring road.

Environment

The residential area "Cumbre del Sol" is located 3 km above Benitachell, between Javea and Moraira on the cliffs, and offers magnificent views. Undisturbed by power lines, as the residential area is wired underground.

In the residential area you find supermarket, restaurant with large pool, bar, pharmacy only 200m away. Furthermore tennis courts and other restaurants. In Benitachell you will find all shopping facilities.

The beach in the residential area (partly sandy, partly pebbly) is about 2 km away - with beach cafe and deckchair rental, an impressive cave invites you to snorkel, above the beach there is a footpath with a wonderful view. Well developed hiking trails, e.g. to Javea and its surroundings are also available. The sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet and Javea can be reached in 10 - 15 minutes by car.

    Casa Familia, Moraira, Cumbre del Sol. Belle Casa, bien située, proche de belles Cale et d'un petit supermarché Pepe La Sal. Tout était correct, le logement, la piscine, la vue. Ce qui nous a manqué pendant notre séjour, un four micro onde, utile pour réchauffer des plats, de la lumière autour de la piscine et du Barbecue, des ventilateurs au plafond car nous n'utilisons pas la climatisation, et des moustiquaires à toutes les fenêtres, que certaines fenêtres en étaient équipées . Les transats sur la photo, ce qui avait été un plus dans notre choix de réservation, n'étaient pas présent et remplacés par des transats noirs simple. A part cela, agréable séjour et pas déçu de notre séjour dans cette belle Casa.

      Merci pour votre gentil commentaire. Je suis ravi que vous ayez tous passé de bonnes vacances cette fois encore. Merci également pour vos remarques.
      Le gardien m'a confirmé que les deux chambres, la salle de bain et les toilettes pour invités sont toujours équipées de moustiquaires. Les propriétaires viendront en octobre et vérifieront toutes les fenêtres.
      Il m'a également dit que ces grandes chaises longues étaient certes très esthétiques, mais qu'elles étaient rouillées au bout de deux ans. L'humidité est trop importante à proximité de la mer. De plus, ces chaises longues étaient très profondes, certains clients avaient du mal à se relever. Les propriétaires ont donc acheté des chaises longues « normales » plus robustes.
      Il n'y a pas de micro-ondes, car les propriétaires eux-mêmes ne veulent pas en utiliser et souhaitent laisser aux clients le plus d'espace possible pour préparer leurs repas. Je vais me renseigner à nouveau. L'éclairage de la piscine sera également vérifié.
      Espérons que tout sera prêt pour l'été prochain. Cordialement Brigitte

    Todo muy bien desde la atención del equipo de Sunny Holidays Villas al igual que la casa

    Meine Freunde und ich waren im Juli für eine Woche in der Casa Familia in Moraira. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und während der Woche war immer ein Ansprechpartner für Anliegen erreichbar. Die Casa selbst hat uns durch die moderne und vollausgestattete Küche sowie den wunderschönen Pool sehr beeindruckt. Der Aufenthalt war wundervoll und nur zu empfehlen! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit und bis bald.

    Alles hat sehr gut geklappt, die Übergabe und der Support während unseres Aufenthalts im Oktober im Casa Familia/Moraira war bestens, zumal es tatsächlich einen technischen Defekt gab, der aber repariert werden konnte. Auch der Kontakt zum Eigner durch Frau Erdman war erfolgreich, so konnten wir 3 Wochen in der Finca bleiben. Wir buchen bestimmt wieder bei SunnyHolidaysVillas!

    Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa. La casa esta fenomenal. Muy luminosa y espaciosa. La cocina es prácticamente nueva y no falta ni un detalle de ningún accesorio. Buena ubicación , zona tranquila y cerca de supermercado.
    En definitiva casa para repetir

    Hemos pasado una semana genial en Casa Familia en Moraira! La casa está totalmente equipada, espaciosa y muy limpia! No nos ha faltado de nada! Vistas muy bonitas, barbacoa, piscina y mucha tranquilidad!
    Todo en la casa está nuevo, los muebles, los baños, la cocina, tele y los aire acondicionados! Una casa perfecta para disfrutar de la tranquilidad y a la vez la cercanía al supermercado y restaurante!!
