Floor space approx. 100 m², plot approx. 998 m²;
2 bedrooms: both with twin beds, each 1m wd x 2ms. lg, (2 mattresses new in 2011, 2 mattresses new in 2012), fitted wardrobes,
3 bathrooms - 1 en Suite with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet; 1 with with bath, toilet, washbasin, 1 extra bath outside at the stairway up to the pool, with shower, toilet and washbasin.
Living room with upholstery sofa (new in 2011), 2 armchairs and coffee table, oval dining table with 6 chairs and sideboard, large windows with view to sea;
dining room with oval table and 5 wicker chairs;
separate kitchen, with supply shelves in hallway infront. Next to 2nd dining area terrace with awning; behind this gravel terrace surround with bushes;
garden largely paved with small flower beds and flower pots (palm trees, Bougainvillea),
pool 10 x 5ms., depth: 1,20 - 1,80ms., with roman stairs; large pool terrace,
parking for 2 cars available on the enclosed plot.

Hob with 3 rings and 1 electric ring - with electric oven, microwave, coffeemachine, toaster, fridge with freezer, electric kettle, washmachine, iron and ironing board, 2021 with flat screen, SAT-TV Astra 1 mainly German channels -some French and English news channels, ARTE, con Wifi Netflix etc., portable charcoal grill, 4 garden chairs with table, 4 loungers, 1 sunshade, 1 clothes horse.
Casa Nanne from summer 2023 with A/C in both bedrooms and living room. Energy-saving A++ inverter units that cool and heat.
Kitchen and both bedrooms with blinds, bars and mosquito nets, bathrooms with bars and mosquito nets. All windows in the living room have bars, 1 window of which has a mosquito net.

Attention with toddlers, the wall at the poolside is towards the pool very low - but towards the road approx. 3m deep. It could be possible that toddlers find their way through the two bars in the wall (photo up right - view to smugglers bay - there are two bars, the lower one is hard to see on the photo).

Quiet residential area, service road, to sandy beach of Moraira approx. 2 kms, to the picturesque beach of El Portet 1,7 kms, several other beautiful bays - ideal for snorkeling; to Moraira centre approx. 1,8 kms with pedestrian zone, restaurants, shops and beach promenade; supermarket with tapas bar about 1 km distant, more restaurants and 2 large supermarkets along the road to Moraira, there is a large selection of restaurants, bars, cafes, banks, doctors in Moraira and along the coastal road.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille dans la casa Nanne. Merci à Mme Edman ainsi qu'à la famille Fürderer qui a répondu à toutes nos demandes pendant notre séjour. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir l'année prochaine.

Bonjour Madame ERDMAN,
je prends un moment pour vous écrire après une retour au travail bien chargé, mais c'est avec plaisir que nous repensons à Moraira.
Nous avons en effet passez un séjour très agréable dans la casa Nanne et nous avons de très bons souvenirs des très bons moments partagés en famille.
Nous pensons revenir à Moraira l'année prochaine et ce serait avec un très grand plaisir que nous louerons la Casa Nanne si elle est libre.

Tres belle maison, superbe piscine dans un jolie cadre entre 2 montagnes et la mer au milieu.Piscine très grande, dommage que la cuisine n’est équipée de lave vaisselle !!! Et le wifi est ridicule aucun débit

Excellent two weeks stay in Casa Nanne (Moraira) ! To be honest, even better than what we could expect before coming.
The villa (and its perfect location) is just great, but its magnificent pool itself makes it a real asset that justfies the trip.
To conclude, I wish to thank the charming and always available/reactive couple whom we had contact with (Brigitte ERDMAN and Daliel ROLLE).
We will probably come back next year.

Casa Nanne, Moraira, summer 2016
I wanted to let you know that we spent wonderful holidays in CASA NANNE.
We are really satisfied of the rental.
The house is not too modern (no wifi and no air conditioning) but the house is very pleasant to live in and the swimming pool and the sight are just great. we just loved it !!
We also really enjoyed spending our evenings in Moraira, charming little city.
We would love to come back next year !!

nous sommes la famille DE SOUSA nous étions du 02.08.14 au 22.08.14 dans la CASA NANNE a MORAIRA ou nous avons passé d'excellente vacances la maison génial et nous aimerions si possible repartir l'année prochaine à la même période dans la même maison savoir si on peut mettre une option sur cette date et comment faire
