There are two apartments in the villa. You can book with or without the smaller apartment below - but you are always alone on the property.
From the road level stairs lead up to the pool area with small apt., from there they wind up along the house to the main apt. with another terrace.
Main apartment: floor space approx. 90 m²
2 bedrooms, one with twin bed, each 0,95 wide x 2,10 m. long, fitted wardrobe and desk of drawers - with door to the dining room and ventilation through the windows there; one with double bed, 2 mattresses, each 0,90 wide x 2 m. long, fitted wardrobe, desk of drawers. Both with A/C. Both bedrooms have a fly screen and external blinds on the window.
1 bath: new in 2021, with shower, WC and washbasin with vanity unit, window with anti-mosquito net.
modern kitchen fully equipped, from there you go directly into the dining room.
living room with threeseater upholstry sofa, 2 armchairs and coffee table, flatscreen TV, an arch is leading into the dining room with large dining table and 6 comfortable chairs, nice view to the Penon de Ifach.
Pool 8 x 4ms, approx 1,30 to 2,50 m. deep, with roman stairs, outside shower.
Smaller apt. below: floor space approx. 55 m²
1 bedroom with double bed, 1,60 wide x 2 m. long, shelves, vestibule with wardrobe and desk with chair, with A/C.
Both windows have fly screens and external blinds.
1 bath with shower , toilet and washbasin
kitchen fully equipped, with gashob with 4 rings and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dining table with 4 chairs and threeseater upholstery sofa, flatscreen TV.
Warmwater boiler for kitchen and bath.
Garden around the house with palm trees and blossoming bushes.
Lay-by for one car on the plot, but open to the service road.

All windows, except the dining room (located high on the 1st floor), have bars and are fitted with fly screens. All bedrooms are equipped with external blinds. Central heating (oil) in all rooms.
The 3 bedrooms, the upstairs living room and the kitchen with sofa and TV downstairs are equipped with modern, economical A/C from June 2023.
Internet fibreglass flatrate, up to 300 Mb/s speed, with amplifier for the upper terrace and pool area.

To the beach promenade and sandy beach in the centre of Moraira approx. 2,6 kms, to the picturesque beach of El Portet approx. 4,5 kms, to centre of Moraira with pedestrian zone approx. 2,4 km, down on the main road to the right big supermarket, restaurant and shops approx. 1 km distant. Several shops, supermarkets and restaurants on the way to the centre. Along the coastal road there are several beautiful bays - ideal for snorkeling; restaurant Al Andaluz (Fridays and Saturdays with live flamenco) ca. 1,3 km

Wir haben uns in der Casa Vicky in Moraira super wohl gefühlt! Das Preis Leistungsangebot war mehr als angemessen! Wir würden diesen Urlaub in Haus gerne wiederholen und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Auch wenn die Einrichtung im Haus schon in die Jahre gekommen sind, ist alles funktionstüchtig und sauber. Die Küche im Obergeschoss ist gut ausgestattet und neuwertig. Die im Untergeschoss ist praktisch um einfache Snacks, Salate und Kaffee zuzubereiten.
Obwohl das Haus über keine geschlossene Garage verfügt, haben wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt, da die Straße sehr ruhig gelegen ist.
Der Pool und die Aussicht auf Moraira machen den Urlaub perfekt. Vielen Dank auch für die tolle Betreuung und Abwicklung auf Deutsch!

Hallo liebe Familie Elhmdaoui, danke für Ihren ausführlichen Eintrag. Wir freuen uns, dass im Casa Vicky die Gäste so zufrieden sind, und dass Sie einen schönen Urlaub hatten. Die Eigentümer halten das Haus wirklich gut in Schuß. Das obere Bad wurde 2021 komplett renoviert. Die untere Küche ist genau für diesen Zweck beibehalten worden. So können Gäste, die sich auf der Poolterrasse befinden, kalte Getränke holen, einen Snack zubereiten, und müssen nicht extra nach oben, speziell mit Kindern sehr praktisch. Oder wenn das untere SZ belegt ist, kann man sich dort morgens einen Kaffee machen und "stört" die anderen oben nicht. Jedes Haus trägt den persönlichen Geschmack des Eigentümers. Im Casa Vicky wird viel Liebe und Arbeit in den Garten gesteckt, die Gartenmauern werden regelmäßig gestrichen, schöne neue Deko für innen angebracht, aber "ihr Bett" wollen sie schon gerne behalten, und kaufen regelmäßig gute neue Matratzen dafür.
Wir würden uns freuen, Sie nächstes Jahr wieder als Gäste begrüßen zu dürfen. Gruß Brigitte Erdman

Magníficas vacaciones en Casa Vicky en Moraira, muy buen lugar para evadirse y descansar. La casa es fantástica y muy limpia. La persona que nos dio las llaves es muy atenta y agradable. Todo fantástico.

Excellentes vacances dans une belle maison au calme et proche de Moraira.

wir waren 3 Wochen in der Villa Vicky und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus ist super und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch ihre Hausverwaltung ist hervorragend und wir danken Vicky für den super Service.

La villa en elle même est très complète nous voudrions aussi remercier madame Vicky qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement très gentil et tes aimable .
Les plus:
- air conditionné
- la vue magnifique
- le vis à vis
- Beaucoup de terrasse
Un inconvénient est le escalier vers appartement du dessus et les moustiques mais pour ça c’est la nature .
Sinon nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans une villa complète et quartier très calme.
Merci encore madame Vicky pour votre accueil et aide.

Bonjour Mr. Denssi,
Je suis ravie que vous ayez apprécié l'appartement et les nouvelles installations de climatisation.
Pourquoi l'escalier menant à l'appartement du haut était-il un inconvénient ?
Ce qui est génial, c'est que vous avez aussi une cuisine et une salle de bain au bord de la piscine, et que la cuisine est équipée de la climatisation.
Oui, cet été très chaud et très humide, les moustiques l'adorent aussi. Mais il existe de bons sprays pour se protéger, et Casa Vicky a des moustiquaires aux fenêtres de toutes les chambres à coucher, mais aussi en haut dans la grande salle à manger avec vue sur l'horizon.

Sunnyholidays Villas ist einfach nur geil. Ich kann jedem empfehlen darüber zu buchen.
Wir sind begeistert nicht nur von den Villen sonder von der gesamten Kommunikation, das Casa Vicky war unser erster Stopp einfach nur herrrrrrlich und ein Riesen Lob an Frau Berrada für ihre tolle Arbeit vor Ort und auch noch danach. Unser zweiter Stopp war das Casa Lena und hier können wir nichts negatives sagen, sei es der Herr Fürderer der immer für uns da war oder der Eigentümer der für Lob und Kritik immer ein offenes Ohr hatte. Einfach nur TOP vielen Dank das wir Gäste in so wunderschönen Villas sein dürfen.
Natürlich geht ein Riesen Lob an Frau Erdman für die Top Organisation. Familie Laarab sagt danke und bis zur nächsten Buchung.

En julio 2021 hemos tenido una muy feliz estancia en esta preciosa casa, Casa Vicky en Moraira. A la casa no le falta detalle. La piscina genial!!!
Queremos destacar la amabilidad de Vicky que nos ha atendido siempre que lo hemos precisado.
Toda la familia hemos podido disfrutar de unos dias de descanso en este bonito luagr de la Costa Blanca. Han sido unaos dias muy bien aprovechados.
