Master bedroom with double bed, 2 wide x 2m long, 2 mattresses, 2 nightstands, chest of drawers, 6 door built-in wardrobe; air conditioning. Bath en-suite. French door to the outside remains closed.
2nd bedroom with double bed 1.80m wide x 2m long, 2 mattresses, 1 bedside table, 2 door built-in wardrobe, A/C; faces east, no evening sun.
3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, each 1.40m wide x 2m long, 1 mattress, 1 bedside table, 2 door built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers, A/C; facing east, no evening sun.
All windows with outside roller blinds* and mosquito net and all have bars. Also mosquito nets over all beds. (*Except the French door in the master bedroom, here dark curtains).
Mattress protectors on all beds. Light summer duvets, pillow size 40 x 75 cm, and extra blankets for the cooler season.
Bathrooms: 2, both bathrooms completely new in November 2023, as well as the plumbing and electrics.
One en-suite in the master bedroom, with large walk-in shower, with fixed rain shower head and a movable small shower head, double washbasin with large mirror, large brick shelf, WC. Photos to follow in May 2024 - tiles and shower as in separate bathroom.
One separate, with walk-in shower with fixed rain shower head and a movable small shower head. Single washbasin with mirror and two large drawers underneath, WC. Both bathrooms with window and mosquito screen at the window. Guest WC with double washbasin in the lower area next to the utility room with washing machine and ironing board.
Wardrobe in the hallway between the bedrooms. Living room: with 3-seater sofa and 1 armchair, coffee table, as well as another sitting area in the front with sea view, with 2 armchairs and small table, A/C. Covered balcony directly in front of the living room with round wooden table and 4 chairs and a wonderful view.
Dining area: with rectangular dining table and six 6 upholstered chairs. Wall shelves with crockery and glasses; the new, modern American kitchen (November 2023) opens to the rear: Kitchen island with 2 bar stools on one side and drawers on the other, all electrical appliances new from Bosch, west window with mosquito screen, fully equipped.
Sun terrace: by the pool, next to the pool is the barbecue terrace with a bricked grill, with a wooden dining table and 8 chairs, as well as a large stone bench all around, cosy with many cushions.
Upstairs, next to the entrance area another terrace with stone table and 4 stone benches and nice view, as well as a small, covered terrace with gas barbecue.
Pool: 11m long, and between 4 and 6m wide. Depth: approx. 1,30 to 2m, with ladder as entrance, with internal lighting, with outdoor solar shower.
Next to the pool is a large, glazed terrace, furnished with upholstered sofa and small table, armchair, small table with three chairs, and on the other side with counter, small fridge and electric hotplate.
Garden: nicely planted, partly with artificial grass and gravel, partly tiled.
Carport for 2 cars. The finca is the second last house in a dead end street. Behind it a footpath leads back up to the main road.
Equipment:
New Bosch electrical appliances since November 2023: ceramic hob with 4 rings, oven, large refrigerator with 3-drawer freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave. Filter coffee machine, coffee capsule machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board, 2 drying racks. Flat screen, SAT-TV German/Astra 1, including 2 English news channels. Fibre Internet up to 600 MB/sec speed. You can see English channels via Fibre and your pad.
A/C in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms are additionally equipped with ceiling fans.
Closed fireplace in the living room, gas central heating in all rooms.
There are anti-mosquito nets in front of the windows in both bathrooms, all 3 bedrooms, the kitchen and 2 windows in the living room.
Grill: charcoal and gas, 16 garden chairs and 3 tables, 4 stone benches and stone table. 4 sun beds, 3 colourful garden chairs, 3 parasols.

Environment
The green, quiet residential area of Benissa is situated exactly between Moraira and Calpe and offers a wide view of the sea. Rocky beach and sandy beach alternate there - there are two bays are about 5 minutes away by car: Cala Baladrar, which is rocky and particularly suitable for snorkelling and diving - a beach bar, which is situated at the very top, rounds off the visit there, and Cala Advocat, with a small sandy beach, chiringito and a beautiful hotel terrace; after approx. 10 min. by car you can reach the two bays: Cala Pinet, also rocky, with small sandy beach and the idyllic small sandy beach of La Fustera, with picnic area under pine trees and several restaurants; the two coves are connected by a footpath of about 450ms. In the direction of Calpe you can reach the promenade on the left side of the Penon de Ifach in about 35 minutes after Calpe. By car Calpe is about 8 km away from the finca. To the main beach of Moraira (partly sandy/ partly rocky) you drive about 15 min., a small pedestrian zone and the marina is right next to the beach. The picturesque sandy beach of El Portet is about 1,5 km away from the centre.
A small supermarket, Super Perles, and one of the best Paella restaurants in the area, El Canis, can be reached in Benimarco in approx. 8 minutes by car. The large, well stocked supermarket, Pepe la Sal, down on the coastal road is approx. 10 minutes away. Along the coastal road you will find a wide range of restaurants, bars, cafes, such as the pizzeria La Tartana, the restaurant la Buena Vida and Kostas in Moraira.

Nachdem wir nun gesund wieder Zuhause angekommen sind, vermissen wir jetzt schon die schöne Zeit in der Finca Olcina in Benissa. Bedanken möchte wir uns zunächst bei Frau Erdman für die hervorragende Empfehlung. Das Haus, der Blick auf die Küste von Moreira und die Restaurantempfehlung El Canis haben voll ins Schwarze getroffen. Auch bedanken möchten wir uns bei Herrn Fürderer für die Betreuung. Es war unser erster Besuch in diesem Haus, Calpe kennen wir schon seit Jahren, doch hier im Olcina waren wir nicht das letzte Mal. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr.

Guten Tag, schön, dass es Ihnen im November/Dezember so gut in der großzügigen Finca gefallen hat. Da man im Winter mehr Zeit im Haus verbringt, als in den Sommermonaten, freuen wir uns ganz besonders darüber.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser wunderschönen Finca Olcina in Benissa. Die Badezimmer und die Küche wurden gerade renoviert und sind einfach traumhaft, unsere Tochter sagte, dass sieht hier ja aus wie ein Objekt von Home und Garden TV. Auch der Außenbereich ist schön angelegt und man kann die Zeit am Pool oder dem Sitzbereich ungestört genießen. Die Betreuung durch die Familie Fürderer ist wie immer freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend gewesen, man fühlte sich sofort herzlich willkommen geheißen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben wieder eine traumhafte Zeit in der Finca Olcina in Moraira verbracht. Das gepflegte Anwesen lässt keine Wünsche offen,die neue Küche,die tollen neuen Bäder-es ist wirklich eine Freude,die schönste Zeit des Jahres hier verbringen zu dürfen! Liebe Frau Erdmann,
ganz herzlichen Dank für Vermittlung der Villa Olcina in Benissa. Wir haben unseren Winterurlaub in diesem fantastischen Haus verbringen dürfen. Es besticht durch die absolut ruhige Lage, die traumhafte Aussicht, den sonnigen Frühstücksbalkon, schöne Küche, gute Betten und,und, und. Dieses Haus bietet alles was man sich nur wünschen kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hallo Frau Erdmann
Leider ist der Urlaub fast zu Ende Finca Olcina in Benissa hat uns sehr gut gefallen, die neuen Badezimmer und die Küche einfach nur schön. Der Ausblick zum Meer, Moraira und Cumbre del Sol ist sagenhaft schön. Finca Olcina gehört zu den schönsten Häusern wie Pura Vida in Moraira und Dorothea in Javea die wir bisher schon gebucht haben. Nächstes Jahr sind wir auf jeden Fall wieder im September hier. Welches Haus es diesmal wird werden wir noch sehen. Viele liebe Grüße Erich & Kathrin aus Berlin

Sehr geehrte Frau erdmann. Unser Urlaub ist nun vorbei und möchten uns hiermit für einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Finca Olcina in Moraira, die keine Wünsche offen lässt bedanken. Finca Olcina 26.07.-13.08.25 Liebe Frau Erdman, wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Finca verbracht. Alles war perfekt! Angefangen von der überragenden Aussicht, ob morgens oder abends, die Aussicht war mega schön. DerAußenbereich sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Die neue Küche und die neuen Bäder, top.Vielen lieben Dank an Daniel, unser Hausbetreuer, der für uns schon zum Urlaub dazu gehört.Und ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön gilt Ihnen, Frau Erdman. Cela fait une dizaine d'années que je réserves des villas avec Brigitte Erdman et je ne suis en général pas déçu. Cette année, nous avons réservé la Casa Finca Olcina, magnifique villa avec une vue formidable sur la baie de Moraira. Très belles prestations générales.

Liebe Frau Erdmann,
wir hatten besondere Herausforderungen als es um ein Haus in diesem Jahr ging - mal 5 Personen, mal 8, großer Pool, schöne Außenanlage, angenehme Sitzmöglichkeiten (kein Steinmobiliar), einladender Innenbereich. Was soll ich sagen? Dieses Haus hat alle unsere Anforderungen erfüllt. Wir hatten vier wunderschöne Wochen und konnten am Pool bei traumhaften Ausblick wunderbar abschalten.
Das Haus hat alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt und die bevorstehenden Renovierungen werden es noch weiter aufwerten. Ich bin mir sicher, wir kommen wieder hier her.
Auf einen Mangel möchte ich dennoch aufmerksam machen, auch wenn dieser nichts mit dem Haus an sich zu tun hat. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist für manche Autos wirklich unangenehm. Wer mit dem eigenen Auto anreist, sollte wissen, dass die Straße Schlaglöcher aufweist. Manches Auto kann hier Probleme bekommen und ggf. Aufsetzen. Unsere Autos haben sich leider ganz schön gequält. ;-)
Ein besonderer Dank gilt Ihnen, da Sie sich jederzeit bei all unseren Anliegen schnell und mit einem Lösungsvorschlag gemeldet haben.

Liebe Frau Baden, danke für Ihren netten Eintrag. Die schönste Auszeichung für uns ist, wenn Gäste wie Sie, immer wieder kommen.
Wegen der Straße, diese wird von der Gemeinde Benissa "verwaltet" und diese kleinen Anliegerstraßen mit wenig Anwohnern haben leider keine Priorität. Der Eigentümer bleibt aber dran.

Wir haben in der Finca Olcina wunderschöne Tage verbracht. Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet und bezaubert mit einem herrlichen Blick …bei Tag und auch bei Nacht. Die Buchung über sunnyholidaysvillas mit Frau Erdmann hat wie immer hervorragend funktioniert. Wir haben schon mehrfach gebucht und sind immer wieder begeistert.
Haus,Pool und Betreuung…alles top. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!
Ebenso der Tipp mit der Autovermietung Giner war echt super. Wir haben noch nie so entspannt ein Auto gemietet. Also rundherum gelungen. Vielen lieben Dank dafür.
