Villa Cristina is quietly located in a residential area at the top of Cumbre del Sol, which overlooks Moraira. However, it is only about 300 m. to a supermarket, restaurant and a pharmacy. The Cumbre del Sol’s own beach, Cala Moraig is only about 2 km distant.

The property has a hillside location and is terraced. From the street level with the parking for 2 cars a few, wide stairs lead around the house to the house entrance at the pool-/seaside of the property. The generous villa consists of 2 floors. The upper floor is equipped with many and large windows, the lower floor is partly built below pool level, but all rooms have windows. It is perfect if traveling with family and friends, both separate apartments are connected with an inside stairway, but have also separate entrances from the outside.
You enjoy three dining areas around the property: at the pool with built BBQ and stone table and benches; the downstairs kitchen is conveniently only a few steps distant from the BBQ area. At the roofed terrace / Naya upstairs and on the right side of the house with the best sea view, easy to reach from the downstairs kitchen too. The downstairs apartment provides you with indoor enjoyment for all seasons. Would you like to relax with a nice game of snooker, darts or table tennis? Enjoy the Smart-TV with the Wifi-Flatrate?  
Explore the spectacular Cala Moraig which has also a little hiking trail facing the sea, there you can also enjoy paddle courts, diving and snorkeling.

1 bedroom with bed 1,80 wide x 1,95 m long, 1 mattress, (king size), fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, 2 night stands, A/C, French door to Naja – with large anti-mosquito screen.

1 double bedroom, bed 1,50 wide x 1,90 m long, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers, 2 night stands, A/C, window westwards.  All windows with anti-mosquito screens, outside blinds, grille.

1 baby bed, and rocker available.

Bathrooms: 2, one en-Suite, with shower, washbasin with floor unit, WC, electric towel rack. One separate with bath/shower over, WC, washbasin with floor unit.

Both with windows with anti-mosquito screens and grille.

Living/dining room: sunny with many windows, all windows with curtains, sitting area with 3seater upholstery sofa, 3 armchairs, rectangular wooden coffee table, exit to the roofed terrace/Naja with French doors and grille doors.

American kitchen: fully fitted.

Large corridor connecting the living room and the 2 bedrooms. From here you have access to a little study in the hall, with table and 2 chairs and 1 arm chair, an internal stairway leads down to the downstairs apartment. Upstairs door has no lock, downstairs door can be locked.

Roofed balcony/Naya: with view to the pool and some sea view, crystal balustrade for free view. On one side stairs go down to the pool terrace.

Equipped with rectangular, extendable table and 8 blue folding chairs as well as a small round table and 2 chairs.

Entrance from the pool area – 4 stairs leading down.  Small bar with 2 bar stools adjoining the kitchen.

Living room: next to the outside entrance, with 2 two-seater sofas and 1 armchair, with built side table, No coffee table. 1 shelf behind sofa, and wooden chess board. Ceiling fan. Wood burner and Smart TV.

Dining area next to the kitchen with oval dining table and 6 upholstered chairs. 

American kitchen: fully fitted with window towards the pool.

Utility area, with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board and 3-drawer freezer, window towards the pool,

behind it Games area with A/C: snooker, table tennis and darts.  

From the utility area you enter the little room before the second bedroom/bath, which has a separate outside door, also.

Entrance to the apartment also with interior staircase from above.

Sun terrace: at the pool. There is also a large stone table and 4 stone benches as well as the built BBQ. The downstairs kitchen is only a few steps distant.

Second large terrace with sea view and a nice Mediterranean flower bed behind it, is on the right side of the house. With blue metal table and 6 blue metal chairs and parasol.

Swimming pool: size: 8 x 4 m depth: 0,90 to 2,10 m, with roman stairs, and ladder in the deep part; with inside illumination, outside shower, cold water only, crystal balustrade around 2 sides of the pool  

Garden area: on the left side of the house going down to the pool it's planted with fig, pomegranate and grapefruit trees; and one flower bed behind the terrace facing the sea.

Car/parking:  parking inside the plot, for 2 large cars. Electric gate and side door.

    Villa Cristina du 2 au 16 août Benitachell/Moraira. Villa magnifique avec vu sur la mer. Bien située proche commerces bar restaurant. Parfaite pour 6 personnes, seul point négatif manque de pression pour l eau au moment des douches à plusieurs en même temps. WiFi marche parfaitement très appréciable, ainsi que le billard. Je recommande cette Villa magnifique. Nous avons passés d excellente vacances.

      Merci beaucoup pour votre commentaire dans notre livre d'or. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez passé des vacances reposantes à la Villa Cristina. Malheureusement, il arrive souvent qu'en juillet et en août, lorsque toutes les maisons et tous les appartements sont occupés par des vacanciers, la pression de l'eau baisse légèrement. C'est particulièrement le cas le soir, lorsque tout le monde prend sa douche après une belle journée à la plage ou à la piscine. Cordialement Brigitte Erdman

    Wir haben nun 2 Wochen zu 6. in der Villa Cristina, Cumbre del Sol, Moraira, verbracht und bestätigen gern, dass alles so war wie beschrieben. Es war schon sehr schön, dass hier auf der Homepage eine so ausführliche Beschreibung dargestellt wird, dass macht die Entscheidung einfacher. Das Haus war sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig auf dem Cumbre del Sol aber nur 10 Autominuten in die Nachbarstädte Javea oder Moraira. Im Meer zu baden bietet sich hier direkt nicht an, zumindest nicht mit kleinen Kindern, da es steil bergab ca. 30 min zu Fuß zu einer kleinen Kiesbucht sind aber ca 15 Autominuten entfernt gibt es Sandbuchten und in Denia gibt es kilometerlange Sandstrände. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig entfernt. Zu beachten ist, dass die Strompauschale in heißen Monaten ggf. nicht ausreicht, sollte man die Klimaanlage benötigen. Wir haben sie im September nicht benötigt und waren gerade so in der Vetbraucher-Pauschale.
    Frau Erdmann und auch die Hausverwaltung haben immer schnell reagiert auf Rückfragen- es war alles top und wir würden definitiv wieder hierüber buchen und gerne wieder kommen.

    wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Ferienwochen in der Villa Christina, Moraira.
    Das Haus, die Umgebung einfach alles, war wunderschön.
    Der Hausverwalter war sehr freundlich, wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

    Estuvimos durante la primera quincena de julio en Villa Cristina y la experiencia fue insuperable, estamos encantados tanto con la casa, como por la zona. es la segunda vez que repetimos. Tuvimos un problema en el primer día porque no encontrábamos la cafetera y después de indicarlo, al día siguiente ya nos estaban dejando una nueva.
