Villa Eden is just as the name suggests. Being only let in summer you practically can live outdoors and only have to go inside to sleep.

From the house and the garden, you have a beautiful view of the sea, the emblem of the Costa Blanca : the Penon de Ifach massif, all the way to Calpe. The spacious wooden balcony with garden sofas, right next to the entrance to the house, is particularly beautiful and overlooks the pool.

At the pool, which can be enclosed with a transportable fence - if you have small children, is a "bed pavillion" with mattress and curtains,  where you can relax and daydream. Next to it, connected by a tiny bridge, is the large sun terrace with room for 8 sunbeds und fantastic view. In the pavillion with room for the large dining table and 12 garden chairs you can dine with all your family and/or friends, enjoying the meals, which are prepared by you in the roofed summer kitchen next to it. A large bath with shower, toilet and double washbasins completes the outside area.

Villa Eden is divided into two apartments, each with three bedrooms and own kitchen; and 3 more baths. So you can also withdraw from the "summer fun" and enjoy your privacy.

The garden around the house is planted with palm trees, a large rubber tree, Jasmine and Bougainvillea as well as blossoming bushes.

You are always using the property alone.

Environment

The green residential area of Benissa is located between Moraira and Calpe. Rocky beaches vary with sandy beaches - approx. at 4 km distance is Cala Baladrar, which is rocky and particularly suitable for snorkeling and suba diving, about 3,5 km distance to Cala Advoacat, the beach is heaped up with sand, approx. 5,5 km to Cala del Pinet, also rocky, from there leads a 450ms walkway over the cliff to the little sandy-beach of La Fustera; the main beach of Moraira (partly sandy/partly rocky) is about 6 km distant, to the sandy beach of El Portet approx. 7,5 km.

In Benimarco: little supermarkt in approx. 1,5 km distance, Spanish restaurant Canis about 600 m. distant, second Spanish restaurant about 1,2 kms distant; at Moraira´s costal road in about 3,5 km distance you have a large choice of restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets.

In the 9 km distant Calpe you find plenty shops, supermarkets and restaurants - as well as two large, sandy beaches with a pretty beach promenade.
