2nd bedroom: double bed, 1 mattress, 1.35 wide x 1.90m long, wardrobe, chest of drawers,
3rd bedroom: double bed, 1 mattress, 1.40 wide x 2m long, and single bed, 0.90 wide x 1.90m long, wardrobe, French door to outside.
4th bedroom separate with en-suite bathroom: new December 2021 - double bed, 2 mattresses, 1.80 wide x 2m long, wardrobe and chest of drawers, French door to outside.
All 4 bedrooms are equipped with A/C units and outside blinds.
Bathrooms: 2, one separate bathroom, with shower, washbasin, WC, window, second bathroom en-suite, shower, washbasin, WC, window. One bathroom completely and one bathroom partially renewed in 2021.
Living room (a little separated from the dining area): large and bright with high ceiling and many windows, French door out to the terrace; equipped with two three-seater sofas, round coffee table, air conditioning.
Dining room: with rectangular solid wood dining table and 8 chairs is in one room with the American kitchen, which was completely refitted in June 2021. Exit through French doors to the covered terrace.
Covered terrace: in front of the dining room overlooking the pool, beautiful wicker furniture: two-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, with wicker/glass coffee table. Rectangular solid wood garden dining table with 6 chairs, complete with outdoor lighting.
Sun terrace: by the pool.
Pool size: approx. 8 x 4m depth: approx. 0.85 x 1.75m, with Roman steps, with interior lighting. Around the pool and the covered terrace are tiled.
Garden: laid out around the house with yellow decorative gravel. Mediterranean plants create a nice atmosphere in the entrance area and around the pool.
Car/parking: The garage is not available for guests, 2 mid-size cars can park in the driveway. The gate in the property entrance and the pedestrian gate do not have a lock. Small cul-de-sac.

Kitchen: Cooker electric/induction with 4 rings, with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, small fridge for beverages, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine in the kitchen, iron/board, fire extinguisher, 1st aid box.

Environment
Location of the house: quiet residential area, the villa is situated on a small cul-de-sac. To the beaches: in Moraira, Playa L'Andrago, rocky, ideal for snorkelling, with beach restaurants, about 3.7 km; sandy beach in the centre about 5 km; the picturesque El Portet bay with sandy beach is about 6 km away. Along the coast in the direction of Benissa and Calpe you will find many other very beautiful beaches, some sandy, some rocky.
You drive about 4.5 km to the centre of Moraira.
You will find a large selection of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a nice pedestrian zone in the old town of Moraira, as well as the marina, in and around the centre of Moraira, which is about 4.5 km distant. On the way there, you will find one or the other restaurant.

Wir haben gerade im Juni 3 wunderschöne Wochen in der Villa El Toro in Moraira verbracht. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, besonders die große, neu renovierte Terrasse hat uns gut gefallen. Wir haben uns in der ruhigen Wohngegend sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in der Villa El Toro

Wir haben uns in der Villa El Toro in Moraia rundum wohlgefühlt. Alles ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war sehr sauber. In der Küche gab es alles, was man braucht - besonders toll empfanden wir die Anzahl des Geschirrs und der Gläser. Danke auch an Heike Fürderer, die uns zur Übergabe mit gekühlten Getränken begrüßte. Es war mal wieder ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit sunnyholidaysvillas :-).

Unser zwei wöchiger Urlaub im Juni/Juli in der Villa El Toro in Moraira war traumhaft schön. Haus, Garten, Pool...alles hat uns sehr, sehr gut gefallen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll ausgewählt. Es gab wirklich nichts zu beanstanden und wir sind schweren Herzens abgereist. Wir hoffen, dass es nicht das letzte Mal in El Toro war. Herzliche Grüße und herzlichen Dank an Herrn Fürderer und Frau Erdman, Astrid und Family!

Hemos pasado un fantástico fin de semana en Villa El Toro en Moraira en septiembre.
Entorno perfecto y tranquilo en una villa cómoda, fenomenalmente distribuida, equipada y decorada que invita al disfrute y la joie de vivre!!
Gracias a la propiedad y al equipo de Sunny Hollidays que ha estado atento a todos los detalles y nos han ayudado a que la estancia fuera perfecta desde el primer minuto hasta el último. Incluido el apoyo técnico con uno de los vehículos :). Repetiremos seguro.
