1 bedroom downstairs, very large, 1 bed with 2 mattresses, each 0.90 wide x 2 m long, 2 bedside tables, large wardrobe, to the front facing the window a 3 seater sofa, coffee table,
flat screen 85 inch (ITBox many languages). Separate bathroom next to it. Ventilation.
3 bedrooms on the ground and first floor with air-conditioning, hot/cold, and with TV, Astra 1, German channels; and curtains.

Living room: generous and bright, upholstered sofa for 3 persons and 1 armchair, large footstool, glass coffee table, large sliding door to the terrace, sea view. 60 flat screen with Astra 1, and channels (English interantional news, French ARTE and France 24); gas fireplace.
Dining room: slightly separate, with oval wooden dining table and 8 white armchairs, sliding door, sea view.
Large entrance hallway: with mirror and chest of drawers, left and right access to the two bedrooms, straight ahead to the living area. The entire floor is tiled with marble.
Kitchen: American, fully equipped, all electrical appliances are Bosch appliances.
Behind the kitchen is a small utility room with door to the outside, equipped with washing machine and dryer, freezer, iron and ironing board, 2 clothes racks.
To the area downstairs, a staircase with 15 steps leads to a spacious hallway. There is a bodega/wine cellar, the large bedroom/cinema room and the large bathroom downstairs.
A staircase with 16 steps leads to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom upstairs.
Covered terrace: directly in front of the living room, with large rectangular wooden table and 8 chairs with cushions.
Sun terrace: by the pool with beautiful sea/mountain views, music via Bose outdoor speakers, 2 white large sun beds with cushions, and 4 sun loungers. At the back of the terrace next to the barbecue area are stylish lounge furniture with table, with an awning over it.
Balcony terrace: in front of the large bedroom on the upper floor, beautiful wide view over the sea to the mountain massif of the Sierra Bernia in Benissa.
Small round table and 2 chairs, stylish lounge furniture and small table with awning over it.
Pool size: 9 x 4 m depth: , with wide Roman steps, with interior lighting. Outdoor shower - you look out from the pool through a glass wall to the sea.
Garden: planted with hedges and trees at the edges of the property. The property borders on a green zone to the left.
Sports: basketball hoop in the courtyard, pull-up bar at the house, table tennis table in the courtyard.
Carport for 2 cars, 1 further parking space on the enclosed property. Entrance gate electric. The driveway leads down from the street.

Ceramic cooker with 3 rings, large refrigerator without freezer compartment, but there is a separate freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dryer, iron/ironing board.

Villa Sea Breeze in Moraira, Our stay was relaxing. The house has a lot of space for everyone. The pool and view are fantastic. The kids had fun with the ping pong table. Nice modern house with a wonderful view. The only problem was the plumbing system in the house. The water pressure in the shower and toilet had problems sometimes.

Hi Yolanda, thanks for your kind words. We are happy that you had relaxing holidays with your family. In High Season when all houses, apartments and hotels are fully occupied, and then the guests mostly shower all at the same times, dishwashers and washing machines on the go, the water system of the towns is overworked. Das Haus Sea Breeze in Moraira bietet einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer, wunderschöne Zimmer und bequeme Betten, auf denen wir alle sehr gut schlafen konnten. Die stilvolle Ausstattung passt perfekt zu den Zimmern.
Ein paar kleine Verbesserungen wären jedoch wünschenswert: Obwohl der Pool zweimal die Woche gereinigt wird, fallen täglich Blätter, Gras, Mücken und Raupen hinein. Ein richtiger Mopp oder Wischer wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen, da die Reinigung des Hauses und der Terrasse mit dem vorhandenen Wischer sehr mühsam war. Auch Matten beim Zugang zur Terrasse wären praktisch, um das häufige Wischen zu reduzieren, da viel Sand und Schmutz durch den Wind in die Wohnung getragen wird.
Dies sind nur Empfehlungen, die den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machen könnten.
Vielen Dank an das Team und die Hausbesitzer, dass sie uns erlaubt haben, das Haus zu mieten.

Danke für Ihre freundlichen Worte und auch Ihre Empfehlungen was noch verbessert werden kann. Wir freuen uns, dass Sie sich dort wohlgefühlt und gut erholt haben. Die Eigentümer sind im September selbst im Haus, und werden sich darum kümmern, dass die Anregungen ihrer Gäste für die Saison 2025 mit einbezogen werden.

Ein schöner Urlaub mit ein paar Kleinigkeiten:
Das Haus Sea Breeze in Moraira ist traumhaft, toller Blick, tolle Zimmer, auf den Betten konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, aber hier und da leider nicht gut gepflegt - und das ist es, was leider zu diesem tollen Haus überhaupt nicht passt.
Die Klimaanlage ging nicht richtig und dank des tollen Service von Hrn. Rolle wurde diese sofort in Ordnung gebracht. Der Techniker blieb dann fast den ganzen Tag da und hat erstmal alle Anlagen sauber gemacht, vielen Dank, danach haben alle Geräte wieder gut funktioniert.
Da sind nun wirklich gute Haushaltsgeräte verbaut, aber warum muss der Korb im Geschirrspüler so verrostet sein, dass sich beim benutzen Flugrost absetzt? Der Gefrierschrank war so zugefroren, dass man die obersten beiden Schubladen nicht verwenden konnte. Und das Geschirr und Besteck passen überhaupt nicht zu der ansonsten hochwertigen Ausstattung - das billigste Zeug von Ikea. Leider war der Grill total verdreckt, der wurde auch seit längerem nicht gereinigt. Und es gab keinen Kescher für den Pool, so dass wir erst auf die Reinigung durch den Service warten mussten, um die Blätter aus dem Pool zu bekommen.
Nicht falsch verstehen: es war wirklich schön und wir würden das Haus wieder buchen - und mit nur ein paar kleineren Verbesserungen wäre aus einem sehr guten und erholsamen Urlaub ein wirklich perfekter geworden. Danke an das Team von Sonnyholidaysvillas, insbesondere Hrn. Rolle, der immer für uns ansprechbar war. ?

Hallo Herr Kohlenberg, danke für Ihren Eintrag. Schön, dass Sie sich so wohl gefühlt haben. Wir haben sowohl mit den Eigentümern als auch mit der Hausbetreuung gesprochen. Die Eigentümer haben in der Woche vor Ihrer Anreise sehr viel vorbereitet. Auch solche Kleinigkeiten wie neue Glühbirnen, neue Batterien für die Fernbedienungen u.v.m. Leider vergaßen sie der Hausbetreuung mitzuteilen, dass sie keine Zeit mehr hatten den Grill zu reinigen und den Kühlschrank abzutauen. Für das nächste Jahr machen sie sich eine Checkliste. Die Klimaanlagen werden alle zwei Jahre komplett gewartet. Bei den seit Monaten andauernenden hohen Temparaturen scheint es nun jedes Jahr nötig zu sein. Aufgrund der Wärme und des ausbleibenden Regens wird in Moraira eine Meerwasserentsalzungsanlage zugeschaltet. Diese ist aber noch nicht ausreichend für den Wasserbedarf, deswegen kommt das Wasser salzig aus der Leitung. Die Geräte verrosten dadurch leider relativ schnell. Einen Casher für den Pool haben viele Eigentümer nicht mehr vor Ort. Die Casher gegen laufend kaputt und der Poolpfleger kommt auch 2 x in der Woche. Die Eigentümer der Villa Sea Breeze werden es nochmals probieren und wieder einen für die Gäste zur Verfügung stellen. Danke nochmals für Ihre Anmerkungen, so kann der Service für die Gäste verbessert werden.

At the end of September we were allowed to stay for a week in Villa Sea Breeze in Moraira. A super nice villa, clean, well-kept and a top welcome and guidance by the manager. Highly recommended in a beautiful beautiful setting.

Villa Sea Breeze en Moraira en julio 2021.
Una villa estupendo, un par de pequeños detalles que se podrían mejorar, pero son pequeños.
Bien limpio y ordenado a nuestra llegada.
Las instalaciones anunciadas estaban presentes y en buen funcionamiento y
la propiedad estuvo a la altura de nuestras expectativas.
El servicio desde la llegada hasta la salida estupendo.
Recomendamos esta bonita zona.

Muchas gracias por su comentario. Nos alegra que hayan pasado unas buenas vacaciones en familia. Los propietarios ya están trabajando en los pequeños detalles. Hace poco que compraron la casa y no pudieron venir a Moraira hasta junio por las restricciones de viaje por la pandemia.
