COVID-19 Infos

Information for our guests and house owners regarding the constantly changing situation caused by the Corona Virus COVID-19

03.07.2020 For all guests arriving by plane:  You must fill out a form on this website a few days BEFORE you fly to Spain. You will then receive a QR Code 1 day before your arrival.

12.11.2020 The Official State Bulletin (BOE) has published which countries are affected by the measure that the government approved on Wednesday and which requires travellers to have a negative PCR to enter Spain. These are almost all European countries, with the exception of Norway, Finland and Greece and those countries with a cumulative incidence of 150 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
The measure will enter into force on 23 November.
The PCR test must not be older than 72 hours.

04.11.2020 Ximo Puig, President of the Valencian Community, announced yesterday that the measures closing the perimeter of the Valencian territory will remain in force for at least until 09.12.20 to try to stop the spread of the coronavirus, which is still on the rise and is exceeding the thresholds.

26.10.2020 As of today, Spain is back on alert. However, this only means: The State of Alarm is the legal provision that allows limitations to be set on mobility and contacts so that the Autonomous Communities, that consider it necessary, can apply it with full constitutional protection. The Costa Blanca remains one of the regions of Spain with the lowest rates of infection.

17.09.2020 Now the high season is over and it went very well. All our guests felt comfortable and safe on the Costa Blanca. All guests returned home healthy and safe.

Masks compulsory in Covid-19 periods during holiday in Spain.
The mask duty is an important safety guarantee in the "new normality". Every Spaniard or holidaymaker from the age of six must wear a mask in public places such as market halls, museums or supermarkets.
A mask must always be worn in public transport such as buses and trains, as well as in airplanes. A facemask is also mandatory outside.  Exceptions are the pool, the beach, walks on quiet paths and people with breathing problems.

The Spanish Ministry of Health advises people to use disposable surgical masks made of paper and to buy them in a pharmacy, as quality is guaranteed there.

Cleaning of the holiday homes

The houses we offer have always been thoroughly cleaned, in 2020/21 they are cleaned even more thoroughly; additionally kitchens and bathrooms are disinfected. You will also find liquid hand soap in all bathrooms and kitchens.

Decoration (vases, figures, dried flowers, etc.) will be removed from the houses this year as far as possible, so they will not be as nice to look at, but safer for you and your family.

We are looking forward to seeing you!
