Since 2001 we offer handpicked vacation homes with private pool, generally between 100 meters to 5 km distant from the sea. In the very few cases where the landlord lives also on the plot in his separate house, you'll find this under "Other things" in the house details.
All our villas are registered with the Tourist Office Alicante.
The occupancy plans are shown for each house as calendar, so you can easily check if a house is free for your desired dates. You'll find the occupancy plans on each house page. The occupancy plans are constantly updated, if you are in a hurry, call us directly, or email us to find out if your house is still free.
In any case, please always wait for our confirmation to your enquiry before booking flights or rental cars because booking requests can overlap and your desired dates might not be free anymore.
When you've received our confirmation that your desired dates are still free and you've informed us per e-mail or telephone that you'd like to book this house defenitely, we reserve the house for you. Please fill in the booking form which you'll find on the house¬† page an send it to us on the same day. Within one day you'll receive the letting contract either per e-mail or per fax.
An advance payment of 40 % of the total amount has to be paid within 8 days and the reamining balance of 60 % will be due 6 weeks before your arrival.¬† With bookings for the next calendar year an advance payment of 20 % of the total amount is paid within 8 days and¬† 20 % at the beginning of January of the following year, the remaining balance of 60 % will be due 6 weeks before your arrival. After receipt of the 1st payment your booking becomes valid and the house is defenitely reserved for you. You'll receive a confirmation for each payment through us.
You pay simply and securely by SEPA bank transfer, which within the EU is charged by your bank only with the costs of a domestic transfer.
Usually the damages deposit, the final cleaning and - if wanted - bedlinen and towels, will be paid in cash at arrival. Some home owners request the damages deposit with the last payment.
It will be stated in each letting contract with how many persons you'll occupy the house. If changes should occur, please inform us.
In the letting contract the max. number of occupants permitted for each house is stated. If coming with more persons, than the landlord has the right to demand an extra charge (f.s. if a sofabed is available) or terminate and cancel the tencancy agreemt immediately.
Arrival day during High Season is generally Saturday. In Low Season other days can be chosen upon agreement. On the day of arrival the holiday home is available at 5 p.m until 8 p.m - later arrvial is in some houses possible with a small surcharge.
On the day of departure you have to move out between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m (to be scheduled on location).
All houses have local caretakers, who meet you at the villas and show you around, coming back on the day of departure to check the villas. The caretakers are your points of contact in case any problems should arise, or a repair should be necessary. The caretakers are contracted and paid by the landlords.
To arrange your arrival as comfortable as possible, please call your caretakers 1 week before arrival.
The minimum age for adults is 25 years. We ask for your understanding. Our villas are occupied by the landlords off season and therefore are very well equipped. If parents come with their 17, 19, 21 or 24 years old children, of course this is permitted.
Dogs are only allowed if explicitly agreed upon in the letting contract. You need to provide a copy of the liability insurance, which is valid for journeys abroad and the final cleanig is approx. 30 ‚ā¨ more. In some villas an extra letting charge is also paid. If dogs are allowed you'll find in "Other things/Good to know" in the house details.
¬†We are a professionell team and we mediate handpicked private villas (self catering) since 2001 on behalf of the owners. We make our own photos of the houses and do know all the home owners / landlords.
Contract partners are you and the owner of the property with whom you are concluding a private letting contract.¬† We are only acting as mediaters we are not tour operators. We are not liable for the condition of the properties or other disturbing factors outside the property.¬† All claims by you have to be made against the owner of the let property. In the letting contract the liability between landlord and tenant is stated. We are on site and of course, we are happy to help and advise.
We personally visit, check and take pictures of all the houses and know the home owners personally, also most of the caretakers, who do the "meet and greet". Therefore we can provide good advice to find the holiday home most suitable for you.¬† We handle the letting process competent and reliable for you in behalf of the home owners. The home owners haver their villas inscribed at the tourist office Alicante.
