Casa Palmeras is located in a service road in the quiet residential area Balcon al Mar in Javea. The property is completely enclosed and barely visible from the neighbours at the pool area and the terrace behind the pool. In the long driveway and the large carport there is room for a total of 3 cars. The pool has an electric cover that keeps the pool water up to 5 degrees warmer from April to October compared to the open pools. Thus guests can enjoy an extended bathing season.

The villa is divided into 2 apartments, the smaller one is located at the pool level, and the larger one with sea view is on the first floor. Ideal, as you will find the comfort of a second kitchen on the pool level. Halfway between the two apartments is a large terrace with sea views and awning where you can relax and let your eyes wander, or take your meals there. Ideal for a family holiday or to travel with friends. You are always alone on the property. All double bedrooms are air conditioned, upstairs also the living room and the kitchen.

With a total of 3 bathrooms, 2 guest toilets, and a hot water outdoor shower, even with an occupancy of 9 people no "bottleneck" arises.

If only booking the upper apartment, you can also use the bath below, on the left side of the garage. You will be alone on the property.

Living area: about 123 sqm (including the bedroom which is connected by a spiral staircase on the ground floor), plot about 910 sqm

1 bedroom with double bed, 1.50 wide x 1,95 mtr. long, 1 mattress, 1 bedside cabinet, fitted wardrobe, A/C, large window with outside blinds, both windows with anti-mosquito screens, from this room a spiral staircase leads down into a

3rd bedroom, one single bedroom - no door from the upper bedroom to the lower one, no view between these 2 bedrooms. Bed 0.90 wide x 1.95 long, fitted wardrobe, guest toilet en-suite. From here, a door leads into the garage and from there to the pool, another door leads  to the 2nd bathroom of the lower apartment, this bathroom can be used, even if only the upper apartment was booked.

Number of bathrooms: 1, en-suite with shower, bath, toilet, bidet, washbasin with vanity unit; 1 separate guest toilet upstairs with bidet, toilet, washbasin, closet, air vent (no window). 1 smaller guest toilet downstairs en-suite with toilet, sink and mirror cabinet.  When booking only the upper apartment, the bathroom below, next to the garage can be used, so you have 2 bathrooms and 2 guest toilets available.

Living room: large and bright with 4 arched windows facing the sea. 3-seater upholstery sofa with footboard, 2-seater sofa, Stressless armchair with footboard, coffee table, 2 leather chairs with footboard at the window to enjoy the view, 3-seater sofa by the windows, secretary with chair, a rectangular and a round dining table, both with 4 chairs. Wine cabinet for tempering, A/C at the living room entrance.  Grille doors and one window with anti-mosquito screens.

Kitchen: separate, fully equipped, A/C, anti-mosquito screen.

Sun terrace: by the pool, 2 steps lead up to the covered terrace (14.04 square meters) next to the pool, with round table and 6 Alu chairs, wooden bench. From here it goes through a door to the large carport / driveway, and up to the large balcony (about 36 sqm) with sea views, equipped with a porch swing, a large table and 4 armchairs; in 2019 as well with a large awning to enjoy your meals there also in the summer.

Pool:  size approx. 9.50 x 4.50 mtr. Depth: approx. 1.30 - 2 mtr., with Roman staircase, with interior lighting, with electric cover that can be raised. As a result, the pool stays about 5 degrees warmer from March to October than pools without a cover, thus extending the bathing season,  hot water outside shower.  The pool edging new in 2019.

Next to the pool there is another terrace in an palm garden with stone table and 2 benches, and a round table with 4 chairs - secluded. From here you also reach the front with the house entrance and the property entrance, with pedestrian door and electric garden gate for cars.

From the pool level about 16 steaps lead up to the to the upper apartment and the large balcony.

The property is completely enclosed and mostly secluded (the large balcony can be seen by the neighbors). Many palm trees and flowering bushes grow around the house.

All windows are barred, except for the 4 large windows in the living room, which are on the first floor. All windows with anti-mosquito screen. In the living room upstairs the grille doors and one window with anti-mosquito screens.

The garage is used as a storage room. There are also the washing machine and dryer. From the garage you can enter the single room, which belongs to the upper apartment, or through the bathroom also the lower apartment.

For guest parking: the large carport is suitable for 2 midsize cars, and 1 additional parking space in the driveway of the enclosed property.

Smaller, lower apartment:

Living space about 69 sqm, Number of bedrooms: 2

1 bedroom with two single beds, each 0.90 wide x 1,90 mtr. long, wardrobe, bathroom en-suite, 1 bedside table, A/C, 2 small windows with  anti-mosquito screens.

1 bedroom with double bed, 1 mattress, 1.50 wide x 1,95 mtr. long, 1 nightstand, small closet with shelves, A/C, in the living room is another wardrobe for this bedroom. Bath en-suite, this can be entered from the bedroom and from the garage. From here, 3 steps lead down to the living room.

There are no exterior blinds on the lower windows, they can not be darkened.

Number of bathrooms: 2, both en-suite, one with shower, toilet, washbasin, small table, small window with anti-mosquito screen; the other one with shower, toilet, washbasin, small window with anti-mosquito screem, it can be entered from the bedroom and from the garage.

Living room: 3-seater sofa, armchair, 2 seater sofa, coffee table, rectangular dining table with 6 chairs next to the window facing the pool terrace, the entrance is from the pool terrace, the door is with grille, with coat hook and mirror, radio and tube TV.

Kitchen: separate, fully equipped, anti-mosquito screen at the window.

Environment

Quiet residential street / circular road in the residential area Balcon al Mar. From the quiet, green residential area Balcon al Mar several beaches are easily accessible: the picturesque Cala Ambolo is just 3 minutes away by car, the spectacular Granadella you reach in about 7 minutes by car; Cala Portitxol, rocky about 4 km, Cala Blanca, rocky about 5 km and Playa Arenal, sandy about 6.5 km. The picturesque, rugged Cap de la Nao with its lighthouse, viewing platform and restaurant is just 1 km away. The golf course "Club de Golf Javea" is only 8 km away and easy to reach. Approximately 450 mtr. distant is a building with bakery, hairdresser and physical therapy. Approximately 800 mtr. distant is a large tennis court. Several restaurants are within 1 km radius, many large supermarkets from Playa Arenal to center (also Lidl). The center of Javea with harbor and old town is about 10 km distant.
