The upper apartement of Casa Ambolo was renovated from fall 2014 until June 2015, so in 2015 the complete can be let with 2 apartments for up to 8 persons, each with 2 bedroms and 1 bath. You can let one apartment or the complete villa, you will be always alone on the property.

Now you find everything to enjoy splendid holidays. The upper apartment is the larger one, with new kitchen, new bath and large diningroom / livingroom area. With balcony and roof terrace allowing you to enjoy the sea view. The beds and the mattresses were bought new for the complete house. In each apartment are a double bed and twin beds. All bedrooms with A/C.  The kitchen and the bath of the lower apartment have been modernized a few years ago. From there you have direct access to the pool.  Internet Wifi is also avalable.

Casa Ambolo has a private pool, surrounded by Hibiscus and Oleander, as well as a small summer kitchen. The Ambolo bay with its breathtaking view is about 2 kms distant.

Layout of the rooms:

Plot about 1.142 sqm, apartment below approx. 86 sqm / above approx. 90 sqm -  from 2015 on the complete house with both apartments will be be let. You can let only one apartment also. You are always alone on the property.  A pressure pump assures good water pressure.

Description for lower apartment:

2 bedrooms:  one with double bed, 1,60 mtrs. wide x 2 mtrs. long, (1 mattress), one with twin beds, 0,90 wide x 2 mtrs. long each, both with fitted wardrobes with 2 doors, the 2 windows with anti-mosquito screens, outside shades, grille.

1 bath: with small shower, bath with shower/over, toilet, washbasin, electric radiator.

American kitchen, a little separated by a bar with an arch, fully equipped, extractor hood. 

Glazed terrace as dining room: oval dining table with 4 good, quality white plastic chairs; entrance to the apartment, exit to the pool area.

Living room next to kitchen, with a twoseater sofa and an arm chair, table, TV.

Description for upper apartment:

2 bedrooms:  one with double bed, 1,60 mtrs. wide x 2 mtrs. long, (1 mattress), one with twin beds, 0,90 wide x 2 mtrs. long each, 1 with two wardrobes, 1 with fitted wardrobe with 2 doors, the 2 windows with anti-mosquito screens, outside shades, grille.

1 bath: with large shower, toilet, washbasin, electric under-floor-heating.

American kitchen, a little separated by a bar with an arch, fully equipped, extractor hood. 

Dining room: large dining table with 8 good, quality white plastic chairs. 

Living room at the house entrance with three-seater sofa, arm chair and side table,

with exit to the balcony with table and 4 chairs and stairs up to the roof terrace with sea view and small table with 2 chairs.  

Pool:  8x4 mtr. (approx. 1,30 - 1,90 mtr. tief) with ladder as entrance,  outside solar-shower, as well as sun terrace at pool. The pool frame is approx. 1 mtr. higher than the surrounding part of the garden.  Adjacent the built BBQ, cooker with 2 gas rings, with sink and work top;  and another terrace with garden table and 6 chairs.

Mediterranean garden around the house.

Lay-by for 1 car on the plot, but not enclosed.

Single glazed wooden windows. Both bedroom windows with anti-mosquito screens.

Internet Wifi, flatrate, speed approx. 6 MB.

Environment

From the quiet, green residential area you have easy access to the following beaches: two bays with wonderful view are Granadella, about 6,5 km und Ambolo (nude allowed) in about 2 kms distance;  Cala Portitxol, approx. 5 km and Cala Blanca approx. 5,5 km, both rocky,  Playa Arenal, sandy about 6 km,  The picturesque, jagged Cap de la Nao with light house, look-out platform and restaurant is scarsly 900 metres distant.

There are several tennis courts in Javea; in 1 km perimeter you find different restaurants, only about 1 km distant is a building with bakery, newspapers, hair dresser, and physio therapy. A supermarket with bakery and fresh meat is about 800 mtrs. distant.

In between Playa Arenal to the city centre there are several large supermarkets. The centre of Javea with the harbour and the old part of town are at 7,5 km distance.
