Casa Carina is your perfect summer home.  The house is rented from May to the end of September and you can stay outside all day without sacrificing comfort.

The house is located on the gorgeous Cap Negre and from the roof terrace you can enjoy a 180 degree sea view all the way to the lighthouse at Cab de la Nao. On the other side of the terrace you can even see the lighthouse at Cabo San Antonio in the direction of Denia.  Here you can relax in the morning or evening with your favourite drink, and on a clear day you can see as far as the Balearic island of Ibiza.

From street level, wide tiled steps lead up through the beautifully landscaped garden and you enter the pool terrace, which can be locked with a door. Or you can take the lift from the garage directly to the summer kitchen. Ideal for carrying your suitcases and groceries upstairs without any effort. The lockable glass doors of the brick outdoor kitchen open out to the pool, and there are 2 windows on the street side through which you can see the sea, so you can cool off with a breeze here even on hot days. For cooler evenings, you can turn on 2 large electric wall radiators, or light the fireplace.  After a dip in the large pool, you can go straight to the large wooden bar with 6 bar stools, partly on the pool terrace, partly in the kitchen area, or read a book or surf your tablet in the Far Eastern wooden pavilion, lined with palm trees. You can get snacks and drinks from the summer kitchen, or dine together with family and friends at the large wooden dining table with 10 chairs. Since there is also an outdoor shower and toilet in the garden, you can stay outside all day. A flat screen TV with German channels is also in the summer kitchen, but you can also stream Netflix in the appartment on comfortable upholstered sofas.

The large freshwater pool is cleaned with salt (approx. 0.3%), for those who don't like chlorine or have sensitive skin.

The small mini golf course at the top of the front stairs will delight your children.

There is a dining area in the appartment with a small fridge and coffee machine, so you can prepare your first coffee, tea or juice right there. Access to the roof terrace is via the separate third bedroom, where the "early risers" are at their best.

1st bedroom with double bed, 2 mattresses, each 0,90 wide x 1,95 m long. 2 bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bathroom en suite.

From here 2 steps lead to the 2nd bedroom with double bed, 1 mattress, 1.40 wide x 1.90 m long, 2 bedside tables chest of drawers, wardrobe. No separate passage. Bathroom opposite.

Between the 2nd bedroom and the 2nd bathroom is a pretty room without windows furnished with sofa and wardrobe.

3rd bedroom from the living room a staircase leads up to the 3rd bedroom in the tower with sea view.

Equipped with double bed, 2 mattresses, each 0.90 m wide x 1.90 m long, 2 bedside tables, fitted wardrobe, window with sea view. Bathroom en suite.  From here another staircase leads up to the roof terrace.

All 3 bedrooms have room A/C, the 3 windows have interior blinds and mosquito nets.

Living room: to the right of the pool, the entrance door leads directly into the living room with 3-seater upholstered sofa with footrest, coffee table and small flat screen TV, behind it is a small dining area with corner bench, 2 chairs and rectangular dining table, small crockery cupboard with glasses and coffee cups, DeLonghi capsule machine, electric kettle, fridge with ice compartment. There is a small, barred window. To the front there are two barred windows facing the pool terrace.

From the living room a staircase with rope as handrail leads up to the 3rd bedroom and further to the roof terrace on the tower. (A thick curtain in the staircase next to the living room prevents the heat from rising upwards).

The door to the roof terrace opens inwards and must be locked with a locking bar to prevent the wind from pushing the door open. Always take the key with you and insert it into the lock from the outside, as the door can only be opened with a key.

From the roof terrace you can enjoy a 180 degree sea view all the way to the lighthouse at Cab de la Nao. On the other side, you can even see the lighthouse at Cabo San Antonio in the direction of Denia from the terrace.

Here you can relax in the morning or evening (it's hot up there during the day), with your favourite drink, and on a clear day you can even see the island of Ibiza.

Sun terrace: by the pool, beautifully bordered with lots of flowers. The pool area can be closed off with two doors leading to the outside WC and to the entrance stairs.

Far eastern pavilion, raised on wooden platform, bordered by palm trees, with 2 two-seater sofas and small coffee table.

Pool size: 5 x 10 m, depth: 1.50 - 2.50 m, with wide Roman steps and handrail; hot water outdoor shower; interior lighting with 2 lamps and good lighting of the pool terrace. The fresh water pool is cleaned with salt (approx. 0.3 %I) .

Garden: extends around the whole house, is mature grown, well-kept and exudes Mediterranean flair.

Car/parking:  Garage for 1 car, from here a lift goes up to the summer kitchen, the door in the kitchen is lockable. The lift is equipped with electric safety bars.

The large brick outdoor kitchen is fully lockable with glass doors to the pool side, to the sea side there are 2 windows and 2 electric wall radiators, there is a fireplace.  
The kitchen is fully equipped; counter with 4 large bar stools in the kitchen area, and with 3 smaller bar stools on the pool terrace, a large wooden dining table with 12 chairs, flat screen German SAT-TV.

Environment

From the quiet, green residential area of Balcon al Mar, several beaches are within easy reach: the picturesque Cala Ambolo is only about 2 km away, the spectacular Granadella can be reached in about 7 minutes by car; Cala Portitxol, rocky about 4 km, Cala Blanca, rocky about 8 km and Playa Arenal, sandy beach with beautiful promenade about 9 km.

The two beautiful viewpoints Cap Negre - with a short walk and the rugged Cap de la Nao with the lighthouse, viewing platform and restaurant are only about 1.5 km away. Large tennis court about 900 m distant and supermarket next to it. Several restaurants are within a radius of approx. 1 km - e.g. the restaurant Pepe approx. 600 m with large pool, only approx. 1.4 km away is the restaurant Azahar with beautiful beer garden, a baker with small supermarket, hairdresser and physiotherapy.

The golf course "Club de Golf Javea" is only 8 km away and easy to reach.  Several large supermarkets from Playa Arenal to the centre (also Lidl). The centre of Javea with its harbour and old town is about 10 km away.
