We have now photographed the furnished villa. The only thing missing is the 3rd bathroom, which is almost finished at the end of June.

In advance we put a few mobile phone photos online so that you can already get a first impression.

The driveway to the house is lined with palm trees and Mediterranean bushes. There is a double garage and a parking space in front of it on the enclosed property. From the double garage of the large driveway of Villa Ensueño, steps lead up through the flowered garden to the house/pool level.

To the right of the house is a wooden gazebo, surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, for relaxing; perhaps bring your yoga mat and start the morning with your favourite exercise. To the left is the large covered "naya" with the dining table for up to 8 people and a view of the pool.  From this dining area you enter the living/dining room with the separate kitchen. A few stairs bring you to the hallway from which the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the utility room lead off.  

But that is by no means all you have to look forward to. The private pool, with a wide landing that is only about 70 cm deep, is surrounded by sun loungers, behind it awaits the summer kitchen with gas barbecue and a fridge to keep drinks cold, the beautiful, comfortable lounge furniture next to it invites you to chat, play cards, or just enjoy time with your family and friends.

If you want a little privacy during your holiday, there is a fourth bedroom on the other side of the house - accessible from the summer kitchen and behind the gazebo - with its own shower room and balcony. From the balcony you can see over to the massif of the Montgo, the landmark of Javea.

Another big plus of the villa is its proximity to the sea.  Cross the road to the right in front of the villa and walk between house plots and trees for about 800 m to the picturesque bay of Cala Blanca - without any parking problems. There you can also go snorkelling, explore the coast or just sunbathe.

Living/dining room: corner sofa and armchairs, wooden coffee table with shelf underneath. Dining table for 6 persons with 6 chairs. From here a corridor leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms.         

Kitchen: separate, next to the living/dining room, fully equipped.

Sun terrace: by the pool and in front of the studio upstairs.

Covered terrace: in front of the house entrance/living room, approx. 26 m², extendable acacia wood garden table, rectangular with 6 chairs.

Pool size: 8 x 4 m depth: 1.60 - 1.70 m, Roman steps with wide landing only approx. 0.70 m deep, with simple outdoor shower .

Summer kitchen next to the pool: counter with built-in gas barbecue, fridge, sink and waste bin, 2 wooden bar stools. Next to it is comfortable wicker lounge furniture: a 3 seater sofa and 1 armchair, and a coffee table.

Covered wooden terrace next to the stairs leading up to the house, equipped with 2 garden chairs and bench and side table.

Cala Blanca, footpath approx. 150 m to the right of the house, approx. 800 m to the beach Cala Blanca, sandy beach Playa Arenal approx. 2,5 km. On the way to Playa Arenal, the paths lead to the right to Cala Blanca, which stretches all the way to Playa Arenal.

 At Playa Arenal, approx. 2.5 km away, you have a choice of many restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours and pizzerias.

 To the marina, approx. 5.5 km; from Arenal to there is a stone beach, beach bars and restaurants invite you to linger along the way.

 The old town of Javea with its large church and market hall is also approx. 5.5 km away.

 Location of the house: in a residential area, on a busy side street.

 Shops, restaurants, supermarket: Supermercado Saladar approx. 700 m, pharmacy approx. 500 m, restaurant Don Antonio approx. 550 m.
