With the Villa Ocean View, the name says it all. From almost all rooms you look over the Mediterranean Sea and the beautiful village of Moraira.

From the street you reach the villa via the double garage, or via the pedestrian door.  A staircase leads down to the covered entrance area of the house. Above the entrance to the house are two small covered terraces with seating if you want to retreat for a while.

 When you open the front door, you are greeted by a large living and dining room with a beautiful, expansive view of the endless blue.  In front of the large window front you will find three comfortable upholstered armchairs where you can lean back and enjoy the view. You can also enjoy the most beautiful time of the year on the balcony to the left, equipped with six garden armchairs and another dining table.

Upstairs are: the kitchen, the living-dining room, two bathrooms and a bedroom. An internal staircase leads to the ground floor with three further bedrooms, a bathroom, the utility room/kitchen and a second living room.  From the downstairs hallway and the downstairs living room, doors lead out onto the pool terrace, to the left of which is the covered barbecue area with teak dining set for enjoyable barbecues. This allows you to spread out as you please, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy your holiday with family and friends.

Layout of the rooms:

 
At the moment we can only show you photos with the old furnishings, which come from the previous owner.  The house will now be refurbished and improved in June. The furniture has already been ordered.

We took some photos on 06.06. to give you a first impression of the villa. The bathrooms and the upstairs kitchen remain as they are.  The beds of 3 bedrooms are already new, but they are still missing decoration, bedside tables, etc.  The dining table upstairs in front of the kitchen remains, all living room furniture and garden furniture will be renewed. The teak dining set by the pool is already the new one. The house is already painted inside.
 

Floor space in m ² approx. 170, plot size in m² approx. 800. The plot offers east, south, west sun.

Bedrooms: 4  

1 bedroom upstairs, double bed, 1,60 wide x 2 m long, 2 mattresses, exit to the big balcony, sea view.

3 bedrooms downstairs: 1 with double bed, 1.60 wide x 2 m long, 2 mattresses; 1 with double bed 1.80 wide x 2 m long, 1 with single bed, 0.90 wide x 2 m long.

All beds and mattresses new May 2022. Two-sided mattresses, one side is medium hard, one side is hard.

Bathrooms: 3, one in bedroom upstairs, en-suite with shower, WC and basin, second bathroom upstairs separate with bath, WC and basin; 1 bathroom downstairs with shower, WC and basin.

Living/dining room upstairs: completely new in June 2022: three-seater sofa and armchairs and coffee table in the TV area with German channels, three armchairs in the area of the large window front with magnificent far-reaching views of the sea, A/C, also exit to the balcony. The balcony is equipped with dining table and 5 garden chairs and awning. He is located to the side of the living area and you also have access to this balcony from the upper bedroom.  He invites you to have relaxed conversations with your loved ones.

An interior staircase leads down from the living room. From the hallway downstairs you can access the pool terrace, as well as from the second, small living room downstairs.

Downstairs is a second, small living room with sofa, 55 inch smart TV - internet connection only (Netflix, Youtube, online news etc.) and the regular Spanish TV channels, window with bars behind the sofa. Sea view and exit to the pool area through the glass door with safety glass, right next to it, to the side of the house, another sun terrace.

In front of the small living room downstairs is a large utility/kitchen room with washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, crockery, for short distances to make it more convenient and easier to get to and from the barbecue area without having to climb a lot of stairs.

Pool: 7.60 x 3 m, depth: approx. 1.20 to approx. 1.90 m, with ladder as entrance with wide steps, outdoor shower with hot water, lighting on the terrace around the pool, no interior lighting.

Covered barbecue area next to the pool: with solid teak table and 8 high-backed teak chairs, two of them with armrests, with pads, and a gas barbecue.

Behind, to the side of the house, is the sheltered laundry terrace with clotheslines and clothes horse.

Double garage.

Environment

Location of the house: quiet residential area, the villa is located on a residential street.
To the beaches: in Moraira, Playa L'Andrago, rocky, ideal for snorkelling, with beach restaurants, approx. 4.1 km, sandy beach in the centre L'Ampolla approx. 4 km, the picturesque El Portet bay with sandy beach is approx. 5.3 km away. Along the coast in the direction of Benissa and Calpe you will find many other very beautiful beaches, some sandy, some rocky.

You drive about 5 km to the centre of Moraira.

You will find a large selection of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a nice pedestrian zone in the old town of Moraira, as well as the marina in and around the centre of Moraira, which is about 5 km away.  On the way there you will already find one or the other restaurant.

On Fridays, there is a large weekly market in the centre of Moraira.
